I have lived in Sonterra Apartments for over seven years. Overall, the apartment is fairly decent. However, there few concerns about Sonterra apartment that I would like to discuss. Sonterra apartment should keep Phase 1 and Phase 2 gate closed for security reasons especially at night. I believe someone in the Phase 2 community is messing with resident's vehicles. I believe Sonterra apartment install camera to find out if someone in the community or outside the community is committing a serious crime.

The apartments themselves could use an update but other than that everything else is satisfactory. We have enjoyed living here for the past 4 years and really enjoy being close to our jobs and so many places to shop and eat while also being out of downtown.

So far, the staff has been very friendly but getting maintenance issues resolved takes a lot longer than any other complex I've lived at. I'm 8 months pregnant and I'm not able to clean any clothes for my unborn baby or myself or my spouse.

Great experience at this community. I lived here back in 2020 and I wish I had never moved from this apartment. I came back December 2024 and and so so glad that I did. Community is clean and safe and as a single woman I've never felt scared or unsafe.

I think the community is very nice and clean, I appreciate the workers keeping the grass cut and the dog poop picked up, I think the staff in the leasing office is very kind. I enjoy my apartment and my new patio so much. The only issue I have is that there are snakes and coyotes . My dog was bit by a snake , and the coyotes are not afraid of people .

The only thing I don't like is that the staff told us it would not take long to get the doors to the den and linen closet installed when we were first moving in. After 2 years of asking and them just canceling the order (we had to find out by checking the portal bc the timing took forever) we finally got the doors installed. I would have liked to be told the truth about how long it would take and I would have liked some more urgency. Otherwise than that, it's been great living here. They were quicker to fix the AC when it went out.

Great community located right on a preserve and close to lots of what NW Austin/Cedar Park has to offer. Quiet but friendly community. Good amenities and very pretty property! Sometimes they even bring food trucks! A great place to live.

Reasonably priced community that lets you indulge in both nature and proximity to major roads and plenty of businesses. The maintenance staff is great and the architecture of the buildings is a nice colonial vibe.

Unfortunately my experience has been terrible. I have very loud neighbors that fight outside their apartment constantly, and besides that terrible maintenance problems. My work order was submitted as "complete" when all they did was give me a window unit AC as a temporary fix, breaking my bathtub in the process which has yet to be fixed as well. Not a good experience.
