I used to live here a few years ago but that was when it was managed by Cortland. I must say I miss that management company. I never had issues with them and enjoyed my stay. I decided to come back and check it out. I figured it couldn't have changed that much. Boy was I wrong! Not just 1 occasion but twice - communication has been severely lacking. First time was when I applied and the process took several days. A few days of which I never received an update. I forgave this when they said I was approved. Well they sent me the lease and I signed it the same week I was supposed to move in. The staff stated I had to pay the fees before my move in date. Cool. So the day before I emailed them stating I would be by after work so about 4 PM. I'd be dropping off the cashier checks as well as picking up the keys. I never received a response. I got the check and got to the apartment complex around 4:05 PM. Office was completely closed. So I called two times. No answer. Looked for a dropbox. Nothing. I left them a voicemail. No call back. I then came back on my move in date. Office closed, no one answered the phone again. I came in the day after my move in date again yo no avail. Office closed and no one inside. I've sent emails, called WAK management and left voicemails. Mind you I have been approved and just signed the lease. Now I'm stuck with a signed lease and no apartment keys to move into my new home.

    I can't say enough good things about living here! The maintenance is unbelievably good! Most problems are fixed within a few hours! We choose the apartment because of the professionalism of the office staff when we viewed it and we continue to be treated with professionalism and respect as residents! Larissa and Iris have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure things are going well for us in our new home. Very, very happy here!

      It's a girl there at the front desk named larissa , she's so rude and unprofessional, I can not believe she's there to help people with that attitude! Apartments alright customer service sucks. grounds are ok too.

        The walls are very very thin, you can hear every cabinet shut, when someone is watching tv, and every step. The smell of weed is everywhere, there is never any parking. Visitors are allowed to park anywhere so it's tough finding a spot if you're a resident. The grounds are very well kept I will say, but for as much as you pay here, there is definitely a lack of upgrades

          I recently had an issue with management not communicating very well with us. The current manager, Iris, at Coventry is a breath of fresh air! She walked me through our options, was helpful, apologetic and understanding! She makes me feel comfortable in my home, knowing my issues will always be addressed properly now. Quito is also new to the property

            It is really too bad that I have to select a 1 star rating on a place that shouldn't even get that. This place is awful!! Stay away! The grounds are trashy and not maintained well, and the staff is super shady. Overall, the renovations done to make it look better are of really poor quality, and things just look dated, or fixed in a crappy fashion.Trash people don't come like they are supposed to, even though you pay for it. There was always big crowds of people eating in the pool and hot tub- gross and unsanitary- food everywhere when they left, including in the water. They don't keep up with regular maintenance on things like changing air filters- my kids had respiratory issues the entire time we lived here due to the really poor air quality (we lived here for 5 months waiting for our house to be built). We had so many issues with the AC (which look original to the complex), that when the guy came to fix it for a 3rd time, he changed the filter. I almost died when I saw the filter he took out- it hadn't been changed in years! I will try to post the pictures- they are shocking and disgusting. One of the workers also came into work on the AC when we were gone and used a bath towel that he helped himself to out of our linen closet- and wadded it up soaking wet and put it back in the closet. We rented garages to use as storage space, and they flooded ruining tons of clothes and furniture. Originally selected to be close to our home, but now I would go back and change that decision if I could. They are also charging us for carpet replacement (after only staying for 5 months), when they did originally say that there was no damage, or anything like that. Seriously shady- I guess now that they have caught a "naked attacker" here --check the news... not surprising- they will do anything to try and get money before they go under. Seriously though, save yourself a headache and rent somewhere else. This place isn't worth your time.

            rent is way too high to be coming home to a flooded room when it rains and a small puddle of water in the living room! cant go swimming because pool is raided with non residents. and parking is impossible because visitors dont park in visitor parking. dont let the cosmetic looks fool you.

              I just signed another year with these apartments because of their friendly staff, speedy and detailed maintenance crew, personable neighbors, great location, and trendy interior. This is my first time to write an online review for any business, but I wanted to take the time to do this because of the way the apartment staff puts their tenants first. I had minor maintenance done on my breaker box and a painting fell from the wall and broke. I took pictures, showed the front office and without hesitation they had me pick out any frame I wanted and paid for it right there. It is rare to have that caring and understanding treatment from an apartment complex these days. All of the staff members put their tenants first and take care of business in a timely and personable manner. If you are looking for a welcoming community and a great place to live - check out Coventry at Cityview. I wanted to spread the word that good business ethic and caring staff members still exist here.

                I have lived here for 9 months so far and I love it. Staff and maintenance are very helpful. I've never had any issues with noise from neighbors. All of my neighbors are very nice and friendly. Hector, one of the maintenance guys, is so helpful and always around if I need anything. I've really enjoyed living here. The property is always well kept up with. Only complaint is a lot of people do not pick up after their dogs... I still highly recommend living here.

                  I moved in a couple weeks ago and have had nothing but a great experience living here. The area around the apartments is great and there are plenty of different stores/places within a 2 mile radius. The gym itself is a bit small, but if you're not an avid gym goer it serves its purpose. I have had excellent service by maintenance, specifically Hector. He was prompt and kind. All in all, I've had a great experience thus far and hope it continues over the course of my lease.

