One of the most important services that any apartment complex can offer is swift and effective and courteous maintenance. I would say that all three qualities sum up the level of attention and professionalism offered by this community. I have even been the beneficiary of a late night, after hours, maintenance when I had a plumbing emergency. Apartment review

Overall this apartment complex has been a great experience the community is very quiet and well kept , front office is very friendly aswell as with the maintenance team , they are friendly and quick to respond and quick to fix with work being efficient. Definitely recommend these apartments to anyone for in all categories they meet expectations of good apartments!

Coventry was the best decision when I was looking to move to Fort Worth. The office staff are genuinely friendly, work orders are handled promptly and the grounds are kept in tip top shape. Stay in the apartment because nobody were you go, it's expensive to rent and I have had no problems, except for some renters don't follow the rules, like bringing a grill on the stairs and barbecuing which is hazardous.

The building occasionally smells like the worst weed imaginable. The insulation is so poor that the interior of my exterior walls gets HOT during the summer. Vinyl flooring and cabinetry covers that are coming unglued.

The office and maintenance is staffed with really nice and helpful people. One issue I have is they took the recycle bins away shortly after I moved in. Tennants were abusing it so the trash company took them away. I wish there could be a compromise.

Moved in 2004 building 11 and transfered to building 1 in 2007. Found this property to always staffed with high quality front office and maintence personel. Grounds are always kept clean and WAK management keep this property safe for tennants. WAK has been an understanding and caring group. I would recommend the Coventry at CityView to all those who would like to be good neighbors.

Excellent community, friendly neighbors and fast maintenance team. My apartment is beautifully renovated and well lit both in and outside. The location is excellent to shops and eateries. I felt the price was reasoable. The complex hosts cool events every far as all that is concerned that was all good. However, I lived on the first floor so I had outside critters coming in often (ie geckos, crickets, June bugs, beetles, only recently water bugs and i even had a possum make it in my apt) I had flooding happen a few times in the last 2 years, often from things the upstairs neighbors were doing. But maintenance came to correct quickly. The one con that expedited my transition to move was the roach problem that came and grew in my building. Unfortunately they multiplied and pest control can't seem to exterminate them in the building I was in. I had to go because it was giving me anxiety. I hate that for them because it is a great apartment.

Amazing and safe apartment complex

I recently moved into Coventry at City View in May, and the entire process was amazing and so easy! A huge shout-out to the ladies in the office they truly make you feel at home and guide you through every step of the way. Special thanks to Keylee and Crystal for being so helpful and welcoming! Another big shout-out to the maintenance team they always quick to respond, responsible, and pay great attention to detail. You can really tell they take pride in their work. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I recommend Coventry at City View to anyone looking for a great place to live 10 out of 10!
