Have enjoyed our stay for the past 2.5 years. We have a lovely unit on the 3rd floor overlooking the green belt area, so lots of beautiful trees in our view. Maintenance requests + property issues have mostly been met in a timely manner. Not a fan of the new exterior building lights that shine TOO brightly into our bedroom windows at night, though. The lumens are sett too high for the proximity of residential living. Other than that everything is wonderful.

Very nice apartments for the price, especially being in Austin. The community is quiet and pretty. I love that there is a nature reserve right next to it so it makes the community feel more secluded and hidden away which is nice.

This community feels so safe and welcoming. I absolutely love the serenity of the area. Everything you may need is within a short distance while still feeling away from the city. Great staff, zero complaints.

Has been very positive to be good place. Very beautiful trees,mostly quite, have had positive maintenance experiences,enjoy living here.It is an apartment complex,so we all live in close proximity to one another. Met some good poeple here

I have had a mostly positive experience at the Sonterra Luxury Apartments. However, the maintenance staff completing maintenance requests can take months, if not a year for them to handle the issue depending on the problem.

The move in process has not been the best. I've had to follow up in person because the number on the website directs the caller to a voicemail that I can only assume is not being checked. Actually speaking with the staff via phone, email, or in person has been a great experience 85% of the time but expect to that they won't always get back to you within 2 business days and that you'll have to follow up on issues you've brought up.

I can't recommend Sonterra. They don't finish maintenance requests. They don't manage sanitation issues. Tenants put trash at your garage door instead of at their door for valet service. They do nothing.

I moved here just before the pandemic in 2020. I especially loved the balcony and trees which feels like living in a tree house. It has a swimming pool and gym. Its quiet and clean. Maintenance is usually done quickly. I haven't had any problems with management or other residents. There is a park and a jogging trail close by. It is located close to shopping areas, movie theater, and restaurants too. If you are looking for a good place to live, this is the place.

Office staff are nice but it is apparent that there is a communication gap. Maintenance staff have been wonderful and helpful. Plenty of parking available close to my unit. Still new to the property and haven't been walking the property.

This is a good location. The noise level is low considering the apartment location is located next to a main highway. However, maintenance personnel may enter your apartment to perform maintenance requests regardless of your preferences.

Relaxed living and minimal issues, friendly space and staff have been easy to interact with when the need comes up. Lots of green space around makes it feel like living in a small town even though you're in a big city. Being close to a main highway helps with the commute.

Maintenance team is responsible and skilled. Martins was quite respectful and helpful. He knew just how to fix my water heater and repair the leak. The service was effective and they finished with my apartment quickly.

Great place to live always been a nice area There is one nice staff member her name is Trianai would recommend her if you speak with anyone good place for the most part but If your appliances break down they will just replace it with another broken appliance so Best know how to be your own maintenance person

Used to be a wonderful community 10 years ago, but has really gone downhill in the past 4-5 years. It started with loud tenets moving in, not sure how some of these people got approved for leases as they are up all hours making noise in parking areas. Maintenance staff reports that they fix problems when they have never even stepped foot into the unit to address the issue. Liars. Maintenance issues not addressed promptly (even when AC unit is flooding into home), due to short staff of Maintenance personnel. Highly do not recommend.

I like the area, I like the proximity to groceries, shopping, restaurants, etc. We're nestled in a pretty nice neighborhood. Office staff are overall very nice, friendly and professional. My biggest complaint is parking and the gates that never work. Some residents have multiple vehicles so parking can be tough if you happen to be out past 7 or 8pm. In the few years I've lived here, the gates have probably worked maybe 30 days total. Some might not see that as an issue. But when you pay to live in a gated community, they should work. Seems like that shouldn't be too much to ask.

Worst property I have ever dealt with. Have been nickeled and dime since we moved in. Don't care about their residents, just to take their money. No maintenance requests have been solved. Spent more money fixing the problems ourselves from getting an air filter at midnight to have five fans in our bedroom to make it semi cool.

I really enjoy living here. I have not experienced many issues. The property is clean and we'll maintained. They're good about answering calls and requests. My only complaints are that the gate is constantly broken but I think they're working on it. The mail situation is usually a mess because mail goes to different places depending on the service provider. Like all UPS goes to office but Amazon goes to package consierge unless you request it to your front door. It's not the facilitys fault, it's the delivery service but it's fun chasing down packages.

I just moved to Austin from Dallas, and chose Sonterra for my first apartment here and I can say from personal experience that the front office are extremely nice and really quick to answer questions and the maintenance staff have been really quick to answer when my ac went out last week. They fixed it but there was a short, so they fixed it same day and all while gave me a portable to put in my apartment. When it went back out they brought me another portable, where they had it fixed before noon the next day and all has been well. This complex is in a really good spot between all the connecting highways in Austin.

Community appears very well kept and orderly and, at least for the past week, is quiet. Apartment looks like what was shown online via blueprints and virtual renderings. Apartment had some issues upon move-in that the office had to be contacted about multiple times, like no AC in 100+ weather, to finally get fixed.

It's pretty bad unfortunately, left hand doesn't talk to the right. Communication is a zero, the apartments are pretty old, it's not luxury. The staff is likely under resourced, capital allocation seems tight. They opt for the lowest bid on projects. Maintenance staff works hard and are great!

An awesome community with great staff and residents. I am approaching 12 years here and have not experienced any vandalism, crime, etc. My neighbors have, for the most part, been mature, friendly adults. Also, great walking sidewalks in immediate neighborhood.
