I just want to take a moment to brag on Justin, the assistant manager. I just moved in and UPS accidentally delivered my bed to the office instead of my apartment. I couldn't move it by myself or get it into my car. Justin brought it over to my apartment himself after work. I was SO grateful! What a way to go above and beyond for residents! Coventry has been great so far. The only complaint I have is that I hear my upstairs neighbors all the time.

I was on the 3rd floor and transfer to a 1st floor since I have small children. Now that I am in the 1st floor love it because is wood flooring thru my apartment but since the property is older you can hear the stepping from the people above you, so if you are a light sleeper I suggest for you to be on top floor. Love all my upgrade apartment. What I love about this community is all the staffs. Parking is full but I love that now visitors have to park in the visitors parking space. Shopping, restaurants and hospitals are very close to me since I have a big family. I see maintenance guy's always cleaning and picking up dog poop. I think they need to charge all pet owners that don't pick up after them self. We want our children to play in the grass and poor staff always picking up after other people mess. Whenever they come to my apartment to fixed things very professional and it get fixed within 24 to 48 hours. Few things I want management change but I know she's working on it. I do love living here.

My experience here has been great. I moved here Aug 2013 and still a resident only because of my treatment from Eveliz and her staff to include the maintenance guys. Everyone has made life wonderful for me since this is the first time in years I have lived in an apartment. I decided to live here because of the floor plans are great along with the fact that I can still have a yard for my dog and a garage. It feels like I was still in my home prior to relocating here. My office in closer to Dallas, however because Eveliz has gone over and beyond to make my stay here comfortable and safe as well the maintenance team responding to my concerns right away, I decided to extend my stay here as long as I have and not looking forward to moving. If you decide to move here, expect a memorable experience: ) Cassandra

I just renewed for 15 months and this will be my 3rd year at The Coventry. You will not find a better place to live in this area, so my suggestion is to stop looking at other apartments and come look at your new home. Whether it's the office staff, maintenance team, cares team, or the friendly neighbors, you will love your time at the Coventry apartments. We have not had any criminal activity throughout my tenure here and minimal issues to top that off. If you are looking for apartment living that is a step above the rest, than this is your new home. Maintenance is always on top of any issue (very rare to have any) the moment that your submit your claim. The office staff is willing to bend over backwards to make sure that your experience is a positive one. The fitness center is absolutely accomodating to any healthy lifestyle. The cares team and office staff host weekly events. The dog park is amazing for anyone that may be in need of that. I can honestly say that in the 2 plus years of living here, there is not one negative thing that I can say about the Coventry. Alright I will say one negative thing, I wish residents of other copmplexes didn't consider our pool as a Fort Worth community pool throughout the Summer. I travel for work and when I get back to the Coventry, it honeslty feels like home sweet home! I do not work for Cortland Parnters or the Coventry, I am simply a very happy resident of this fine establishment and I am proud to say that the Coventry is my home. My family has visited me twice since I moved here and they consider it to be a "resort" type of community. I completely agree! -D. Gemmel

I moved in here in November of 2014. I like my apartment a lot. For the area it looks like it was the nicest one. The people there were really nice and helpful with the area that's kinda what sold me on the apartment. I have a 5 min commute to work every morning which is awesome. I would recommend this place to people they are nice and the apartment is pretty. Cons: parking is kind of tight, Some people don't pick up after their pet!! The crap internet provider (Can we get some AT&T please!!!)

Great property friendly staff and I love the upgrades in my apartment. The people here are nice and I have a nice view of the bluff. I would recommend this place they always seem ready to help if I have a work order or need help since I just moved here.

Iv been here a while now, the staff in the office seem to do just enough to get paid. They will make you sit there while they finish there conversation before providing customer service to the people who live here. They have had cars broken into multiple times. They do have a security camera at the gate but apparently it doesn't work! Why have a camera that doesn't work, and how do the theives know it doesn't work? They have lots of hidden fees expect to pay 100-200 extra a month. The apartments have been refurnished but the windows and doors all leak you can literally feel the cold when you get next to them. The floors squeak so if you like piece and quite good luck. I can literally hear the sink running and people putting dishes up in the apartment above me. My electric bill is 100+ a month no matter what. I use the ac/heater maybe 4 days out of the month. I even went on vacation for two weeks and cut the power to everything but the fridge and the bill did not change. You can only get one service provider for tv and internet, unless you manage to get an apartment on the west or south side of the building then you can use dish.

