Great location so much in easy walking distance. Everything has been smooth in the move in progress, no complaints so far. Requested a maintenance action and it was completed same day (within a few hours). Nice property, looking forward to exploring the pools and gyms.

Would not recommend to anyone. Management is dishonest, everyone in the leasing office gives conflicting information because they are not familiar with the lease, and they will try to take money any way they can. They genuinely believe leaving a piece of paper in the hallway for anyone to take (rather than mail, email, resident portal, literally anything else) is a good way to communicate important information. If you like being charged surprise fees after being told you were good at move out, then playing hide and seek with the community manager to get answers, great. Otherwise, save yourself the money and headache and live somewhere else. Don’t be fooled by how active they are at replying to reviews, when they owe you money you will never hear from them again until it’s to ask for more money

Positive: good location in the domain close to shops and restaurants. Negative: Noisy restaurants like Lavaca street bar make it hard to work from home. The parking garage doors seem to be non functional for extended periods of time Getting notices about increasing crime in the area.

The entire construction of the building is cheap. The walls and floors are paper thin in terms of sound absorption. I've had noise complaints for listening to music with my earbuds on. Apparently my feet were tapping to the beat too loudly. The water-efficency toilets are so low-flow, they will actually overflow if flushed just "oh-so" wrongly. Actually. No toilet paper needed. Plunging my toilet is something I've incorporated into my routine. Typically 1 out of 2 trips to the bathroom result in getting clogged. The amount of energy it takes to get the water flowing through it when clogged with a plunger is sometimes so tiring, I just give up. Not to mention the splashing from having to plunge so heavily. Letting it stagnate and the bathroom just to stink because I've got other things to do. I've sent messages to the leasing office about this and they've done nothing about it. Right now the water is out for no explainable reason and I can't even take a shower or shave before I go to work. I feel like I've got outhouse conditions here most of the time. You can forget listening to music or watching a movie at almost any enjoyable level. This may be in some part to the fact that my neighbors, who decided to chose apartments directly facing Rock Rose Ave (the main bar strip) are somehow ironically offended by apartment noise but not the booming, window rattling Rockford Fosgate bass coming from all the hoopties running up and down the thoroughfare at all hours. The kitchens are nice. The fire alarm here is easily triggered and not easily turned off. Walking out to the street to avoid losing hearing isn't an unusual occurrence.

Staff is friendly, rates are fair to start, and maintenance is very professional. I wish The walls could be a bit thicker, but overall this is a very nice place to live, and I am overall a happy tenet, and happy to live here until I can have my own property

It's a great place to live in domain with access to restaurants, retail stores and fitness centers at walking distance . Living here since past 3 years and Loving it so far. Great apartments with good view , maintenance staff is quick to handle and resolve issues.

Griffis Residential just took over management so I can't give a fair assessment for the two years I've lived here. However, this first month has been good. The portal is better, and maintenance is way better.

The management team here is excellent. Very positive and motivated to help out the community. The Griffis team has made my move in as seamless as possible. They were very accommodating to my needs as a transferring resident.

It is a nice place to live but my building advertised having a gym and the gym is not what it was advertised to be. There are no treadmills or other machines that are usable. Also the street side is very loud but there's not much to do about that.

So far i have loved my time here and would recommend the property to anyone who loves apartment living. The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the groundskeepers are diligent and efficient.

Good location that is close to so much. With responsive, efficient and friendly management and staff. We have enjoyed living here going on 7 years. You can walk or drive to multiple restaurants and stores within minutes!

The apartments flooring is extremely bad quality and the management is really disappointing. My top floor neighbors make really bad noises they run, jump and do walking by banging the floor. it's really horrific as it feels like someone is hitting you on your head. when they jump it's not just the sound that bothers me, the whole apartment feels like something is vibrating. I can even see that fan is vibrating in the videos that I captured. They do call this as normal apartment living without even trying to understand the intensity of the problem i'm going through. I feel like the management minds are programmed to not to accept any complaints regarding noise, they don't do any fact checks. When I called the manager said to me that this is the first time that someone is complaining about my neighbors on the top floor while they are here for quite long time. The funniest part is that top apartment is leased by corporate which is furnished and the residents have changed just a month back when I started complaining. The manager didn't even knew that the neighbors has changed. This clearly shows how much of my side of the story they are listening to. The quality of flooring is horrendous. there are no words to explain as I can here even the small sounds of normal walking. I asked them to check the quality of the flooring for the specific apartment to see if there is anything wrong with it, they don't want to check and they simply say it's normal apartment living. Also I'm extremely disapointed with management on why they are not giving any notices to my upstair's neighbors, It's like they are encouraging this. If anyone don't believe my review, I have attached the video here please listen to it with headphones on to really understand how bad it is in here.

