Just my humble opinion.... but for all the 1-star reviews posted.... quit your bellyaching ! One review mentioned not getting an email response about some complaint. Duh. Walk the 30 steps to the office and talk to someone in person. People are always going to have issues with other people. Mainly the staff. But as another reviewer pointed out - we're talking about a handful of staff.... catering to like several hundred residents. At least. Sometimes it's hard to remember that the world doesn't revolve around you 24/7. I understand that different people are always going to have different experiences. But if you have an issue with the staff at IMT @ the Domain.... try living at a few other properties in Austin. You'll soon realize how good you have it here. The staff are professional.... courteous.... and, basically, just damn good at their jobs. The best way I can sum up the service here is : they are attentive... without being intrusive. To me personally - that speaks volumes.

IMT @ The Domain is great! The leasing office staff has been very helpful. They were very patient and accommodating during the apt hunting stage. Maintenance requests have been knocked out within hours of request. Living in the Domain is awesome! Very dog friendly; my dog loves walking around the domain and meeting a lot of new people and dogs!

This complex is great if you are just out of college and looking to extend that experience. The walls are paper thin, the windows leak when it rains, the hallways are usually dirty, the stairwells in the apartment buildings and parking garage are filthy and smell. The workout room is haphazardly maintained, the cable TV's haven't worked in 3 months. The management team changes quite frequently so it seems they are always playing "catch up" with maintenance issues. Fortunately we don't live next to gamers but you can hear them in the hallways. The pool on the weekend looks like a Vegas pool party. Again, might be great if you are just out of school. Our building had an electrical issue that caused the cable to haphazardly go out , sometimes for hours at a time. We work from home quite a bit and we had to go to Starbucks to have internet service. It took them 3 months to correctly diagnose the problem. Looking forward to moving.

It's been great thus far. The only suggestion I would make is to put better lighting in the parking garages. It's extremely dark at night and feels unsafe at times. I've had guests over that complain about that one feature of the complex and I couldn't agree more.

The overall process was a great experience. The staff members made our move go seamlessly. The staff was very knowledgable as well as accommodating. We visited other apartments but none compared to the IMT at the Domain. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a new home.

Laundry facility has been out for more than a week in my building. I left to california April 18, 2015 came back and I checked April 26, 2015 and it was still out of order. I think it should be addressed within a couple of days. Not all residents have units in the apartments.

Everything has exceeded my expectations so far! I'm very satisfied. The staff at the leasing office are always a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. There are also discounts at select restaurants/shops within the domain. Great place to live!

The domain parkside apartments have a wide range of amenities, access to top level fitness trainers, and a clean well-maintained community. The staff plans great events to help connect with the community and there is plenty of socialization around the pool when the weather is warm enough.

Maintenance has been wonderful and very quick. My AC went out after regular hours and Benny showed up and everything was fixed within about an hour of me calling and leaving a message. This was my second maintenance request and both times I was pleasantly surprised by the response time and the friendliness of the staff.

I have lived here for almost 2 years after moving across the country. I was looking for a place I could meet people through different activities and be within walking distance of a few fun places. Between the amazing pool, fxfit, and the Domain restaurants and shops, IMT at the Domain surpassed my expectations. Staff and maintenance have been excellent in my experiences with them. Although rent is a bit high here, I think it's the best deal in the Domain and if you use the perks and make friends it's a great place to live.

I shopped all the apartment communities at the Domain and IMT @ The Domain was the best choice in my book, hands down! I enjoy being able to walk anywhere, whether its going to get dinner and a drink or breakfast in the morning. The office staff are amazing and the maintenance staff definitely keep the property looking great! Not to mention all the improvements that have been done to the property help keep it looking awesome. With that said, I am happy to call this place home.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is crazy awesome and sweet and always helpful. The quality of appliances and materials in the apartment are top notch! The park adjacent to the property is awesome for my fur babies to run around and the apartments close proximity to the Domain makes dining/bar hopping super easy! You are close to everything at the domain yet far enough away that you don't deal with all the noise and congestion that you would at the other apartments in the area! Been here a week and all my neighbors have been very welcoming and sweet! I'm truly happy to call IMT at the Domain my home!

Quality apartments and living spaces. Loves the shops and restaurants close by. In the works with Management about a renewal. Amazing appliances, great staff on site. If only the residences respected the grounds and all the hard work maintenance does it would be a 5 star place.

Overall it is a good place to live if you have the budget. I may suggest people who want to have separated space for dinning and living room think first about how you would like the room to be set up. The staff are friendly and overall quality is good.

I love living in the Domain. It's a great locate and my apartment is really nice. It's one of the few communities in the area that offers hardwood floors throughout the apartment. It's perfect if you have a pet! The staff is friendly and resourcefull too

Cleaned and safe area, but paying for location. Office staff of new ownership is not very friendly and that makes trying to go get a package difficult. They also do not let you know if a package has been delivered for you, so if you are not expecting something or do not get a tag on your door then you would never know it was there. Apartments are nice and spacious and clean, but have very little storage and do not have very many am entities inside them for the money you are paying each month. Most of the fixtures are also quite cheap. And if you want to rent a storage closet for your stuff they are quite expensive and could be far away from you in the complex.

Apartments are nice and clean, property management is adequate, parking can be frustrating with spacing being allotted to nearby hotels and businesses. Construction is always ongoing and the noise when the bars let out can be obnoxious, every night of the week, so be careful when picking your unit.

My first month at IMT has been fine. The staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds and facilities appear to be well maintained and everything works well. I would recommend this to others seeking short, medium or long term housing in the Domain area of Austin.

IMT @ The Domain is a great place to live. I lived here for over a year now, before IMT took over. Since they've taken over, everything has gone smooth for me. The staff is always friendly and always willing to help with any issues that come up. Living right next to The Domain has its obvious perks as well.

First of all, I love being in walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in the area. I also love the big park where dogs are welcome right behind my building! The staff has always been great, and respond to emails very quickly whenever I mention any concerns. So far- great experience here!

This apartment complex has gone down hill very quickly. There are not enough amenities to accommodate the volume of residents. Cleanliness is a problem. The construction noise is overwhelming and though we have made multiple appeals to management they do not care.
