I have been here for about a month and I love it! For the price you are paying, you get great space, modern features, and an awesome location; steps away from the Domain! Very helpful staff and the maintenance is quick to fix any problems. Would absolutely recommend this property!

I moved in to the Domain Parkside 4 weeks ago. Great experience thus far! The office staff is very friendly and they will go the extra mile to accommodate you. Maintenance requests are processed quickly, usually the same day. Our unit is very quiet; it's hard to tell that there are neighbors on both sides of us. The pool is very nice and complements the overall atmosphere. The location is great; I work in the Domain as well, so I get to enjoy walking to work! Definitely recommend.

I have stayed at this apartment complex for close to 2 months; Compared to the previous location I stayed at within The Domain, I have found the experience at Domain Parkside to be good so far. Of course, it does takes a few more months to make a complete judgment; however here are my pros and cons to date. Pros: -Quality, high-end appliances -Landscape and amenities are very nice (pool view is really nice, with a relaxing waterfall) -Patios are very spacious -Leasing agents are very outgoing, personable, and efficient. They definitely bring a good energy to the community. Cons: -Daily construction - Kinda pricier -It's pretty quiet (probably due to low occupancy for right now), but there is little noise insulation for adjacent apartments, and hearing noises outside (hallway and windows); I guess its part of apartment living. Since this is a fairly new complex, there are going to be some inconveniences (gates, appliances, etc.), mostly short-term, I hope. When major repairs are taking place, the Leasing agents send notifications to all tenants (written & emails), so tenants are aware of the issues.

I have been living at Domain Parkside for approximately 4 weeks and love the location. The apartments are very nice as well. A little pricey but I guess you pay for location and luxury. I am looking forward to summer when I can enjoy the pool area and great commons area that this complex has to offer.

I've lived here for about 4 weeks now. The apartments are all brand new with great apppliances and offer a great roommate floor plan. We have had a couple of inconviniences, but maintance has been extremely fast to fix the issues. Nothing serious just small things that come with a new development . The leasing staff is extremely professional, friendly and very helpful. They have stayed in contact with us since our first visit. Overall I see this community being the best in the Domain area!

I've only been here for 1 week and I LOVE it. The location, property layout and amenities are AWESOME! The staff are friendly and personable. The leasing professional who leased the apartment to me was patient and has a great sense of humor. The leasing process was seamless and quick! The property's limited access is a huge plus for the safety conscience renter. Super pet friendly towards pet owners with large dogs and the proverbial 'aggressive breeds' - I couldn't be more thankful since finding a property with this benefit is almost impossible. I would highly recommend Domain Parkside!

I moved in about 4 weeks ago and love it. The apartments and finishes are gorgeous. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. With any new apartment, there's been a few problems but maintenance is very quick and does a great job. The pool area is beautiful. I also have amazing view of the just finished park. Of course the location is perfect. It's right at the domain without dealing with all the noise from the restaurants and shops. Overall I'm very happy here.

I have moved here from California and have been here for almost 2 months. I love the fact that they take all pets. It is great to not have to convince someone that my rottweilier is a sweetheart. They make it so easy to take your pets out and have trash bags and cans so close by. Again, that is a privilege that no other place provides. The location is awesome and I love being here in a new apartment. The only things I have complaints about is that the place is so new that they are always working on something. It seems like they should have waited a little longer to open, so they may have finished projects. I work at nights and hear all the workers. The workers don't seem to have access into the garage and so they wait in front of the doors until someone opens it for them. That is a problem to me. I have read other reviews about the parking and honestly having a parking garage is a blessing, not all apartments have that. Plus they have a trash shoot in the garage, makes it very convenient. That being said I love the staff, they are great!!! Trish, Oscar and Tracy are the best!! Whenever I have a question they help me out right away. Parkside is truly set apart! It may be pricier then some other places but I feel comfortable paying it. I think some people need to remember, it is still an apartment, the noise and space will never be what some wants, but it still is a great apartment complex.

I've lived here for about two weeks now, and love it. PROS: The apartments are gorgeous and the office staff is very friendly. Everything in the apartment is brand new and functions well, and the area is a great place to live in. The pool view from my balcony is very nice, and the sound of the waterfall when my windows are open is an excellent amenity. Plenty of parking space and usually very quiet at night. CONS: The parking garage is a bit tight inside when passing other cars and the automatic gate is obnoxious (has trouble recognizing the tags sometimes and won't open). In my apartment, the washer/dryer area is a very small area behind sliding doors and would not properly fit both machines behind the doors, so the doors had to be removed. Make sure to measure the area. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around from room to room, but no other noise. I suspect this is the result of the hardwood floors.

This apartment is pretty cool so far. Brand new. Love the area. The staff is cool. Fitness center is probably the best I have seen for an apartment and they are expanding. Overall, pleasant thus far. Hope they keep it up. Kudos.