I love this place. The new management I like a lot more than the previous group. The remodel is done and I like it, it looks a lot nicer then all the apartments in the area hands down. People complain about noise really? I live on the third floor because I am sensitive to noise and don't want to be disturbed duh! I also never hear my neighbors so I like that too. Maintenance is great I put in a work order and they are there that day if I place to order before 3 or the next day if its after. I have 2 complaints 1 is parking, but the new managers are working on that with a parking permit and visitor parking so I'm hoping that will help. The other is the gate, I love the gate don't get me wrong it helps with security a lot. I just wish there was some sort of gadget to let one car in at a time only because I have people follow me in sometimes or they wait there. Maybe management can get one of those arms to come down after the first car passes or something just a thought. If you are looking for an apartment check these out they are great and you will like living here I do!

It's been really unpleasant to live in this neighborhood due to the amount of people who couldn't take care after their pet. Another problem is people owning a pet living third floor being disrespectful making loud noise during day time and night time. Also, I'm experiencing the same person throwing party at late night. It is ridiculous how I have to go back to the office and tell them how people living on third floor continuously making noise which sometimes even wake me up in the middle of night. I believe something was done but nothing was changed. It's been really frustrating to stay in this place that people pays no respect to their neighbor.

I moved in here to the Coventry back in July 2014. They have been amazing on all levels of service! All of my requests have been completed quickly in a professional manner and I have had no issues or concerns about my new home. The complex is amazing very friendly and Social! Trameka (one of the staff members) has been second to none! She has never forgotten any little detail that I have asked of her or the apartments! She also has gone above and beyond to make sure that our new home here is the best! I'd have to say that she is definitely the one to see about anything or any questions to have answered!!

I have lived here for just over a year now and this is by far my favorite community that I have ever lived at! They just finished my renovation with new granite counter tops new black appliances, new carpet, new flooring and new cabinets and I love it! They re-did the office and the gym as well which was a huge improvement. One Down fall would be the kinda crappy cable and internet company called Access Media 3. Pry my only complaint to management. I like the fact that it is a gated community and that guest can use the call box at the gate to call you to let them in. The office staff is AWESOME!!!!! Trameka always smiles at me and the other residents when they come in and it just makes you feel welcome! Kyle is always laughing and smiling and the two of them always have an answer for you. Eveliz (I think that's how its spelled) is the new Manager and have things changed! The old manager I didn't really see her do anything and she was never available if you needed her, but Eveliz is always available to talk to you even if she is super busy! She is always smiling and laughing and is always looking out for the residents interests and helps with complaints you may have like Access Media 3. Justin is the new Assistant Manager and I have only had a few conversations with him about my rent and my account but he's always smiling to and will explain anything to you 10 times if he has to if your like me and a little slow when it comes to understanding some charges. The office is always inviting and smiling. That's a big change from some of the places that I have lived. I can see staying her for a long time!!! I encourage you if you are looking for an apartment to go in and meet these incredible people and see the gorgeous property you may be my neighbor someday!

I have lived at the Coventry for a little over 2 years now. Pro's about this apt community is the apts are being nicely remodeled & maintenance responds quickly to service requests. The Con's a lot of non residents come in and use the amenities(pool, gym, playground) and the leasing team does nothing about it. I thought this community was turning for the better but what I have seen it looks like it's turning for the worse again because they are letting anyone move in here. Also the cable is HORRIBLE you have to go through AccessMedia3/Ygnition I was paying over $130 a month and that was just for cable so I dropped them and went to BestBuy and bought a HD digital antenna I only get around 60 channels but it's better than paying for horrible cable service. Also some apts can get AT&T UVerse so I would check your address if you can get it(wish the leasing office would get it in here fully) When my lease is up I will be leaving

I've lived here for a year and have been so happy. Coventry provided a really nice place for us to live when we moved here from out of state, and I am grateful. Maintenance always comes to fix anything immediately and they are competent and pleasant. The office staff - previous management and new management - is great. Yes, the rent is going up due to all the upgrades but they gave me such a fair deal to stay. If my financial situation hadn't changed so much, I would definitely stay here...I just have to cut back and I'm sick that I have to move. I've never felt scared here - it seems to be very safe. I would recommend Coventry to anyone. The only thing I can say that I'm disappointed about is Ygnition/Access Media internet/television service. It is the absolute worst - I really hope management will cut their contract with those people.

