From the very first apartment i leased at Griffis, everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. When i decided to upgrade apartments, they made the process so smooth. I feel safe here, and any time i talk to the front office, they are always so nice and willing to help or assist me quickly. It's also not as loud as you'd think living at the domain, but still within easy walking distance.

It would be better if food delivery can deliver food directly to the front door. It's a pain to explain how to get to the room every time delivery arrives. 99% of the time, I need to go down and grab the food myself. Can't order anything if I'm not home.

Nice apartment community. Mix of residential and retail is convenient, but at times the retail aspect can impact quality of life. The elevators seem to be out of order frequently. People living here with pets do not always clean up after their pets, but that is a problem any place that allows pets. Office staff is professional and friendly.

Maintenance repairs are timely and thorough. Security is an issue. I have been a victim of mail theft and also a break-in burglary to my storage unit. Pool is nice, but requires constant cleaning. Maintenance does a pretty good job keeping up on this.

Great community and very professional. I've enjoyed living here and it's also very close to a lot of areas for food and shopping within the Domain. It's also not too loud, and outside of the "main" shopping area which is perfect for walking casually. Overall, I've enjoyed living here and the management team with the workers and maintenance have been punctual and polite!

Don't move here. The maintenance staff is great but there's a lot to maintain in the old outdated apartments. Also, there is a lot of broken stuff throughout the complex. As of today, 2/4 elevators and the garage security gate have been down for weeks, with no indication of when they will be fixed.

If you ever want to use any amenities - don't go to the Griffis. The unfortunate part of their high quality amenities is their total lack of availability to any residences. The apartments are stunning (the Platinum ones, the regular ones are quite ugly), but if you work a normal job during business hours, or truly want to use any amenities after work, they are only open until 6pm which is one of the worst residential business ideologies imaginable.

For context, I have lived here for a little over two years. Overall, being near the bars and the road, you're not gonna be super quiet compared to some other apartments. But you're also going to be a lot more conveniently walking distance from stuff which is nice. You can sleep fine if you have a little fan going. And I'm from the country where I grew up in the middle of a hayfield so I thought noise would be an issue. The maintenance at this apartment has been really good, so no complaints there. Often times fixing it the next day with nice employees. There's plenty of parking, which is nice but the garage door requiring the scan thing can make bringing visitors tedious with no code option. The apartment itself has treated me well with minimal maintenance needed. And the management is only been kind so always appreciate that. I even had a super noisy neighbor above me and after calling about it the noise was resolved pretty quickly, which I was surprised. I think I left their dog up there with the window open yapping.

Griffis has a great location right on the Domain. This is a very lively area so there is plenty of noise on the weekends. I work nights so this doesn't bother me! The maintenance workers are great. The pool amenities are very nice.
