Our experience at this community has been nothing short of excellent. From the moment we moved in, everything worked exactly as expected, and we truly appreciate the level of professionalism and care shown by the management and staff. The entire process?from initial inquiry to move-in?was smooth and well-organized, which gave us great confidence in choosing this community. The amenities are well-maintained, and the attention to detail in keeping common areas clean and welcoming is impressive. Whether it's the landscaping, security, or regular upkeep, everything is managed efficiently and with a clear focus on resident comfort. Communication has also been outstanding; any questions or minor requests were handled promptly and courteously, which speaks volumes about how much the team values residents' satisfaction. Living here has been comfortable and hassle-free, and the environment feels warm and family-friendly. The neighbors are respectful, and the overall vibe of the community is positive and inviting. We are extremely pleased with our decision and would gladly recommend this community to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed place to live. The home is renovated, clean with stainless steel appliances, walk in closet, patio and top quality furnishings. The staff is friendly, maintenance team is quick in response to any grievances, neat and friendly neighborhood. Has a fitness center, pool and other facilities. Highly recommended.

We love this apartment and the area, especially the gym and nearby park, stores and restaurants. We have a balcony for our pups and a can go for a stroll anytime during day or night. The 3 pools are amazing as well.

I’ve lived at Griffis Domain for almost three years. While I’ve enjoyed my actual apartment and the location, the way this community is managed — especially around lease renewals — has been incredibly frustrating. When I received my renewal offer, I found that the same floor plan I currently live in was being advertised on Griffis’ own website for $328/month less than what I was offered. That’s nearly $5,000 more over a 15-month lease — for the exact same layout. When I raised this with the leasing office, I was told I’d have to physically move to a different unit to get the lower rate. No explanation for the pricing difference, no flexibility, and no appreciation for being a long-term tenant. I was also told site staff have no pricing authority, yet corporate said the opposite — so I was left getting different answers from each side with no resolution. Despite being a reliable, multi-year resident, I was offered no concession, no discount, and no goodwill gesture whatsoever — not even one free month — just a take-it-or-leave-it renewal. The whole process felt less like renewing a lease and more like being squeezed for revenue. If you’re considering moving here, be aware that you might be paying hundreds more than your neighbors for the exact same apartment, and the management team doesn’t prioritize retention or transparency. Griffis seems far more interested in bringing in new tenants than valuing the ones they already have.

Kalei was a fantastic support and help during the tour. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering any and all questions with utmost professionalism. All the amenities and units shown were amazing, and Kalei's input convinced us that this is the right future home for us for if we move down here, to the point when my girlfriend and I returned to the car, we looked at each other and decided to cancel all other apartment tours at other locations. We were blown away and have Kalei to thank for all this.

You are very close to lots of stuff. This comes with a natural trade-off. There is no security. Driving is dangerous. The women drivers wreak havoc. Forget using Uber Eats, Grubhub, or Door Dash. About 70% the drivers don't speak English, can't figure out how to get in, and give up. The apartment building is clean and maintenance is good.

