Hopeless. Don't get duped by the model house. Utterly dirty and dusty apartment when we moved in despite telling them to get the apt cleaned before our move-in. non-working fixtures and door/window and AC vent. Insects everywhere (in drawers, closets, cabinets, ceiling, tub). Your request/complaint doesn't get paid attention to right away. Good luck!

Very nice and quiet complex, seems to be well managed. Maintenance is extremely quick and reliable when requested. The only thing I see which needs done is the stairways. There is debris, dog hair, litter needs to be removed/cleaned by whomever is contracted to do so.

I have only been here for a week but I am very please with my decision to rent here. The apartment is clean and spacious, my neighbors are quiet. The gym is open late and at the hours I go it is very quiet. The courtyard and media area is peaceful and allows me to enjoy reading outdoors. The location is great I walk to restaurants, shopping and the movies. The garage could however use better lighting.

Good times at IMT at the Domain. No complaints, great staff, great area. Rent isn't any more than any other area of town. Not much for live music in this area but hopefully that will change. Otherwise, the train is a block away and runs right downtown.

The office did an awesome job handling my complaint. Took care of my work order gimmediately. Maint tech came out and handled the job with the utmost professionalism. Overall very impressed. You just don't get that at most property's. Customers service is outstanding.

Great location. Staff is always friendly and most neighbors are pretty friendly and at the very least quite. Maintenence has always responded to emergencies in a timely manner and at the very least been able to advise by phone in less pressing situations.

Our experience here has been mostly positive. There are some things over all which the community can not control. For instance, the noise levels outside of the complex due to the infamous "Punch Bowl Social". Also the many speeding crotch rockets and supped up street racers with glass pipes at all hours of the day and night. We live on the fourth floor and I can hear people downstairs as if they where standing talking in my bedroom. The building is not well sound insulated.

I've lived at IMT @ the Domain since February 2015 and have only had a great experience. All of the staff are friendly and attentive and considering all of the amenities and the location it is an excellent price for an apartment. It is truly dog friendly and offers many conveniences in that regard (designated bathroom areas with bags provided, treats in the office, etc). The pools are all modern and well maintained with grills and pleasant seating areas. It is really a very luxurious apartment and (as long as it is within your price range) is definitely worth calling home!

I moved in one week ago. My apartment was very clean and everyone in the community is friendly so far. The leasing office was accommodating when I switched units the day I moved in (after not visiting the complex at all). Ask for a tour if you need one, because I did not get one.

My service request is still not complete. It was made on August 8 2015 and started on August 10. I was left a piece of paper on my counter stating that it would be turned over to the window vendor. As of today, August 21 I have not been updated nor has my issue been fixed.

This community is very clean. The amenities are amazing and the apartment finishes are very nice. It has been a very easy transition moving from Colorado to Texas. It is nice to be in a community that is so close to many things. The apartment staff have been very friendly as well.

I'm a new resident. I think I'm the only one here without a dog. Anyways, I like it here. The location is extraordinary and the amenities are great. The rent is reasonable, but the Domain itself can be a very expensive place to hang out. The residents include some families, lots of young couples, and some singles. Definitely call ahead or e-mail if you want to talk to a leasing agent because whenever I have been there they have been slammed. They handle it well, but I think they could use an additional staff member or two.

The apartment staff is helpful when you need anything and maintenance request are handled pretty fast. The location is perfect - very close to Burnet and the best location to live in the domain. For the domain not being completely built up yet and the amount of construction happening around - the rent is a little high, but for the perks of living in a new building with easy going staff it is worth it. Also, get google fiber already.

I was a resident of the main building - one of the first to occupy it - in summer, 2013. I just renewed/transferred to Phase 3 across the street. Since IMT Residential has taken over management of the Domain properties, the complex runs very well. I have appreciated the attentiveness of the staff very much, and my new home is well-appointed. I am enjoying it quite a bit.

Excellent apartment community with prime location to the Domain in Austin. The appliance, finish, and overall feel my apartment unit were exactly what I was looking for in an apartment - quality at a reasonable rate. The other amenities of the complex have proved to be equally valuable, including the parking garage, fitness room options, and pool options. The staff has been extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They really do make a difference and want to make sure everyone loves their new home.

Overall, our experience 6 months into our lease at IMT Domain has been above par. There's a lot to love about the apartment community: we're in Phase III so we're in a completely new building; the construction and materials (to my eye) is better than most other communities; we're a few minutes' walk into the heart of the Domain; the nearby park is great for our dog; our neighbors are friendly; and the apartment staff is beyond helpful, courteous, and prompt. The only thing weighting down our experience is the way in which some (and I suspect it's a very small minority) of residents seem to treat the property. From dog owners who won't pick up after their pet (including when that happens in the hallway) or whose dogs bark inside/outside for hours on end, to people who have broken exterior doors, the parking garage entry gates, etc., there seems to be an attitude among some residents that they need not properly care for the property. I guess that's an issue in any apartment complex and, to their credit, the staff are always quick to tend to things that need repair/maintenance. However, we were hoping to avoid some of the more juvenile tendencies.

Location is great. Office staff is generally very good with the new management. Apartment materials are kind of cheap and you must live on a top floor, otherwise you hear every noise. Great floorplans and convenient parking and trash shoots.

They're new and the well designed but not well maintained. Trash is usually overflowing into the parking garage so it smells disgusting. Same with the stairways. I have to hold be breath. The office staff is really nice and pleasant, however, I don't think there is much work being done around the grounds to keep it nice. Nice dog park next door and easy in/out of the Domain.

I like the location, the gym/ classes, and the fact of that this building is brand new. I wish my neighbors can be more considerate and control their dogs for not barking at 6 am. The doors connected to garage are never locked which really concerns me.
