Griffis is great! Location is very convenient and neighbors have been respectful. Whenever we submit a service request the service team is quick to respond. Also, I like that they are constantly improving the space. I would definitely recommend living here. Holidays/ weekends can get a bit crazy though.

I've really enjoyed living here. I feel safe and my neighbors are very nice. The location is great - I'm close to practically any store or restaurant I may need, whether I can walk to or drive 5 minutes to.

I feel like the upkeep of the residential buildings has become low priority, in regards to building quality as well as a high number of residential units being Airb&b which allow guests the freedom to come and go being loud at all hours of the day and night being inconsiderate to the neighbors above and below them.

Pretty good community and a great location! Have been residing here for over 3 years and have no complaints. The management recently improved the security by installing RF reading locks on all entrances and they seem to be receptive to feedback.

Have really liked living here thus far. Feels safe, homey, and maintenance has been completed quickly. I also really enjoy using the business center pods since I would from home. Front desk staff also have been helpful

I appreciate the support in response to service requests, especially from Mr. Derrick Warden who goes above and beyond to attend to needed repairs and help with maintenance improvements to my home. He is always very responsive, helpful, and respectful. Thanks for all you do!

Its been great living at Griffis so far! The community feels very safe and the staff here are very friendly. I had a lot of maintenance requests which were resolved promptly!! Definitely recommend this place :)

Griffis is making significant changes to the property. I lived here a couple years ago under different management and I can already tell after living here for one week that things are changing for the better. The leasing staff has been great to me and the move in was seamless. I'm very happy to call Griffis at the Domain my home.

I've been here for 4 years now. I love the access to all the domain has to offer. Bars, food, and shopping are all right here. The staff is friendly and in my opinion the resents are fair for living in walkable distance to everything.

The place was nice, I did think the apartment was a bit lackluster for the price, but that is what you get for the location. Overall, if the price had been a bit lower I most likely would have gone with the location.

We walked in without a tour appointment but the staff was super accommodating! JoJo was great and answered all of our questions on the tour. We were so happy with the price and view that we stopped our home search because we knew this was the place for us!

Do not move here. They advertise luxury and provide the exact opposite. The staff is unprofessional and are not required to follow the same standards as the residents. Some was murdered in the complex and we were not notified about it until after it was resolved. Move somewhere else in the Domain that actually takes pride in their property and cares about their residents well-being.

The Domain is always changing (something new pops up all the time) which makes it a great place if you like change or people watching. the "walkability" in the domain is a ten out of ten from restaurants to bars to clothing, movies, you name it.

I have been very pleased with the Griffis! The office staff is responsive and helpful, repair staff professional. The building is secure and common grounds kept immaculately clean. I highly recommend!

Certain staff members are the only reason I continue to rent as they go above and beyond to do their job and be kind. Other staff members are one of the reasons I would like to leave as the same cannot be said about them.

New door entry system hasn't worked properly since being installed months ago, office renovations forced the closure of the gym for over a year, maintenance personnel take multiple visits to fix same apartment problem, messages from the apartment mgmt seem to come several times each month (used to receive hardly any) regarding things that are broken or are being "upgraded" and those things seem to always cause major inconveniences for residents.

The staff impressed me the most patient and very friendly . and love the location . Gym , Garage parking ,like the pool layout and grill , looking forward to the new deck under the trees . like the walking distance to shops and restaurants .

We can have 3 dogs in the apartment. That's a plus. The staff is great and helpful. The apartment looks good and clean. It's close to the mall and surrounded with restaurants. It's like a vacation. It's close to my work.

Great place to live and very convenient to shopping and entertainment. Being close to so many stores the complex is amazingly quiet. Close to Q2 soccer stadium. The staff in the office are very professional and friendly.

This place has no security preventing anyone from walking up to your door and the owners do not care about improving security. Dog owners routinely let their pets poop or pee in the garage and even the hallways. It takes weeks for someone to clean the hallways, so it is embarrassing to have guests pass by such places.

The hallway is kind of unacceptable. There is no A/C and looks like a little bit dirty and old. But the remodelling home is much better, so I like it although the ceiling height is low. Overall, it is a acceptbale community.
