The best choice i could have ever made in apartment living. Staff are friendly and always willing to accommodate. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. The grounds are extra clean. The community within works well with each other. Lots of activities for the residents. I love it here.

Buy me moving from out of state to Texas. It was a wonderful experience and I've been here since 2018. Maintenance is great. The people in the office is great. They treated me well and even if they couldn't get back to me right away the next day they're right on it so if this is a wonderful place to live.

Nice, quite. Our community has great activities. Friendly staff, the maintenance crew is outstanding. But, some renters walk their dogs without a leash. While some renters do not use poop bags provided for their dogs.

My husband and I have been very satisfied living here. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The staff are helpful. But the thing I have been most grateful for is the maintenance staff. They are prompt to deal with any issue that we have.

A Comfortable and Reliable Place to Call Home

I have been living at Coventry at City View for almost five years, and my experience has been excellent. Anytime I have had a housing issue, the management and maintenance team have been quick to respond and resolve the problem. They even replaced my entire air conditioning system last year, which made a huge difference. Coventry has truly made apartment living feel like home. It’s a safe, well-maintained community, and I always feel supported knowing any concerns will be handled in a timely manner. I also chose to invest in a garage to add extra comfort and convenience, which has been well worth it. I highly recommend Coventry at City View for anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and comfortable place to live.

Living at the coventry was my best decision

[Incentivized Review] I'm a new resident in texas. After looking around at other apartments. The coventry felt like home just from viewing it. Now I've been here almost 3 weeks and it's the best decision I've ever made. Our Maintenance guys ( big Josh & Lil Josh) and office staff are the greatest. Polite, friendly and extremely helpful. And gets the job done in a timely manner. I love my first new home in Texas??????

I've been so pleased with my time at the Coventry, From the beginning Keylee made our leasing process seamless yet thorough. Maintenance has been spot on, anytime we put a work order in, it was resolved in a timely matter. I've rented at several different properties in the past and have been victim to horror stories. I can honestly say this has hands down been the best experience I've had at any property yet!

The managgement has been very helpful, especially with maintenance requests. We have had no serious problems since we have moved here. We love the location and the amenities provided. The rent is reasonable and the facility is nice looking.

The only issues are that there isn't a lot of cabinet space and getting in and out of the complex can be a bit taxing because of the location. Other than that, I've lived here for over 10 years with no major issues.

Great Experience All Around

We have had a great experience moving into Coventry Apartments! The entire move-in process was straightforward, and Crystal kept in touch with us every step of the way, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. Picking up our keys was smooth, and maintenance came out that same day to hook up our washer and dryer-super convenient! There were a few minor things that needed attention after we moved in, and although it took a couple of days, John, the lead tech, was incredibly thorough when he came by. He handled everything with a smile, was efficient, and even took time to interact with my very social toddler. It was such a refreshing change from our last complex - we’ve truly felt cared for here. We are loving our new home at Coventry Apartments and appreciate the team for making it a great start!

I’ve lived in this community for 5 years, and it's truly been a great place to call home. The amenities are a huge plus—especially the fitness center, putting green, and pet spa, which are all well-maintained and really convenient. The office staff is outstanding—always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything. Maintenance is equally impressive; every work order I’ve submitted has been taken care of quickly and efficiently, usually the same day. Overall, I’m very happy living here. It’s a comfortable, well-managed community, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

From start to finish, Josh went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and stress-free. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for residents truly set him apart. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable about the community, answering all my questions with patience and offering helpful insights that made my decision-making process so much easier. He was prompt, communicative, and made sure every step of the process was handled with efficiency and a positive attitude. Drug dealers, loud music, children unattended especially pool area,Junk cars being worked on at all hours. About 1/2 the time the lights in the outside areas don't come on because the timers are broken or not set correctly. Water leaks and wasted water are all over the complex due to broken or malfunctioning irrigation lines. There has been broken glass in the stair wells for 6 months now where bulbs were broken or changed and weren't properly cleaned up.

Amazing apartment recommend for anyone looking for a home

It’s just a home, place of tranquility, thinking of home I recommend you found one. Parking space if awesome having two cars parked on free means there is enough for everyone. Notification for maintenance always comes upfront and I can’t say less about the amazing party every week ! Am hoping to have more to to join this moment often.

Smooth transition.

[Incentivized Review] I moved here almost a year ago and I must say my experiences has been overall great. The office staff was super helpful with the move in process. I am always greeted by name and with a smile. The property is always clean and pretty quiet. Maintenance is timely and courteous. I feel safe and the amenities are nice. Also, there are always some form of community events that I appreciate, although I have not been able to participate in yet. I am not a pet owner and I appreciate that those that are keep their dogs on a leash and clean up after themselves. Great investment.