                    We renew our lease for first 3 months ago, biggest mistake ever. As new management took over a little more than 6 months ago this place is going DOWN HILL drastically. Several issues with this place. 1. Residents don't clean after their pet. 2. Parking is hard because visitors are not parking in visitors parking and management doesn't do anything... 3. OVER PRICEDfor the type of residents they are in. 4. Trash in hall for more than 4 days, ultimately I picked up. 5. Infested with RATS in hallway because it hasn't been cleaned in months. 6. Unable to use pool after hours because its full of non residents, one night non residents were having at party at around 10pm a few of the carrying GUNS and smoking MARIHUANA, We have a 14yr daughter and a 18yr son that we don't allow to use the pool on weekend, On another occasion our daughter got kicked out of the pool because she is not a resident. Really? ,

                      We're sorry to see this has been your experience at our community. We understand your frustration with the parking and the lack of pet pickup, but it is hard to enforce without a little bit of residential help. If you see people not picking up after their dog please be sure to contact us so that we can take appropriate action. As far as parking, we hear your frustrations and will soon be rolling out a new towing system. Look for a letter from our office to be on your door over the next couple of days explaining our new program. If you are worried about a lack of trash pickup, we would also appreciate you to contact us and let us know. We are working on ways to control the pool better and currently have our office team and courtesy officer checking the pools in the evening after the office has closed. We are also having our courtesy officer lock the pools when they close at 10:00 PM. If you have other suggestions we would be more than welcoming in hearing what you have in mind. Please contact us with any and all of your concerns and we can work on solutions. Thank you for being a resident.

                        I am a resident at Coventry... Its clean safe there's not much choice the grounds are always immaculate. The staff is good there is one thing it's always a problem. Visitors come over and take all your parking spots and the staff doesn't do anything about it... There is no parking enforcement just a gate. There is visitor parking in a assigned area they are supposed to park yet but they don't park there they parked in the spaces up front for the residents. This makes grocery shopping difficult and adding Furniture to your apartment.

                          I've lived here for a couple of months now, and I really like it! I think it is a great apartment complex, with really nice people working at the office. I've never experienced something to complain about management. If anything, I'm caught off guard with how nice the staff responds, when I do go to the office for something. Pretty property, and I love my apartment!

                            I've lived there for 3 years and at first the staff was great but now it's terrible. They allow neighbors to be extremely loud as well as an abundance of dog poop on the grounds due to lack of pet enforcement. I wish we would have rented a home while stationed here, rent is way too high for the space and not worth the hassle. Save your money and rent a house!

                                  I have been a resident at this property for an extended period and it has recently transitioned to new management. My stay thus far has been remarkable but in the short time since the new management team has taken over the tone has changed. Some of the members of the management/office staff are not professional and strongly lack customer service skills. When greeted by some of the staff there is no smile, it takes a while for anyone to acknowledge you, some are blunt and sharp with their tones when speaking. This is the first time during my entire tenure I have had any issues with the staff. One person in particular (Dawn) is impatient, rude, not welcoming and has a nasty attitude. Other residents have voiced the same concern regarding new staff.There are other staff who were very rude with a few residents during a recent office visit (don't know their names). However, there is a young African American lady who was courteous and pleasant. Residents should feel comfortable and appreciated in their community. It's unfortunate that we are now under management who are not respectful of the residents. Sadly, once it is time for renewal my decision to renew will be highly contingent on the treatment from the management/staff. This is a beautiful property but can deplete quickly under terrible management.

                                    I have lived at Coventry on Bryant Irvin for 3 months now I have 2 leaks in my living room and bed room one is 3 feet long and 2 feet wide and the roof is caving in and this has been going on for 2.5 months and they still have not fixed it, the leasing office could care less. The office tells your there's other people on the list and there's nothing they can do till they find a new contractor. I wouldn't recommend these apartment if you are use to a new home or "luxury" living as these apartments are well over 10 years old the floor makes noises also the Windows are very heavy and old, they scream when you open them and fall as soon as you let go.

                                      This is a wonderful apartment community. The location is near everything you could possibly want and can walk to all of it. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, you name it. Easy access to IH 20 and the Chisolm Trail Tollway. It's like your own personal road into downtown Forst Worth. The apartement buildings themselve are visually appealing and the units are wonderfully updated. Tons of greenery to walk you fur babies on and they even have a bark park. The staff are very friendly and if you need anything, they are right on it. Faster than Jimmy Johns. Definitely recommend with the highest marks across the board.

                                            I move from California back in August of last year, The first time I step in to the office all the office staff greet me with a smile. Once they took me on a tour of the complex I like how well the up keep of the property look. Also I like how all the upgrade they did to all the apartment, I love how everything is close to the complex. The good thing about this complex is the care team they have lots of activity each month. One more thing is that we have the best manager and assistant manager here in Coventry and they also have great leasing agent in the office. So if you looking for a great place to call home come to the Coventry at Cityview.

                                              The staff have been amazing at taking care of me during a very difficult move back to the area. They even managed a same-day to move to another apartment when a pest issue couldn't be resolved quickly. The walls are thin (read: noisy), but the apartments are cute and the staff amazing.

                                                Overall Coventry apartments are a good place to live. The apartments have been recently renovated and they are just beautiful! Maintenance is always very quick to fix any problems and they are all very friendly. The office staff is wonderful, specially Eveliz (the community manager) She is always very helpful and she always makes you feel welcomed. Eveliz is always involved in all of the Cares events at the community. All of the girls and guys at the office are very helpful and friendly.
