GRIFFIS has been a great experience for me!! Anytime I have issues, service requests are addressed immediately ( within the hour in most cases). The building community has done a lot to revamp the community. The community lounge is brand new and overall the buildings have been given a great lift. Highly recommend to anyone! The only downside is if you move on a busy street it can get pretty loud.

I’ve lived here for 13 months, and just renewed my lease for an additional 14 months because of how happy I am here. Property management is friendly, efficient, and highly responsive. Maintenance is reliable, professional, and go out of their way on the little things (i.e. bringing you a new air filter without requesting it). I’m grateful to be a part of this community, and would highly recommend it to those asking. Thank you, Griffis at the Domain for over a year of happiness here!

I should have followed my 1st thoughts and probably looked elsewhere. This apartment is not built suitable to proof out any outside street noise. I hear every car that goes by and my neighbor walking above me. I haven't been here 24hrs and this is my experience. The apartments are advertised as upgraded, but it's really just a lot of paint, some light fixture swaps and flooring changes. The cheap tension shower rod has fallen and I'm unable to get this back up. The toilet seat is very old and painted over, I find this pretty gross. I would expect this to be replaced after each tenant. Is this too costly? As soon as you hit the garage, it reeks of garbage being that the trash chutes are right by the door. Ariana White, I feel let down and mislead. I had questions and concerns, yet you assured me everything was taken care of. Not even the items I pointed out on the initial walkthrough were taken of. I sincerely regret giving this place a chance. For a one bedroom-$1800 a month, I'm sure there is better quality elsewhere. Please be mindful!

This is a beautiful complex for a great price but the management staff is terrible. The staff towed my car from the parking garage without any physical notice to power wash the ground, they changed the fobs and then didn't give me a new one because they "ran out", things are constantly breaking and they take forever to fix them. For example, the garage door has been broken for months, so people go into the garage and steal things from my truck all the time. It is truly a terrible experience. Terrible enough to have to move.

It is a nice complex with modern amenities. So long as you do not mind the smell of pot and the noise that comes from Rock Rose Thursday through Sunday then you will enjoy the complex. Lease is a little on the expensive side for being so noisy and the constant stench of pot.

Great Austin Domain Residence

Griffis has been a wonderful place to live. I have been here two years now, and with Ariana White providing excellent help for an apartment transfer, will be starting my 3rd year in a new apartment. Griffis has done a lot of improvement to the ground and the individual apartments. All of my maintenance requests have been handled day of request, or immediately the following morning. Being located in the Domain is also great for plenty to do and the opportunity to shake some car dependency!

The apartment home itself are fine, a little outdated regarding the appliances, bathroom fixtures and showers but the main issue is the area and crowd it brings. Crime has increased drastically since Rock Rose became ------.

Good apartment. Very close to rock rose and all the fun things in the domain. Quiet, noise from outside doesn't bother. I like that it's safe and you need a fob or code to get in. Apartments are quiet

Service is great, friendly staff. Only downside is the construction on our gym. Haven't been able to use the main gym in awhile. However the new club house is beautiful excited to use it during the summer while out at the pool.

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, ample parking, close to nice bars and fun things to do. 1 mile from the train. The bike parking is lacking, the amenities are in confusing locations, but that is because of the renovations.

Should be good to have a bicycle garage. New curtains in the apartment is necessary to keep the dark in the morning. The location is perfect to do everything by walk. Apartment lots are nice and spacious
