The renovated apartments are good. Maintenance is prompt and amenities are abundant. I had a great experience touring the community with Shayla and Lisa. They helped me out with the leasing process a lot. Access to the garage and trash is a little tedious and some bathrooms are not as well lit as others, but overall a good property.

It has been good overall can't complain. The area is very nice and there are a lot of good shopping and dining experiences nearby. However they are out of my price range. A benefit is that my work office is walking distance.

Maintenance and front office staff are helpful and pleasant. I have a one bedroom and the lack of closet space has been an issue. The Bluetooth locks are not reliable at all. Overall I like the complex and have had positive experiences.

I've been living in this apartment complex for a while now and have mixed feelings. On one hand, the apartments themselves are nice and recently renovated, which is a big plus. The pools and BBQ areas are also well-maintained and enjoyable. However, there are several significant downsides. The community areas, particularly the hallways, are always dirty and poorly maintained. They recently switched the apartment keys to fobs, but these frequently don't work, causing a lot of inconvenience. Security is a major concern here as well?the cameras donot work, and there's a persistent issue with mail theft. Additionally, several cars have been broken into in the building garage, which is supposed to be accessible only to residents. Overall, while the apartments are pleasant, the management really needs to step up and address these issues in the community areas and improve security measures.

I loved the community! The model apartment I toured is exactly the same selection color that I would like. I couldn't see the same floorplan I would like but Alina showed me the view I would have and the hallway to imagine myself living there. That particular hallway looks a bit old, maybe the lightning? But in general, everything looks great. Also, because the apartment I liked is facing the park on the first floor, I would add another safety feature inside because I'm new in town and would live by myself, but everything seems safe.

I put in a maintenance request at around 7pm and it was repaired by 4pm the next day. I had an issue with the sink drain in my bathroom and they were quick to fix it. It was my only my 2nd request in 7 years. Great Job Team!!!!

Overall, I really enjoy living in this complex. The office staff and maintenance crew are helpful and friendly. The apartments are a great size and the community feels very safe. My main gripe is with the recent installation of finicky keyless entry locks to the apartment. They don't work well and the fobs are overpriced. I've also had a decent amount of bugs in the apartment. Could be worse and there thankfully hasn't been any roaches, but there are more bugs than other apartments that I've lived in.

Great apartment! Difficulty with online deliveries, drivers are often confused about where to go and find kiosks to enter. Are there any specific instructions for drivers that residents have to be aware of? Also, fetch misplaces expensive packages ??