This place comes with so much hassles. The AC broke just now. I can't sleep because it's 80 degrees in my apartment. I have no idea what I'm paying for. I know. The inconvenience I have to through every couple weeks. I know their numbers by heart now. The hassle I have to go through since moving in April 2019. 1. They forgot install the washer and dryer before I move in. They gave me some money to do laundry in the basement. 2. The garage parking pass didn't work when I first moved in. 3. My key fob doesn't work to enter the gates door initially. 4. The bad flooring. Dust comes up from the floor. They called it not an hazard or bad to your health. If you have asthma, yeah you would. They completed replacing the floor after 2 weeks initial requests. 5. The contractor broke washer hose, and my key holder. They provided $55 gift card for my inconvenience. Do you know how I find out the washer hose broke? It started leaking water when I'm doing my laundry. Yay me I have to clean that up too. 6. My coffee table is missing a part when they moved out my stuff to remove the floor. Megan, the nice and apologetic manager ordered replacement for me but it's not the right one. 7. The AC is broken. It's going to be 100 degrees during the daytime today. 8. The soundproof is bad. I can hear my next neighbors and upstairs walking. They addressed the problems quickly. Thumbs up for Megan. Do you want to go through the hassles?

The last Tuesday 10/02 I came back from work around 8:30 pm and found out that my storage unit next to my apartment had been robbed and taken my stuff that I had in there. I made the police report and went to the office to let them now what happened and see how we can solve this situation and the retrieval of the things that I had lost, they told me that they will put an extra guard on the door to avoid that someone can open it again and concerning to my stuff, they couldn't do anything about it. The worst part is that the IMT Office knew that this was happening because a week before we received a notification to not let anything important on the storage unit because these had been broken into, but the IMT Office didn't do anything to stop it, more than put this extra metal guard on the storage that have been already robbed. If they knew these situations were happening, why did not they take all the measurements and put that extra metal guard to all the storage units immediately? I wonder now, who is responsible for the things that I lost and all my personal belongings? I had in there all the winter clothes of my family, and the IMT office is saying that they are going to RESPOND FOR NOTHING. More important, who is going to give me back the feeling of security in my place of living? Now I feel afraid all the time that someone can easily get into my apartment while I am sleeping or while I go out, I could find somebody taking the stuff of somebody else and that hurts me. I'm coming from a country that you never feel secure in anywhere so the security is so important to me and now I have lost the more precious value that I have for living in this apartment complex and nobody can returned that to me. What can I put on the storage that I don't care if somebody open it and take with them? Why am I paying $30 at month to put my things if I know that anyone can easily open it and take everything in there nd no one is responsible for? Why am I paying more that $1400 of rent every month in a exclusive place of the city, in a high-end apartment complex that they are not caring about their residents and they are saying they are not responsible for this lost? To the people that already live in here, I recommend you that if you have a storage unit go today to the office and ask them to put extra security on your storage unit to avoid get robbed, and to all the one that want to come to live in here, be aware of the things that happen in here and nobody said anything about it, and even worse, nobody is taking accountability or responsibility about them.