Domain Parkside is clean, comfortable, and quiet - even with the build out that is taking place. The pool and gym are better than any of the similar offerings that I have experienced at other local apartments. Parking is covered and secure. Really a fantastic location!

I've lived at the Amli downtown and Villages at the Domain and have been very please thus far with Parkside. The staff is great to work with, very friendly and helpful. The grounds are top rate and a new park has been added just out the backdoor of the property. I've been in the apt now for about a month and the property offers exactly what is needed and more so with the addition of two full gyms, a future saltwater lap pool. The current pool is amazing at night offering a waterfall over the pool and lights at night. Fire pits and BBQ stands surrounding the property are a great plus. Great location, good people and great price. If you're looking to move to the Domain or new to Austin, I would highly recommend this property. I have been living at the Domain Parkside a little more than a month. So far, I love this place. I am a new apartment lover and I have lived in many new apartments in Austin whenever they opened (ex: Triangle, Resident at the Domain, Midtown Commons, etc).Compared to those apartments, Domain Parkside is indeed decent and better place. From parking entrance to hall way, I can tell builders considered residents' convenience when they designed and built this building. Definitely, this building is way improved than others. The unit itself is pretty nice with high ceiling, enough space, and decent design. Construction did some minor poor jobs on finishing the unit, but it's understandable. However, I think I love this place now because all units are not filled yet. As people are moving in, I started noticing some noises and stuff. First, I noticed that walls are really thin so you can hear next door watching TV at night and know what your neighbor is doing upstairs. (I can hear a person walking around and flushing toilets from above units and stuff). Plus, I can hear people talking/ dog barking outside very clearly as well. Parking lots... I am kind of worrying about the fact that three (or two?) buildings (A,B &C) will use the same parking lot and maybe there will not be enough space for everyone. For example, when I lived at midtown commons, in the beginning I had no problem with parking (it was total empty) but as all units are filled, finding a parking spot at my unit floor was such an hassel. I think I had similar problem with other apartments too...but we will see if this happens here as well. So far, I am very satisfied with this apartment. Leasing office is responsive to my request and maintenance fixes problem quickly. Oh, I love the gym and the swimming pool as well. I can't wait till next summer to play in the swimming pool!

I've lived in Domain Parkside for a little over 2 months now and must admit that I am incredibly satisfied with my decision to move here. I my previous apartment was at the Villages at the Domain, and although i liked that apartment, Domain Parkside does a great job of setting itself apart from the other Domain apartment complexes. To start, the apartments themselves are beautiful. faux wood flooring, granite countertops, island kitchens, and track lighting are a few of the features that my apartment has. I had the opportunity to select my apartment before the complex was set to open and I love it because I have an amazing view of the pool as well one of the largest balconies in the whole place, it's at the minimum 18ft long, and wraps the side of my apt. The pool is beautiful and very unique. It has the largest beach area i've ever seen that wraps around the entire length and width of 2 sides of the pool, and has a waterfall at one end as well . A friend of mine who visited recently was amazed and said that the pool was something that belonged in a vegas hotel and i agree with him. I forgot to mention, at around 7:30 at night the pool lights up and changes several different colors and lights up the pool area which gives it this really unique and peaceful feeling. If you own a dog i think you will really enjoy this place, i know my Yorkie does. There are several designated pet areas around the complex and several dog stations set up as well to drop off your dogs doings. Soon the 9 acre park behind the complex will open and will allow me to have my dog off-leash and interact with some of the other dogs here. They just recently added sod and are working on the lighting so I think it should be finished in the next month or so. Lastly, I'm sure most people know that management can make or break a place, they can make it a positive experience or make it a dreadful one. The great thing here is that the original staff from Villages at the Domain have all moved here, they are easily the best group I've come across in my 9 years of renting. They are easy to speak to, listen to your issues, and resolve them very quickly. The manager actually lives on the grounds too and is very approachable. I've lived in so many different apartments and I can honestly say this is by far my favorite place to live!

Everything is brand new which is great, although construction can sometimes get quite noisy. Love the hardwood floors in the sitting area. The staff are great and very nice and helpful.

When they opened their doors in August, I was one of the first people to move in. One of my favorite features is the HUGE fitness center! Actually, in February they will have 2 fitness centers and 2 pools. I am told that the new pool will be a lap pool! My apartment is amazing. It has laminate flooring, except for the bedroom and granite kitchen countertops. My apartment faces the 9 acre park, which is still under construction, but it is coming along nicely. Another thing that I love is that they accepted my dog Milo, and didn't charge me pet rent! My last apartment charged me $25.00 each month for pet rent. =( My neighbors are cool. About a week after I moved in, one of my neighbors knocked on my door and invited me to happy hour at The Park! I have made many new friends here, and I even like the leasing staff!
