Luxury Hell Apartment
This place is the worst of the worst. I have never in my life experienced the type of treatmeant the leasing office is doling out. I'll start at the beginging. I moved here in december of 08 and was renting a 1 bedroom. My first year went fairly smooth besides the occasional noisy neighbor and having my laptop stolen while I was moving in. I moved to a two bedroom when my lease was up and despite having set up my move 3 months in advance I walked into my new 1st floor apartment excited, only to be devastated by what I saw. First there was a huge black stain on the carpet, I have no idea what it was but it was about two feet wide and horrid. Next there were huge brown stains on the carpet and the walls, and the appliances were beat up and discolored. This was a huge shock seeing as how my first apartment was very decent looking with clean appliances. So I rushed to the leasing office to see what my options were because there was no way I was about to pay $840 for something that looked like that. Casey the manager was actually really nice about the situation but unfortunately all they had availabe were two 3rd floor apartments. Which was exactly what I was trying to get away from since I had a newborn baby. But I went ahead with it since I really had no other options. 6 months later I come home from an out of town job to find the ceiling in my daughters room had a leak that had molded pretty bad. I called the office and they assured me they would come fix it. Someone came and wiped the mold away. Which I dont really see as a proper fix. So I talked to Heather about getting out of my lease, I didnt really think I would have a problem but boy was I wrong. These people really showed their true colors. They wouldnt let me leave without paying an outrageous amount of money and wouldnt replace the drywall. They lied about multiple things and hung up on me time and time again. Casey also had her minions tell me she wasnt there to speak to only to have my girlfriend call and find out she was. They finally came and painted the ceiling a shade that didnt match. At this point I just gave up, moved my stuff out and lived there with a mattress for the remainder of my lease. The people who run this place are so incompetent and rude its ridiculous. They need to clean house and find a new group of people in there cause they have no idea how to do anything but screw you out of money. I also got double charged by paypal for my rent the last month of living here. So I called them and asked if they could refund me or write a check and the refused. My bank filed a dispute and got my money back, now these idiots are trying to charge me a return check fee that doesnt exist! Refusing to drop the $20 charge they are threatening to send it to collections. Just ridiculous. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! It is the worst place ever. Not to mention. No parking, dog crap everywhere, rude college kids, and questionable characters moving in constantly. Words cant express how this place is ran. JUST HORRIBLE!!!

Ok place to live
I lived here for just a year, and it was very convenient location to work, so that's why I chose it. I never had any problems per se, but parking was a major difficulty as it is in most apartments. They do rent to a lot of students, TCU I guess, and so there was quite a bit of noise on the weekends, in the summer, etc. But, all in all no problems, and I probably would have stayed there but I was getting married so it was time to move out!

Leading office lied to me
Leasing office told me I could get out of my lease if I gave them 30 days notice. I had to break mine due to situations beyond my control. When I gave my 30 days notice, mgr told me I had to either 1) pay till the lease was up 2) pay their fine 3)find another tentet. Needless to say, I was not able to do any of those, and the creeps turned me over to debt collectors. They also did not enforce any of their rules; garbage on stoops, strangers using the gym and laundry facility, drugs beign used on premisis, non-residents using pool, glass in pool area, children under 11 using pool not with an adult, people diving in pool, in plain view of leasing office!

Apartment is nice looking, everything else stinks.
Well I have lived at The Coventry for about 7 months, and it has been ok, but I would definitely not renew my lease or recommend it for several reasons. I will list them out, and you can decide for yourself. A few months have gone by, and I've decided to edit my posting: Parking-Mediocre at best. I live on the edge so mine is better(although theres none late on weekends), but the middle apartments look like they have it rough. If you come in late during the night, don't expect a spot remotely close to your apartment. Sometimes there are literally NO un-covered parking spaces anywhere near, so you either have to park on the other side or take someone's spot. Sucks. Looks-The apartments are pretty inside and out, the grounds are taken care of nicely, and there's a big grassy area in the middle. The inside of the apartment is decent as well. The built in TV stand seems nice at first, but really puts restrictions on how you can rearrange your furniture, makes for a very awkward room. Also too small of a hole for any TV, so if you have a big tv, expect an odd looking hole diagonal on your wall. Tv/internet- WORST PART for me. They have a contract with a company named "ygnition" and it is absolutely horrible. Internet goes out constantly, and they over charge like crazy. Their customer service is horrible because they know most people have no where else to go because the apartments forced them into a contract. You have to get their internet/tv because other companies aren't allowed to service the area. This is actually my least favorite part of the apartments. Garbage- Theres only 2 garbage places in the whole complex, both on one side. If you live on the other side, too freakin bad. I have to either walk far to take out my trash, or put it in my car. Everything is outsourced, the trash, water, internet, so expect to have a bunch of little bills. Can never tell how much to pay, its infuriating. Sucks. Price-not much to say about the price. While a little pricey, it isn't too bad. Electricity-Our electricity bill has been absolutely horrible. The insulation must be crappy, and I've even put stuff on the windows and doors to keep drafts out, but its still bad. Appliances-Appliances are kinda bad, but what do you expect from apartments. I've seen worse, they are still fairly new so thats a plus. Staff-they're nice, havn't really had a problem with them. Overall, nice looking apartments but don't stay here if you like your tv/internet or if you don't like having to make a long trip to take out your trash.

