I have lived at IMT Domain for a couple of weeks now and everything has been great. The office staff was very friendly. It is a great community very dog friendly and within walking distance of many great bars, restaurants and shops. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to live in the Domain.

Location is great. Interior quality not good, just polished it is not new things are constantly breaking down. Trash containers in the back are nasty , always spilling out trash is all over the road. Office staff not friendly very stuck up..

So far so good, i really like the community and i will renew for another year depending on my renewal increase... Its very noisy at times but overall i think its a good value for the location and quality of the apt. Im hoping to renew when my lease is up...

Nice place, friendly staff, quick response from maintenance. Office hours could stand to be extended one day a week for people to pick up packages (Wednesday, please!), but that's the biggest problem I've had since I've moved in. The pool seems really nice and the fitness center is one of the best (as far as apartment fitness centers go).

Wonderful community, great staff, couldn't ask for a better location. Building and amenities are excellent, my apartment is a fantastic layout and is in great condition. Only one downside - rent is increasing way too quickly. I can no longer afford to stay.

Just moved in but its a great location and very convenient. Move in was smooth and the apartment is nice. Some of the appliances are old but that's fine. Overall I'm happy with my decision to live here. Hope I will have a good experience the whole time I live here

I recommend IMT Domain. Convenient to the Domain shopping mall. The staff are very friendly, Whenever I asked the maintenance, they compete their work very rapidly. Neighbors are nice and quiet people. I'm enjoying staying at the IMT Domain.

Great management staff and friendly community. Love having a yard and the small dog park for pets to play. Great classes offered at no cost to residents in the community. Shopping nearby can get around without the use of a car. Have some events to connect with the community but could add more!

It's getting way better, thanks to Lindsey Westmoreland. She's very quick to answer emails and concerns. She's made herself available via email anytime. My only concern is the gym floor. I wish it were cleaned more often, more than once a week.

Overall, it has been a good experience. Noise is pretty high from the people exiting the Domain community. The apartment is pretty cheap for the type of lifestyle it is supposed to portray. The fixtures are very cheap. I feel like I am in a cheap hotel sometimes.

Have lived here over a year and have had a mostly positive experience throughout my time here. There were a few kinks during management changes, but that is to be expected. The apartments are nice and are walking distance to the domain which is super convenient. The office staff is almost always super helpful. Make sure you keep track of all your paperwork if you sign a lease.

My experience at IMT at the Domain has been excellent so far. We love the community features - nice pool, easy to walk to the Domain, great park behind building, awesome gym. Any service requests are handled quickly. The only downside is that it is a difficult building to move in to. There is no service elevator and moving trucks don't usually fit inside the garage.

The Wellness Studio is hands down the best apartment gym I've ever seen. The apartments are lovely, the location is great, and I'd say living here is wonderful if not for the few bad apple tenants who don't seem to give a ---- about keeping the place they live nice by doing simple things such as cleaning up after their animals or themselves.

I love the complex and its location. The apartment complex is beautifully maintained and the office and maintainence staffs are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The outdoor decks, pool, and fitness center are beautiful . The location is the absolute best. Restaurants, shopping, social venues, theater, park grounds, and even a Whole Ffods are all within walking distance. Couldn't ask for more.

The apartment was not prepared properly for our arrival. The unit was dirty, construction debris was everywhere, and multiple utilities/appliances did not work. Rough start to our experience with the community. Took substantial time to be livable and up to par.

Located in the Domain which has nice neighborhood amenities (mall, restaurants, bars). Staff is friendly. The apartments are poorly built with cheap appliances and material. I've had a severe window leak in my bedroom for about a year and a half. IMT took over last summer and has had 9 months to fix the issue but still haven't been able to after several attempts to fix it. The best they could do for me is let me out of my leaseor allow me to move into another unit (which is $150/mo) on my own expense.

Overall, a good complex. Great location. Fun things to do in the Domain and surrounding area. Responsive staff. Biggest drawback: poor sound insulation between units and floors. With laminate floors, you can hear your loud walking neighbors upstairs.

I love it here!! But the utility's are a scam and not accurate. The chiller system is a rip off, but overall, the dog park is right out back and the wellness center is a huge plus! And they have all kinds of fun events offered one or more times a week to get to know your neighbors.
