Quiet community for the most part. Office staff can be very helpful. If they don't know the answer they will check with someone else. Also pretty area with trees, bushes and plants. Sometimes parking can be an issue, especially if you come in late at night or early in the morning.

The management of the community is exceptional. The actual maintenance staff seem to be very considerate and it took very little time for the actual repair. They waited to get my consent before entering the unit, a feat that I value highly. The wait on getting my unit fixed was unusually long, and I worry that will continue in the future if I make another request.

Enjoyable time living here, even though there are some annoying neighbor issues or slow response times to requests. Luckily, those slow response times are few and far between overall. Be nice to the office staff and they will treat you right in return.

The location is great, and everyone is nice in the community. The grounds are well maintained. The apartment complex has events throughout the year to meet your neighbors. The recycle bin overflows at times.

So far this is great. We were so worried about getting into an apartment that is not safe and dirty but everything about this place was smooth. I was iffy about the valet trash but it is really nice.

I have had a wonderful experience at Sonterra Apartments. The staff are always courteous, kind, helpful and very professional!! Doesn't get any better than residing at Sonterra Luxury Home Apartments!!! Kudos, to EVERYONE that works there and maintains it and makes it a nice and fun place to live!!!???

I have a neighbor across from me #531 that has a dog not properly trained it bites and growl at the residence whenever she takes it out. Something needs to be done about her and that dog! This was supposed to be a friendly community at least it use to be.

The apartments are improving. Such as fixing gates to pool, yet front gates have not worked in either location in my 2 years, Mail room door needs a simple adjustment to shut slowly. I know how to do this in 1 minute if anyone needs instruction (There are 3 screws to increase or reduce pressure for opening, closing, and latching. It is that easy).

Overall the experience has been good. We hope in the future it will be the same. When moving into a new place, it is smart to check everything and make sure you get the problems, if any, squared away ASAP, so you can focus on your move as it is usually stressful.

Great, but work orders are a hit or miss. I still have the original issue which has not been addressed. Also the front office is impossible to get a hold of over the phone. No transparency whatsoever with the front office and maintenance staff on work orders.

Very uncomfortable experience with this property, I'm not happy at all, I had a break windows in my truck, they also told me that I need to go to homedepot to buy the gas propane for the pool grill, their green areas literally are not the best. They need to find a better landscape company who put attention to details.

I've resigned my lease 5 times at this community! The rent for this area is very affordable and the amenities are great. The maintenance staff is always helpful and efficient. It's a nice area to live in, especially the nature preserve, if you like to see wildlife. I recommend this apartment to anyone!

I love the community here at Sonterra! The community is quiet all time of the day and night, it's safe, neighbors are responsible pet owners and everyone I've spoken to has been very kind. The staff is incredibly helpful, professional, and they want to help you find the best apartment that fits your needs. Two clubhouses, two pools, and several free to use propane grills are awesome and I spend lots of time on my beautiful balcony that faces the greenbelt treetops. 10/10 so far!

Sonterra has been a great place for me to live. Has everything to enjoy with clubhouse and weight room all kinds of activities within a few minutes of moviehouse shopping groceries and gas. Beautiful place to live

Very poor experience with maintenance requests. They either don't complete them and say they are complete, cancel the request like when I requested for the gate that has been broken for months to be fixed, or when they come they leave paint, screws on the floor, and spare parts for repairs behind and tell you that a toilet that is splashing fecal water on the floor when it flushes that it's 'working properly'.
