Placed request. There was a bathroom pluming issue. Toilet was not filling nor flushing appropriately. Maintenance was scheduled for a time when I was away from the apartment at work. Maintenance action taken and completed in the next few days.

Jaime was great. He solved the issue very quickly and stayed longer than he was expected to as he ensured it would stayed fixed. Thanks to him. Very nice as well. The team also acted quickly in sending someone out.

I'll submit later but I don't have great things to say. YOU should not be charging me for a fob which is essentially a key. You pretend a phone works as a free key but it fails to lock or unlock my door at least 50% of the time. This is not included in the lease that I have to pay for a key. It can't be legal Apartment is nice but that doesn't mean anything if I can't access it!

Aniya was awesome. Customer service great. Apartment seemed reasonably priced and amenities were of good quality. Area around is great. Packages delivered to Fetch. Overall seemed like a great place to be I just hope I could afford it.

Great community been here in Domain for years. Management has changed for the better. Superior location in the Domain directly across from Rock Rose district. Despite proximity noise is not typically an issue.

Generally good except that it is quite noisy due to the drunken people in the parking lot during weekend. Food and shopping are very accessible. My upstair neighbor is terrible. They always power walk. If y'all can time to time remind the residents not to power walk or to walk slow and soft for the other neighbors, it would be helpful.

Nice and lovely neighborhood. Friendly resident and good access to all amenities. The service/maintenance team Cory in particular is my favorite. Always ready to assist at any time. The Gym facilities are standard and well managed.

The property is well kept and clean. Th office staff is easy to work with and very understanding of any issues that occur. They have wonderful amenities to use such as the gym and pool which are two of my favorites. As well as the wonderful dog park near by.

I love living at the Griffis. It's central to everything I need (shopping, restaurants, bars, grocery, etc.). I feel very safe walking around both durning the day and at night. The community is very pet friendly and has many place to walk/play with your furry friend both on and off leash. So many perks!

Just moved in but everything's been great so far. Our apartment is super cute and homey feeling. Move in was simple, apartment is great, and loving the location - so much to do/see around here! We moved from downtown Austin to here and definitely think we'll enjoy this more.

No issues, Amanda with front office is the bomb. If the complex doesn't get greedy with the rent increase that I know is coming I would actually like to stay another lease. I have no pets and am quiet!

Just three days into my new place, I've encountered a few issues. The dishwasher is leaking, my drapes won't close properly, and the washer has a persistent foul odor. Despite these challenges, I remain hopeful that the management will address these problems promptly. I'm really fond of the location, the view, and the abundant natural light in the building, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will assist me with these issues. Once these matters are resolved, I'm confident that I'll be able to fully enjoy and appreciate my new home.

The maintenance worker entered when I was not home despite clear instructions for entry when I would be home. I am upset about the privacy violations. The community is loud and I must wear ear plugs to sleep.

Very convenient to bars & restaurants, good community to live in. This is not a community for those that have a need for quiet, as its very active here, especially around the pool & at night and on weekends, but i enjoy it.

I have worked with Griffis residential for many years with corporate leases. Recently we worked with Griffis East Village and Griffis Mission Valley in San Diego and we had such a great experience. I cannot say the same for Griffis at the Domain. The experience has been horrible, and I am all about giving 2nd changes, but it is one thing after another. Arianna is awesome and that is the only positive thing I can say.

Great location. Close to The Domain amenities but far enough from the noise (if living in Building 1). While the clubhouse is nice, I didn't like that they closed down the Phase 1 gym, as the remaining gym in Phase 2 is too far. Also, it would be great if the leasing office offered complimentary wifi to residents using the clubhouse. It's not really feasible to do some work there if you're only relying on your mobile phone data.

I have loved my stay at Griffis at the Domain! The apartment is beautiful, the staff are helpful, the community events are fun, the pools are a great amenity, and most importantly, the location (right here on Rock Rose) simply can't be beat. The visit went weld. The after contact was not as pleasant. Within 2 day I had received 3 emails. That is a bit of an overkill. Thank goodness I did not give the property my phone number. And now with this survey you want a minikmumk number of words. How STUPID!!!!!!!!!!