Not that bad
Honestly, I've been here about 4 months and I think the people that have given out these horrible reviews in the past need to quit whining. It's an APARTMENT! What do you expect? Of COURSE there are gonna be parties. Of course people are gonna knock on the wrong door from time to time. Of course you're gonna hear your upstairs neighbors' EVERY footstep (I know I do). Of course parking is gonna be shotty. These things have happened to me at every apartment I've ever lived at. You know why? Because the hundreds of other people around the place aren't concerned with you. You aren't special. So get over yourself or get a house. There are, however, a few problems worth mentioning that I've heard of since being here. My neighbor just moved out and he said that some black guys literally shoved his wife into her own place in attempts to rob them I suppose, but luckily they had a large dog that attacked them and scared them off. So for all those people complaining about dog poo, BOO HOO. My neighbors always cleaned up after their dog, as do I. Plus the complex just rewarded me with a gift card to Starbucks because I was spotted cleaning up after my dog. So it's not as if they aren't doing anything about that problem. ALSO. There were 4 meth labs around our complex that were all recently busted like, two weeks ago. Kinda scary.. other than that, I don't feel like there's much crime here. I go out and smoke cigarettes every night pretty late and never feel threatened by anyone for any reason. One of the tenants used to smoke pot in his garage quietly by himself and some old hag called the cops on him. As if he was hurting someone. So people watch out for crime around here. It's fairly non-existant besides that insane story about the meth labs and attempted robbery, which were all the same people; and are all gone now. All-in-all, don't pay attention to people's horrible reviews. This place isn't that bad. It's no better than anywhere else I've lived, but it's certainly not the worst. I've never had anyone take my parking spot, we had an ant problem and they sent a sprayer out at 8 AM the day after we called it in, their maintenance guys are nice, and the management attempts to build a decent rapport with the tenants. It's a cozy place to live, and there's even a cop that lives here and his car is always parked right out front. So don't let the nay-sayers sway your decision elsewhere. People just like to complain just to complain. I like to tell the truth. And the truth is, if you can afford it then go for it.

What a JOKE!!!!!
I have lived in this hell hole for 2 1/2 yrs. My rent has gone up without fail every time. No matter how long you have lived here or how good of a tenant you have been, they just keep jackin up the price! Where to start..... 1. The office Some people in the office need to be working for McDonald's! With the exception of 1 maint, and 2 office staff (manager isn't one of them) They did a remodel not too long ago and took out our big gym and put in a TV room.... Now the gym is a remodeled washroom. 2. The people..... If you like peace and quiet, live somewhere else. If you don't want your car broken into, live somewhere else. But if you are a loud --- college kid with no respect for anyone, then by all means live here with the rest of them! And all manner of loud --- vehichles are welcome in the middle of the night. You know who you are. You can even hear when your neighbors are using the bathroom, thats how thin the walls are! 3. Parking Unless you get a garage, forget it. Even if you pay for a $25 -------- covered parking you are taking the chance in getting your window busted and nobody in the office bothering to send out the flyer or maybe check into a ....SECURITY GUARD! 4. Thank Christ i'm moving. When you move, there is really no point in cleaning the carpet because they will just charge you to clean it anyway. EVEN WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO REPLACE IT ANYWAY! And you can kiss your deposit goodbye cause they'll find a way to screw ya. Do yourself a favor, look around and don't let the "amenities" get the best of you. Looks good on the outside, but if you polish a turd, its still a TURD.