Read the reviews before you sign the lease at Griffis at the Domain. We really wish we had. You'll notice that most of the negative reviews (like this one) are incredibly specific, while many of the positive ones are like "omg, we had such a nice tour!" **Security is ridiculously lax and you WILL be the victim of theft** Management will not warn you about this during your tour. In fact, we were told that crime here is low because "it's private property so there are no homeless people". Within 2 months of us moving in, our vehicle has been broken into twice, and we had packages stolen. There are no cameras in the parking garage to monitor vehicles, and there are no security guards. Management will claim that there are (including undoubtedly as a reply to this review), but I assure you it's a lie. Check the garages while you're touring and you'll see. When you report the thefts to management, they'll tell you there's nothing they can do, and they might even blame you as the victim. When I reported a stolen package, the first reply I got was "why didn't you enable signatures for packages?" Well gee, I wasn't warned that they were guaranteed to be stolen. There are so many other negative reviews that report thefts, I wish I had seen them before I signed the lease. We've been here 9 months so far, and we bought a Ring camera and we have enabled signatures for packages, which is a hassle. We've seen multiple instances of other residents dealing with thefts through NextDoor alerts and resident alerts. A couple months ago, the handle was broken off of a car on a floor due to attempted theft. **They will nickel and dime you to death** -- The most egregious example of this is related to the vehicle break-ins above. After our vehicle was broken into the second time, we decided to start parking it somewhere else. Parking passes for the "secure" garage cost $50 per vehicle per month. Upon trying to return the pass, they said it is against policy to remove the charge and we have to continue paying for the remainder of the lease. Another negative review claims he lost his old vehicle and got a new one, and they issued him a new parking pass but won't remove the old one, so now he is paying twice for one vehicle. I read that and thought, that's ridiculous, that can't be true. Well it IS true. You're welcome to add vehicles to your lease any time at $50 per month a pop, but never to remove them. For full disclosure, after making a fuss, upper management did agree to remove the charge for this vehicle in my specific case. So remember to have your car broken into at least twice before trying to remove it, folks. -- There are so many fees on top of base rent. This is normal for apartment complexes (like my last one), but this place takes it to another level. In addition to monthly base rent, there is: parking fees per vehicle (even if you don't use it), pet fee, package fee, trash fee, pest control fee, green living fee (?!), drainage administration fee, sewer fee, sewer base fee, storm water drainage fee, water/sewer administration fee, water fee, miscellaneous fee (?!), and finally, chilled water fee. This last one is because they use a chilled water system instead of traditional air conditioning. For the first four months we lived here, this cost averaged $141 per month for our 1k-sqft apartment. And no, your electricity bill won't be lower as a result. Our electric bill is the same as it was in our last apartment (~$135/month). So it's just going to cost you more. **The buildings are poorly maintained and something is always broken** We've lived here 9 months. There has always been at least one elevator broken, sometimes two at the same time. Currently, there is an elevator in our garage that has been broken for over 6 weeks, despite me alerting management twice. This particular elevator has actually been broken on and off since we moved in and has been non-functional more often than it has been functional. At the time of this writing, the other elevator in the same garage is also broken. Other examples: The garage security gate broke for about a week, allowing anyone to enter the garage. One of the pool bathrooms closed because of vandalism. Many of the security doors don't latch securely, so you can just enter the building without swiping in. Two out of three ellipticals in the fitness center were out of order for an extended period. Another machine (the lat) is currently out of order at the time of this writing. **The door locks for your apartment are infuriating** The door lock on your apartment uses an app that fails at least half the time. We have stood outside disabling and enabling Bluetooth and trying to lock/unlock our door for 15 minutes at a time. If you can't handle that, they'll also provide you with a physical fob that you have to wave in front of the sensor for half a minute before it'll beep and you can unlock your door. These fobs cost $75 each (not refunded when you return the fob at the end of your lease). It's absolutely infuriating, especially when you're just trying to take the garbage to the trash chute but you don't want to leave your door unlocked for even a minute unsupervised (for reasons detailed above). **Some facilities are only accessible when the leasing office is open** During the tour, they'll show you a really nice space behind the leasing office with a sitting area and fireplace, several quiet working pods, a pool table, and a large kitchen. What they won't tell you during the tour is that you can only access these features when the leasing office is open 9-6pm. Were you planning to play a quiet game of pool with friends after work? Hosting a dinner party and wanted to use the kitchen? Hoping to escape your apartment after a long day and sit somewhere quiet? Too bad.

I really like the community, I would like to access the lounge area after-hours. Other than that, I think the staff is super helpful, community is great. Also, there is leaf blower noises in the morning, since my wife is doing work from home, sometimes it disturbs her. Not sure if some other schedule could be possible.

everything was top-notch from the moment of applying and getting a tour, to signing the lease and finally settling in. employees are all super friendly and professional and there's an overall easy going atmosphere at the community. quiet and peaceful community, with great amenities, both in-unit and property-wide.

I moved into Griffis after a horrible experience at my last apartment. I was a bit apprehensive at first, due to pricing, but everyone I spoke with was reassuring and I ultimately signed. Move in went very well, they made it an easy process and I felt at home instantly. The apartment was professionally cleaned before hand, and I felt very safe. I've lived here about a year now, and I am so glad I chose the Griffis. Maintenance responds extremely fast and I have never had an issue trying to get anything fixed. I love being so close to great restaurants, a park, and pretty much everything I need.

So far I had a great experience living in Griffis. Folks are friendly and facilities are wonderful. My move in day was a breeze. Moving into Griffis at the Domain has been a breeze! Ariana was very helpful in showing many different floorplans and amenities, which allowed me to make a fully informed decision. The property has adequate spacing to move large furniture, which is a huge plus. Maintenance has been amazing, prompt and very helpful.

I really like the Griffis. It is affordable and nice and I've had really good experience with getting maintenance orders taken care of. The gym is a little small for how many residents live here and can get packed, but I like the pools.

Move-in experience was distasteful, disappointing, and classless. The hot water did not work ! The apartment has many damages and needed to be repaired, tub needed to be resurfaced. I paid my deposit in Oct 24 and moved into Jan 25. Before move in I requested to walk the unit and that all repairs be complete before move . The leasing office ignored my request after you move in the leasing office will ignore your emails and verbal request. Disrespectful and unprofessional