As a few others have already stated, the apartment has changed quite a bit with the new management company...some positive and some negative. Positives: 1. Yes, the grounds are looking nice (better with the amount of money they had to spend on it)2. They have created a dog park. 3. They are renovating apts to try to bring it up to date. 3. The community is relatively quite outside, however I can hear my neighbors talking and they aren't yelling either. Negatives: 1. I wouldn't wish Ygnition/Access Media 3 on anyone! When I moved in over a year ago I was told my apartment would have line of sight for satellite...umm that would be a no. My own fault probably for not verifying everything myself. Their rates are outrageous! I'm paying $160 a month and I don't even subscribe to all the channels. How they are allowed to force us to use only one provider is baffling. 2. The rent prices will definitely increase when you renew. I've lived in apartments before so I understand that is standard practice so I was expecting something reasonable. Just for me to stay in my same apartment WITHOUT renovations would increase my rent over $100 plus they are now charging for trash pick-up. I can literally have a house payment for the amount I'll be paying. Home buying is now in my future in the next few months. For new residents, it may not be that big of a deal because you'll know what your getting from the start, but those who have lived here and been good tenants are getting the short end of the stick. Sometimes I feel they actually want us to move out. Within the last two months alone, I've seen over six residents move from my building. 3. I really miss the old office staff...they always seemed to be on top of everything. If I had a issue it was taken care of right away and they knew me as a person when I walked in (which wasn't very often). It's not that the new staff is rude or anything but they just don't seem to be very knowledgeable. I feel like they are making stuff up as they go; very disorganized. To sum it up, I was really happy when I moved in over a year ago (minus cable thing) but now I'm wishing I started looking for something else before my lease was about to end.

I have lived here close to a year now and my lease is coming up on re-newal and I am seeing a lot of empty apts. with the renovation these apts are not worth $1400 a month plus since last year the management has been saying they are going to be getting a fire pit in which still hasn't happened. Cable service is horrible. I have called the front office multiple times about getting UVerse and the leasing agent says they have to pay $1M to get it in here...BS! UVerse is already in here just some apts can't get it. If it's not fully in here by April I'm leaving

I have lived her for over 2 1/2 years and I am very disappointed with the management and Courtland Partners. My rent is being raised over $200.00 with all these upgrades they are doing. They have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on trees and flowers to plant around the community and the office staff never returns your phone call. I loved living here but now I am forced to move because I can not afford the rent increase. Its really a shame they do not work with current good long standing tenants. Its definitely not worth the increase at all.

I've just recently moved to the DFW area as a newly empty nester, now living in apartment for the first time in many yrs and I can honestly say so far it has been wonderful. My top 5 requirements after leaving my home:comfort, quality, garage, security and location, at which all scored high. Coventry at Cityview was the one and only place I Iooked at prior to moving here. If used correctly, the internet does allow the opportunity to make decisions without having to visit many apt sites if one does not have the time to do so. The determining factor was my relationship with the entire staff who have all been welcoming, accommodating and just a joy to work with. Having owned and rented property in the past, I recognize the importance of building a relationship and trust with all involved. I can't speak highly enough of Briston & Evalize. They have been there for me since the first day I moved in and please know that if I take time to write a review, I'm very pleased with the experience so far and both are an asset to this establishment. Plus the staff that do the physical work :), its always a pleasure to work with them as well. They've all exceeded my expectations thus far....I've only lived here for 2 months. One added note if I may....the job market in DFW is unlimited and having received several job offers far away, I can not imagine living any where else at this stage of my life.

To Cortland Partners, I truly appreciate the customer service given here at the Coventry of Cityview. Briston and Evalize are always friendly, approachable, and professional. For example, every time I needed service their response would be "I will take care of that right away." Both individuals have been an asset and a blessing to the community. Jay's staff are responsive to the tenants needs on a timely manner. I am comfortable and confident staying at this complex. I am a landlord wth property in Ohio and my staff is constanlty compared with the Coventry staff for efficiency. The grounds are immaculate, upgrades are being performed such as extensive foliage and quality material being implemented into all apartments. Parking is plentiful and the amenities are great. What a wonderful company to emulate. Thank you. Best regards,

I have lived at the Coventry for 5 years now and the experience keeps getting better. The management team and staff continue to improve on an already impressive community. The maintenance staff is the best I have ever seen responding to even the slightest request always on the same day even working late to complete the work. Words cannot express my appreciation for Jay and the staff always being courteous and professional and tending to my every need. The community has a recent renovation and the grounds are constantly improving making this one of the best apartment communities in the area. Always well lit and safe it really feels like I'll call this home for a long time to come! Thank You Coventry.