will provide all info i can think of, but i would recommend this place
I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. I'm a young female and even though i came and went at all hours i never felt unsafe. I was able to take my 4 yr old niece to the pool at night without worrying. There were only a few issues that we had to call management for, and they took care of our problem in a timely manner. The roofs did leak our first day but they resolved it and it never leaked again. The garbage bins are ALWAYS full and overflowing but thats pretty much the harshest thing i can say about it. That and they had trouble with the gates a few times. parking lot could be noisy at times, but thats everywhere. parking was very difficult to find after 7 if you didn't pay for a covered spot. Electricity bill ran round $170-180 in the summer and less than half that in the winter (using reliant). All the appliances are newer and worked well, never had problems. The only reason i moved out is because my roommate and i went seperate ways and they wanted to raise our rent but other than that i would have loved to stay here another year

this place sucks!!!
you name it this place sucks in every way. the neighbors are noisy 24-7. the lady downstairs is a psycho. granted thats just people but in all honesty everything here sucks. i pay extra for a view and what do i have for a view...trees no more than 10 from my back porch. ants infested one of the bed rooms that is kept up and is never dirty or eaten in and i was told that it would take three days to get some one out to spray. so i spent four hours pulling up carpet and and spraying myself. i have contacted the city code compliance division concerning this matter. i also pay extra for a built in entertainment center that is not straight and sits at a sloping angle. if you put a ball in it the ball rolls without having to touch it. i rent a washer and dryer. it takes three cycles to dry anything, even a small load. they office wont fix it. every time i call and ask why they haven't come to fix it they tell me that they have no record of a request. the office staff is the worst bunch of no talent a$# clowns i have ever met. they act like i am burden on them and they act like it's not my job to make sure that things going smoothly here. the two guys that work the office are rude every single time they are contacted. the other office help is decent but lets a few things slip through the cracks. at least she tries. the property manager is never anywhere to be found or ever returns phone calls. granted she more than likely never gets the messages. one would think that they would try to make it a point to get people to stay. that way they would make more money. the parking sucks. the kids running around trying to bum smokes off of me sucks. the fact that ygntion is grandfathered in here and that the fact that you can't choose your own cable/internet provider sucks. it seems to me that if these are in fact "luxury" apartments shouldn't there be a difference from other apartment providers? bottom line don't move here ever. i've lived in many other apartment complexes and never had this many problems. some nice and some not so nice. i'm just counting the days to the end of my lease so i can go spend my money somewhere else.

I am very pleased.
Not sure what others are complaining about. Other than cars with loud bass booming it has been quite. The staff always responds to my request and items are fixed in a timely manner. Parking is a problem. A lot of the things that occur here are not due to our residents but from visitors using our basketball courts and pool. You can see them drive in. The staff will ask them to leave if they are made aware. I have a one bed room and like it very much. The carpet tramps down easily, but if berber were installed, then this place would be ideal. Staff are very friendly and we have a new business center and work out facility. Just wish rent would not raise every single time lease expires. Give long term tennants a break. I plan to renew again if rent is reasonable. LD Maddox, happy resident.

Not exactly luxury...
I'll be honest. The Coventry at Cityview looks like a great complex from the outside. The attractive styling will suck you in right off the bat. However, you may want to do a bit more research into the apartment you'll be getting. For the first few months at The Coventry, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Then the neighbors above me moved out and a new pair moved in. This happens all the time, I know, but I seemed to get the rudest couple above me. But that's not the fault of the Coventry, just the fault of the inconsiderate people above me who constantly bang around at all hours of the night. My biggest complaint with The Coventry (and all apartment complexes owned and operated by the same company: Avery Pointe and Montevista) is the HORRIBLE lack of choice for cable/internet. You HAVE to go with this company called Ygnition and they are one of the worst cable/internet providers I've ever had. Cable is decent but WAY over priced (50 bucks a month for 25-30 channels? No thank you). The internet is the worst part, however. The internet is typically slow and is constantly crashing. And if you have an Apple router, good luck getting it to work consistently. The Coventry made a HUGE mistake by letting one cable company by the rights to their cable/internet service. Other than the noise, parking, and Ygntion, the complex isn't too bad. The floorplans are nice and spacious and the maintenance staff is amazing. They respond quickly and usually do the job right the first time. However, I cannot recommend the apartment to anyone who wishes for a quiet environment.