I have been a resident here since March 2017. My name is Kathy and I won't give my apartment number but I currently live in the old building. I have NEVER been late with my rent, and neighbors to the left right and above me has NEVER compliant about any noise or anything coming from my apartment. Myself and ANY guest that come over must respect the neighbors, I wouldn't have it any other way! Recently new people moved in next door to me. They blast the bass in their music super loud, they blast it really loud after the leasing office close because they know no one is there to check. Today the leasing manager Megan came over and listen but it wasn't super loud at the time and she walked right pass their apartment when checking so they saw her coming and had time to turn it down. This has been going on for almost a month and myself as well as my daughter has complaint about this. The manager did nothing to asked them to turn it down and even said it is a normal amount of noise. No it isn't, if we can hear your music then it's too loud and you are disturbing us. I recently renewed the lease but upon the way I was treated I asked if I could be let out early. Now mind you I DO NOT want to move, I love the area, enjoy the apartment inside and it USED TO BE a quiet place. IMT cooperate office treated me like s***. Take a look at the image I uploaded it is a screenshot of my call log. The 818 number is the number that comes up when you Google cooperate IMT this is their CA office. Do you see the number in parentheses? 209 times is the amount of times I called IMT. You know what they did? Picked up hung up. They treated me like complete s*** on the bottom of their shoes. Then Megan finally agrees to allow me out of the lease but only after I'm hung up on, disrespected and having to call them two hundred and nine times... I have been ultimately FORCED out of my home that I DIDN'T want to move from but because IMT and Megan fail to do their due diligence I have to leave and I was there first.... Now I have to go to Kenzie or Galley and spend more money for the same size space, when I could have been putting that money towards a BIGGER space at IMT. But you know what, after rationalizing it in my head I'd rather spend more money than continue to be treated like s***. Really Megan & IMT? I didn't deserve that.

My son and I toured today with Diana Polanco and we ran into a little incident (wasn't her fault) and she handled it perfectly. She reassured us and really seemed to have compassion for us. We asked a lot of questions and she had an answer for every single one without hesitation. We had her walking alllll around the property and she had no issue showing us everything we wanted to see. She wasn't able to show us the physical apartment that we wanted but she tried her hardest to take a look and when she came back she let us know it wasn't ready to view yet but she did take a video for us which was just absolutely great and won us over. She definitely loves her job and she is amazing at it! Our time frame was a little farther than what they usually do for holding apartments but she accommodated our needs and helped us get the exact apartment my son wanted and loved. She truly is great and deserves a great review! This property is stunning and we most definitely are moving in this October! Thank you Diana and the community for the amazing effort she put in!

The apartments are quite nice, but management is not. I moved out following all their directions. A couple months afterwards, I was presented with an invoice that included items I had questions about. Naturally, I inquired about these questionable items, but my calls and emails were never returned. My invoice was sent to a collection agency without any attempt to clarify my disputes. During my time there, my boyfriend's bike got stolen. Plus there was an issue with a neighbor letting his dog ---- in my patio, and another neighbor tossing an obscene amount of dog hair and garbage downstairs into my patio. I would not recommend living here, it might look nice in the exterior, but it just simply not worth it.

People looking for a bargain for living at the Domain should know that you get what you pay for. The IMT has the coveted Domain location but that's about all it has going for it. The apartments are cheaply built, and I can hear every word my neighbors say. The hallways and especially trash areas are not kept clean, which doesn't seem like a big deal until you slide around in mud outside your door on a rainy day. The garage is rarely working, and given the traffic from the Domain, I honestly feel less safe here than in other apartments.

The leasing staff was very friendly and helpful during my visit. They have also been great after the visit, I had several other questions and needed clarification on the application and they made sure to call me personally to answer them. Location was ideal next to Rock Rose and Domain dr. Was very clean and felt secure and safe. I am very excited to make IMT home!

Having the sound of the fire alarm system for more than 8 hours because it ran out of battery and the faucet not working properly is not an urgent matter for the IMT team....I need to wait until Monday or go buy the battery and fix it myself, this were the answers I received. What a bad and indifferent customer service, leaving to me the whole problem with a stinky faucet and the annoying sound. All of this because maintenance just attends "urgent" matters on the weekends and for them mine is not. They "provide the highest quality living environment"...I don't think so. If I wanted to do things myself, I would live in a house rather than in an apartment complex

Awesome! April helped us out so much! The place is safe and very fun! Very convenient with shopping, transportation, and fun activities! Pet friendly, nice neighbors, tons of bars and shopping. Very nice office staff, fast repairs, and many things to do!
