Very nice clean community neighbors are very nice and respectful. Next to no noise in the neighborhood except when trash bins are picked up. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and office staff is courteous and helpful.

This is going to be my third year living here. I've never stayed longer than a year anywhere but it's been such a great living experience for myself and my partner there's no reason for us to look elsewhere. The location is great and the staff has always been so pleasant to interact with.

These apartments are quiet and staff is very friendly. They have pretty great communication with all service requests and are pretty quick to get them handled in a timely fashion. I am a current resident and I'm enjoying my home life in this community

Great people at the lease office and efficient maintenance crews ! Apartment is clean and safe. Important Businesses locate within 2 miles. Walking and hiking paths are at the door step. It's quiet. Love it.

It is a great place to live. I only gave the one star because if security is your main concern we are not a gated community as advertised. The gates do not work. They are open 24/7. A concern of mine but it has its plus side for delivery drivers.

Community is quiet. Apartments are older and depending on unit may need attention but typically no issues. Lived here multiple times over a span of 5 plus years. Recommend second phase for quieter neighborhood

Absolute worst experience at this complex. After 8 months of living here, new manager Allyson takes it upon herself to claim I'm not the person on the lease. I showed her all my identification and she says I'm not the one that picked up the keys. Are you kidding me? Sends me a notice to vacate my own apartment during the holidays. I will be taking legal action. I've contacted local news. This will not go unnoticed. It's a crime what they did. Allyson and Ziri need to be fired immediately

This complex was great at communicating and answering any questions I had. They actually picked up the phone which seems to be hard to get other complexes to do. I will be moving to Austin for the first time and I hope that it is these apartments

I love it here! I have had no issues with the property and any issues that have occurred are always handled in a timely manner and professionalism. I also really enjoy the events the apartments leasing office hosts for the residents it's creates a sense of community.

I chose this apartment because of good neighbors which makes very safe and secure for all in the community. Also the compound is kept clean for the most of the time.Making it a clean environment. There is a very family oriented community.

Roaches. Do not move here.

52 days of living here, roaches since day one. Seen 42 at this point, most being the baby ones. And including a nest the inspector found in the kitchen. Roach poop all behind the stove and the fridge. Been treated four times and still having them. Management says it is not that bad And refuses to let us leave, despite the fact their overhead would make even more money from us since we want to transfer to a apartment complex owned by the same corporate that is more expensive than here (and with no roach problems). So yeah. Do not move here. Biggest mistake we ever made.

Never had too many issues with this Apartment community since I've been here over six years, but I will always recommend to check everything first and follow the instructions of inventory inspections once you move in.

the community is very good. the service is fast and accurate. the process for renting and proving documents can be a little time-consuming and bureaucratic, but it is worth all the initial effort, since it is very quiet, clean, organized, several benefits and the service team is fantastic, especially Ziri.

Sonterra maintenance team always does a good job. They are friendly and helpful. This is a good apartment complex for children, adults and pets. Lots of activities for the residents to take part in. Nice pool too!

Not as quiet and nice as it always used to be, phase 1 building 4 has had a lot of new tenants and it's become very loud all hours of the night and have noticed lots of trash left all over our area. Not very happy.

Maintenance is an issue. Will fix some items and even after multiple complaints, others are ignored. I have repeatedly asked for my refrigerator to be repaired (despite it being new when I moved in), the work has never been completed properly

I was urgently looking for a place to live and found Sonterra Apartments. The staff is wonderful and assisted me through the process with ease. The apartment application was a quick and easy. A note for anyone who has an ESA Pet, approval took about a week and a half for the pet screening to be approved. No issues

The community is ok. I thought it would be more secure as gated, but the gates are constantly broken/open day and night. Cleanliness is definitely an issue for me, the hallways are never cleaned and as the raccoons are opening trash bags they spread it around. Staff is very friendly but there's often a lack of communication. I'm pleased with my apartment as it look on the woods, feels like resort.