I can't wait to leave this hell hole
This place sucks. They jack up the rent at renewal despite an obvious drop in quality. The pools and hot tube are dirty. There's litter and dog crap everywhere. People throw loud parties late into the night, even on weekdays. There's yelling, drinking, wall-shaking music, beer bottles and the confused drunks that knock on your door late at night looking for the party. They 'renovated and built a new gym,' by taking our old spacious gym and turning it into a tv room, moving the gym to a former laundry room. There's a monoploy that prevents you from choosing your own cable or internet provider, and you have to go with this company called Ygnition. Worst part however, is the unbelievably bad parking situation. Unless you want to rent a $75 a month garage be prepared to carry your groceries past two or three other buildings because there are more units and tenants than unassigned spaces.

Don't Live Here
As for the parking park some place else people do NOT know how to park in this parking apartment complex they have to park in different parking spots it's hard to get into one when you have some idiot park in two. The handicapped is always taken up by some unknown person that doesn't have a decal and doesn't belong there. As for the noise don't even look for an apartment here if you like the real quiet time apartment complex in the morning/evening and the late at night. There is actual people like myself and some others who love getting to sleep at a reasonable time of the night and hate getting wake up by some drunk college boyfriend/girlfriend or group of them these kids have no idea how to act or treat other tenants in the same building as them. Personally they don't even care about us accept for themselves. For instance last week my next door neighbor decided they wanted to have a party on Saturday night some of the guys went outside to do whatever they had to do at the current time they tried to come into my apartment which thank god I had both locks locked so people wouldn't come in and the party lasted almost all night and everyone else had to suffer because of the loud music and so on. Grounds you will always see the tenants letting their dogs using the grass for their personal spot and these people will not clean up after the animals finishes his/her job on the ground. Also finding beer cans/trash/food bags from Mcdonalds is always a find in the grass, bushes, and etc. Safety is a very high matter here, Ft.Worth Police is always been called out on the property to deal with these punk college kids who throw party's on the weekend, and some dude at the far end of the apartment complex on the back side next to fences decided he wanted to throw off a counch onto the pavement for whatever reason he had to do that for. We do not have a security officer that comes onto the property to protect the tenants and the property at night you will always have to call the police department and they love to come out to this place and give parking tickets, noise violations and so on. Construction to each apartments is very cheap and run down you can hear your neighbor through the walls and hear music as well. As for the stairs they need to fix because you will always hear people walk/stomp/run during the day/afternoon/evening and late at night. I asked and a few others as well as for the stairs being looked at and the famous words from the office we will take care of it and nothing was done. Maintenance is somewhat taken care of can't say much about it though The employee personal in the office is ridiculous they have no idea how to run a apartment complex let alone how to handle complaints about other tenants. You will get the run around saying how its being worked out or the problem will be fixed when the problem still happening. Overall this apartment complex isn't worth it at all! It's a party city for all the college kids to move into and throw college parties and etc. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/14/2008 - Time for an update this place hasn't changed tenants moving out of here I can't say that I blame them alot of people are tired of dealing with these young punk kids who have no respect for people during the night they come back from whatever they went either sober or drunk run/down/stomp hard as they can and they act like it's no big problem so deal with it if your someone who has pictures mounted on your all which I do they will just fall off the wall thats hard when they go up/down the stairs. The police department was called by someone who I guess their neighbors on the 3rd floor decided they would want throw a music party at 12am to 2am this past Saturday night I heard the officers talking to the punk kids saying turn the music off or get arrested I wish the kid got arrested but I didn't make the call. Maybe these kids will wake up and smell reality but I highly doubt it! 1/23/2008 - Same old things still going on from the kids on the third floor running up/down the stairs at late at night and the tenant upstairs still does the same thing as before but this time she does it even louder the office personal supposely have ''done something'' about it but appears to me it hasn't been done. The kids from the across the way set of apartments come in riding on their crotch rocket and rev's the engine up at late at night and screams out for some stupid reason for whatever reason he has to do that for. Parking is still an issue when you get some stuipid idiots that do NOT how to park in one place they have to park in two spots and they don't really care they think it's okay when you drive a big SUV it's hard to park in one spot when you have another car/truck or whatever the case maybe parks in two parking spots its hard to do so. Can't wait to move out of this sorry place! 2/2/2008 - The same loud neighbors are still at it stomping/running across the floor upstairs above me. As for the punk kids on third floor their still at it again but this when they ran up the stairs they could have might as well broke the stairwell that's how hard they stomped. I thought the apartment manager is gonna take care of these kids? I knew she wouldn't do it what's so ever she does NOT know how to operate a apartment complex let alone be a manager and fix problems. I know the police department loves to come out and deal with the punks that live out here. 2/3/2008 - It's a still a problem here the lady upstairs on top of my apartment is banging on the floor/stomping vacumming I don't she knows how loud she really is. As for the kids on third they came home around four this morning running up the stairs as loud as they could I went outside where they could hear me and basically told them and went off on them and they acted like they were stupid trying to understand what I was saying to them I know this is Texas and it takes people awhile to comprehend and understand what people are saying to them. Some idiot just came in on a crotch rocket (sport bike) reving his engine up for some stupid unknown reason. I'm seeing alot of people moving out all the family's on ground floor where I live are moving out and the same with me. So Long