I usually don't write reviews about apts. but figured hey why not. There are some pro's & con's living here since moving in. Pro's the apts are pretty spacious for the 2 bedrooms and are set at a good price from other apts complexes I looked at before I moved in. Another pro the new management co. is cleaning this place up new landscape, upgrading appliances, kitchen fixtures and they have trash pick up Sunday-Thurs. The con's residents come from other apt communities across the street come and crash the pool and it makes residents that live here very uncomfortable because they bring a pose with them. Also kids(young) will come to the pools without a parent the leasing staff/maintenance needs to check the pools every couple hours to find if kids have parents with them and if they don't give the parents a violation. A fire pit is suppose to be coming in but hasn't been built yet so now it's just a muddy circle in the back. Carports are kind of old numbers should be spray painted so you know what spot is yours or available. Now the cable..it sucks! The complex uses Ygnition which is expensive. You can never get through to customer service have to pay 1 month of service up front. I pay $140 a month just for cable that does not include Internet or if you want a home phone. From what I have heard the Coventry has a contract with Ygnition and is told to sell them cause they make $$. You can have satelite but you have to pay the for t office a deposit oh and only can get it if your unit faces south. Some units can get UVerse but not everyone I had a AT&T tech come to my apt cause it said online I could get Internet(great) but guess what AT&T couldn't do it because the cable lines didn't come far enough for the back buildings. Coventry please get UVerse! Residents that go to school and need to rely on Wifi would be so much happier

Best pool and hot tub crashing ever! Non-residents come here often, able to smoke a blunt, drinking like mo-fo, and f-in' it up! My sone even found a cool pot pipe IN the hot tub. Several people pulled in last night at 10:30 with their boyz and ho's, parked NEXT to the po-po's car and stayed late. Couple of residents came by, but they left w/o hassel. What a joke! Hey Coventry, enforce your rules/guidelines!

Lived at Coventry at Cityview for almost a year now & I am also disappointed from when I first moved in. With how much I am hearing what they are going to raise the rent at it's not worth it you might as well rent a nice house with a yard, etc. Also the cable service is HORRIBLE! The complex goes through Ygnition/AccessMedia3 I only have cable through them and pay over $140/month. Some apts can get AT&T U-Verse but not all(like people that live in the back) if the management company gets U-Verse in here I bet people would be happier

I have only been here about a month and already love it!! Smaller than our other apartment that we lived in but very much worth it!! I love their rules because it makes other people awAre of their actions and makes them more respectful of others, unlike our other living situation. All I can say is if your considering, by all means, do it! You wont regret it!!

FIRST BEFORE I BEGIN THEY HAVE A HUGE ANT PROBLEM THEY COME AND SPRAY AND STILL HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM. I PAY A LOT IN RENT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS!!!!!!I am currently living here now and i can say it has not been to bad living here. When I moved in they gave be my apartment not so clean and carpet was very dirty which is my only complaint. They have a CARES team that has events and things to attend which is fun. But they will want to come talk to you when you move in and that I was not to interested in. The community is very clean and when u call them to fix something they come right away. The office staff so far has been pretty friendly. The only down side which can be a good thing they are very strict about following the rules noise etc...

My experience at the Coventry
This community has both positives and negatives. I lived in Coventry for a little over 2 and 1/2 years and for the most part it was an uneventful stay. Neighbors are very friendly. Maintenance people were very nice, helpful and tended to fix things quickly and correctly the first time. The management changed frequently here and although the most current management has been here for awhile the quality of service has gone down. The head manager seems to never be available and it seems that the quality of tenants have gone down as well. It is frequently noisy and some tenants engage in illegal activity on premises (i.e. drug use). Also I had the windows shot out of my car windows with a pellet gun and although I reported the incident to both the police and the apartment office the Coventry office never acknowledged the incident to me personally. The apartments are nice and spacious and are decent in quality. I was very disappointed in price increases and felt at the end of my lease I was not getting a good value for my money (My rent went up almost $200 when I extended my lease for a shorter term).
