My experience started out well, and I like my unit overall. Unfortunately, being without appliances for six months has made my experience here terrible, and Willow Bridge did nothing to help me during that time.

Very kind maintenance staff. Fantastic and very well communicative leasing office! Very pet friendly community as well! I really like the fact that they have two twenty-four hour gyms that are well maintained.

Friendly staff trying hard. Grounds are well maintained except for trees. Apartments have cheap appointments, but good appliances. Maintenance is slow, slow and sometimes non-existentent and uses cheapest materials. Neighbors are friendly and I feel safe here.

Overall, we've had a positive experience here. Maintenance has always been very responsive. The office staff is kind and attentive as well. There can be issues with package delivery at times, but often times (not always) other residents who receive your packages by mistake will leave it with the office for collection and that's nice.

Sonterra Apartments has a great staff, amazing space in the apartments. I love that they have a secure package center and that it's gated. Getting your lease signed/approved was fast. For my first apartment I will say I picked one of the best!

It's the worst. The maintenance staff is always behind. They won't complete work orders unless it's an "emergency". Half of the amenities we moved here for aren't even functional. It's not worth the money.

Sonterra is a great place to live. Very cozy and feels secluded away from Austin. The apartment staff are great to work with and really care for the people of the community. Also lots of great food places nearby on FM 620.

Good apartments, good friendly neighbors, good friendly staff, the good green location, I like it ??, when pools are clean, jacuzzis are work and clean. Near Colorado river, lake, many parks, restaurants, supermarkets.

Great community as far as amenities and parking. Staff is kind and respectful. We enjoy the community being pet-friendly. We also enjoy the walking distance to Trailhead Park, the trail, and various stores.

Moving out of state is already a difficult situation, however, I couldn't be happier with the experience I've had moving to Austin TX. The staff is communicative and prompt, the community and general location is beautiful. I truly feel welcomed and comfortable!

Generally a satisfactory community. My main complaint is the excessive charge of two months rent to move out prior to end of lease even with a 60 day notice. One additional annoyance is that the on site dumpsters fill up well before the scheduled collection days.

It's been nice, the only issues I've had/seen are maintenance not actually fixing the issues, trash being everywhere because the dumpsters are full, and my neighbors being loud and screaming all the time, and them throwing trash out of their cars such as glass bottles

Quiet friendly community. Very well kept. Lots of amenities and creative monthly activities. Close enough to the city but still feels a little secluded. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Maybe have more options for the entry gate system.

While I love the overall layouts of this apartment complex, that doesn't make up for everything else that's wrong with this community. The gates in Phase 2 have barely worked in 5 years living here. The lawns are pretty well maintained but there's so much more that could be done to keep everything else clean. Trash has consistently been piling up, both in the mail room and in the dumpster bins. Community is quiet for the most part unless you get unlucky with your neighbors. This complex is within a short distance from Concordia and many stores and restaurants. There have been constant times when I've contact staff about issues and they either don't get resolved or maybe get a general response that will go out to the whole community "reminding" them about certain rules. We enjoyed our first year or so here but we're happy to move on somewhere new.

Why is the community not handled as a priority? Gates are STILL not working on a regular basis. Dog stations are not looked after. People probably think they don't have to pick up after their dogs because the station trash is not emptied and bags are not replaced. Mailroom ALWAYS LOOKS TRASHY. Lights that go out on the buildings in the breezeways and on the signage have to be REPORTED to be replaced. Nothing is ever done about the trashcans left out indefinitely in the breezeways and some of the patios are used as permanent storage of junk.

Very nice place to live. It's been a while since we moved here...and we're still like it. Very close to a lots of business...for hiking trails..parks..and very safe. The management team is always nice and helpful. The prices are going up a little bit every year ..but this is a better place to call home in this area of north Austin.

An amazing community with professional and courteous staff and administrators. My neighbors have never been anything but friendly and welcoming. People regularly walk their animals and go for runs/jogs in a welcoming and safe environment.

I have lived here almost a year and have enjoyed the wildlife that come through the area behind my patio area. The complex is very quiet. The clubhouse is beautiful and inviting. Trash valet is a great service.

The staff is incredibly helpful and answers any questions you may have very quickl! It made the move effortless. The maintenance is quick with fixing any issues you may have and there is lots of room for parking.

The community looks nice in appearance however, the actual unit themselves are not put together. Well if you live on any floor other than the top floor, the noise between the units is extremely loud. Also, there's a pest control problem if I had done more research, I would've not moved here.

I have asked continually for updates and refreshing in my apartment and little to nothing has been done, especially in the last 4 years. My apartment was repainted once and carpet changed and flooring fixed once approx. 8-9 years ago and a faulty appliance replaced with another same age and type from another apartment years ago that has never worked correctly (standing water in bottom of dishwasher) I have offered to vacate while remodeling was done but that was rejected. I don't want to move but would like my apartment refurbished.

Quiet apartments Fairly responsive with the maintenance issue. Friendly front office staff. On the flip side they ripped me off with the fake bedbugs issue to a a tune of $2000 which was basically a blackmail - move out in 3 days or pst $2K.

Love the property. Freeze the rent. ?? Good people in the office. (You need to pay them more ??) ?? Well organized. Very helpful with everything from missing packages to changing lightbulbs. A dog next to my building barks too much. Don't like this at all.