This place was good when I first moved in. Nice place good people, parking was and still sucks. Then I started noticing things. The noise, people not cleaning up after there dog. And my number one pet peeve, not being able to choose your ISP (internet service provider) they have this contract with ygnition. They suck! you cant have DSL or Cable, you can have satellite but only if your windows face south. Being in IT this bugs the crap out of me, at 1 am (non prime time) im getting crap ping, I did a bandwidth test 300ms DL speed and almost 800ms upload. Now Upload is good but the Down lowed sucks how can one claim your on a T1 line and get crappy DL speed? Oh that s right because its a shared T1. They have 6 T1 lines coming into our place, you would think that would be enough, but its not. It causes a bottle neck at some point, also if people are running a bit torrent server you can barley get to yahoo, or gmail. Let alone any type of streaming sites. They know we cant change so there CS are not really inclined to help too much. I got a guy one time that said "yea well we will have to wait tell tomorrow there is nothing i can do right now." Also they sold the complex so who knows what will happen, rent may go way up, service may go down. I do have to say though the people working for Coventry are really nice and try to help, and are normally quick about things. But I would recommend staying away from here.

Hated it!
Crime was always occuring around the complex and we had numerous strange people knocking on our doors. Parking was a mess, even if you paid for it (like I did), people would still park in your spot. You could hear the neighbors from all sides and they never SHUT UP! Management would NEVER answer thier phone and they didn't communicate well with you about changes around the apartments. I lived there for 2 1/2 years and the only reason was because I didn't have the money to move else where!

I love it here
I have had a great stay here. The neighbors are friendly and it is quiet. The maintenance guys have always come quickly if I had an issue, I think I only had one or two when I first moved in with the toilet not flushing quite right. Minor problem. I have lived here almost a year and would stay if I could afford it by myself. The office staff is very friendly even after you sign the lease. Everytime I go in there they are all so nice and helpfull. I live on the third floor so I don't know how the noise is downstairs. The parking is nice I always get a spot close to my apt. I know there are young people at the front pool late during the summer, but it never bothered me. I am not sure if it is bad if you live right next to the clubhouse, but I can see the pool from my apt and it never bothered me. I like it very much here.

Not Worth It
The apartments looked great on the outside, and when we first moved into our apartment it looked great, but after we started looking around for things there was a lot of quick fixes in the apartment itself, that and when i signed my lease we were told there was to be things in the apartment that were not. I could also hear the people above me every night that I lived here, and dont plan on being able to use the pool or the basketball courts, there is always some kids sneaking into the complex every day and night. The staff was ok as long as you only delt with a one person, but the other ones dont really pay attention to anything that was said. I would never again rent from this apartment complex or property management team again. People should think twice before paying this much to these people, just go next door and rent from Avery Pointe.

A Great Place to Call Home
My wife and I have recently renewed our lease. In retrospect to the past year, I have to say that the staff have been very accomodating. With regard to maintenance issues, the response time has been outstanding--typically within same day to next day service. I have had no issues of a negative nature with the staff--in fact, I have come to expect nothing but the best from management. Keep in mind that the same manager still presides, which is a sure sign of stability as can be said about the assistant manager. I live in a unit juxtapose to Avery Point, and I can honestly admit that the only noise I have experienced typically originates from the most undesirable creed of individuals living there. Obviously, we have been blessed with neighbors all of whom have respected our personal space and privacy. I should also like to add that those living within the same building appear to be a more seasoned, high-caliber group of individuals. The only issue my wife and I have had involved the notorious parking situation. However, this issue was easily remedied by renting carports. I even received a good deal on the rental rates, which carried over to the new contract. With regard to renewal rates, I was a little alarmed about the rate hike; however, the marketing assistant was more than flexible and fair when negotiating a price that was mutually beneficial to their bottom line and ours. Keep in mind that I have never heard of an business of this nature that is willing to negotiate. I have to respect the fact that rates are based upon a marketing analysis, and although I am paying about fifty-five dollars more--I feel as if the price is justified. Given the square footage and amenities offered by Conventry, the renewal price was acceptable. Without a doubt, I have to say that the equity my wife and I have been earning via Conventry Apartments is an excellent selling point for anyone interested in home ownership. At twenty percent savings each month, it doesn't take much cognitive skills to realize the saving opportunity afforded us by living here. Unlike other rental properties, you stand to claim back at least 20% of your hard-earned money should you decide to purchase a house from one of three acclaimed home builders. If you are a responsible, business-savy, mature professional who enjoys the company of a more seasoned group of renters--sign-up. Two very satisfied tenants 2006-current.

A completely honest opinion.
I lived at Coventry from May of '06 to May of '07. I was in the first building of the complex and really had no issues with the office staff or other residents. Jay and Larry (maintenance guys) were always very helpful and responsive to any issues I had. Casey was the only one in the office that I would deal with; the other staff seemed to be short-timers but if I had any issue, I could count on Casey. As far as negatives about the place: I could hear the people that lived above me (vacuuming at midnight and constantly dropping things,) I could hear the people next door through the walls on occasion (and on the porch of an adjacent building singing karaoke 'til three or four in the morning,) people tore through the parking lot at high speeds regardless of speedbumps (peeling out all hours of the night on Fridays and Saturdays,) kids (ages 5-14) would run through the workout area playing 'tag' and practice skateboard maneuvers, and there was only one internet connection in the business center. My rate was to go up $170 had I renewed (I think I got a pretty good rate when I moved in would be part of the reasoning the the major hike; regardless, I did not stay ... too pricey.) Overall, I'd rate Coventry at about a 75% versus the current 40%. My wife just saw the review of her previous residence (The Lodge at River Park) and their current score is 48% and that place IS horrible: poor/rude management, slow/dirty maintenance (caused carpet stains that were then charged to my wife for creating!) and overall screwing current renters' rates just to bleed new move-ins when they renew (saying "it's cheaper than moving again" ... The Coventry was a gem in comparison.

We're Moving in!
Ok. from what I've seen in ur reviews are mostly doors falling off, and noise complaints. If you have called th e maintenance several times in one week fix the door yourself, it's esy screw to henge, lefty loosy righty tighty. noise, if ur curtesey officer isn't doing the job call the cops several times it will be solved trust me i know, and traffic bryant irvin is surounded by HIGHWAYS so u should have known that b-4 you moved in. leaks, if ur ceiling leaks they have stuff to fix it at home depo and lowes and it wont cost much at all. and gate codes, obviously gate codes are not being given out becuase my b/f delivers pizzas to the complex and that is the only gate code he doesn't have. and as fall as the mail being broken into, it's not the complexes problem the coutesey officer doesn't deal with that either, what you do is call the cops for that. a couple months ago richland hills and haltom was missing abunch of mail, and they found the woman in a hotel with a room full of mail. Management, management is there to take your money, it's not just there, but everywhere, our management where we live now has been changed more than 6 times in the past 7 years, We just signed up and we'll be moving in soon. Oh, and we got a discount on our deposite and $200 free rent from rent.com and apartments.com also we got our discount because my b/f delivers to Coventry.

Dont live here
Me and my father have lived here for about a year and a half and we finally got the hell out of there. For about the whole time we lived there, our pantry door, linen closet door, and laundry doors kept falling off. They would come to fix them, then they would just fall off again. Towards the end of us living there, the past 6 months the ceilings have leaked horribly. Almost caving in at one particular spot. We told them that it was leaking and nothing was done. When we moved we gave them a 3 week notice that we were leaving, and so we did. Now we are being sued because they say we did not give them the right amount of notice and that the ceiling has water damage.

Good Place
Very happy here. Jay the head maintence man is really responsive and the staff is always nice. Rate increase was as would be expected in an apartment. The only noise comes from the apt complex Avery Point next door, loud wind chimes that they refuse to take down. Weight room, swimming pool, car wash nice area to walk and so far good neighbors. The only thing I do not like is sharing the expense on water for the building you live in. Would rather pay my own.
