We love Coventry!

Me and my family have lived here for almost 2 years now. The property is great, it’s a nice distance from work and my son’s elementary school. The office staff are always nice! It’s a really great place.

Great customer service

I've been apart of the community for about an year and we received a renewal of lease contract. I spoke with Marsha personally stating that we signed a 15 month contract. The system was stating 12 month , Marsha went above and beyond to retrieve the correct lease agreement, they apologized for any inconvenience and reassured that any problems I would have that their here for me. Staff was very inviting and warming ,great group of personel.

The tour of the property was beautiful. I like the floor plans and how spacious it was in addition the pool and gym area to the dog park and spa. I liked the location , close to work. Marsha was extremely patient answering all my questions.

Maintenance issue

I have been having issues with my toilet. One call was made and they came and replaced the toilet. Marvin is always a pleasure and gets the job done. Josh is also very handy and helpful. Conversations is always great. They feel like family. Keep up the great work. My son said mama did they give us a bidet toliet.

Located near everything

I live out of state. I'm relocating to Fort Worth. I searched apartments near Hulen and Coventry at Cityview was one of the apartments that showed up. The photos look amazing and apartments are very nice. I love the amenities especially the dog spa and dog parks and the garages are a plus. I called the office to get the prices and I like what I heard prices are reasonable for what they have to offer. I see my family living at Coventry at Cityview.

Beautiful apartment, friendly staff, respond quickly, pet friendly

My husband and I took a tour of these beautiful apartments not long ago. We loved all the amenities it offers but especially the dog park and dog spa. Unfortunately my husbands job moved to a different city and we no longer have the need for the apartment but had to leave a review for anyone on the fence about these apartments. The actual apartment was beautiful and spacious. The staff was very accommodating and were helpful with all the questions we had. Would definitely recommend them for anyone moving to the area.

Awesome amenities

My wife and I are looking to relocate to Ft. Worth and went looking at apartments that are gonna be close to hub areas. The Coventry was one we looked at. Mrs. Ortiz gave us a tour of the property and when she showed us the apartment, they were really nice and roomy. The amenities at this property is what sold me/us...lol. The fitness center and putting green, not to mention the stuff for our fur baby. The dog spa and park is gonna be great for our fur baby Zoey.

The maintenance team completed a w/o 4715 in a timely and professional manner. The problem is fixed the job was to correct a safety issue to prevent someone from falling. The team worked in the rain to complete the task.

Tour heaven!!

Today I had the pleasure of touring your apartment community. It was absolutely wonderful Hailey Fisher was fantastic. She was a delight to be with. Her knowledge of the community was impeccable. She found units that were in the price range that I needed and showed all of the amenities that they offer. The price, and quality of the community was outstanding. I highly recommend this community. The Best

I first moved to The Coventry roughly 2 years ago. Usually, I take my time with apartment finding in hopes of aligning myself with an apartment that's going to be as invested in taking care of me as I will of the space I'm temporarily calling home. There's a reason after 2 years I haven't left yet. That reason is one: the cozy aesthetics of this immaculate piece of property and two: the staff managing this said beauty. I did not have the time to be choosy and had to make a hasty decision in applying for this apartment due to unforeseen life situations. God must have had the reigns in getting me here because this place and the staff that runs it have fallen nothing short of perfect in providing the home you dream of on the way to getting into a house. First off, the scenery. On the edge of Benbrook in South Ft. Worth its hit or miss as far as finding a well-maintained property, that actually looks like the home you would want to retire in. The Coventry is it. Josh Robles the lead Maintainer of the property and his crew absolutely go above and beyond in not just making sure everything looks like a mini tropical golf resort but also... get this, they actually make sure everything works... right... the first time. Unlike other competitor complexes Josh Robles runs a tight schedule in maintaining all facets on the property and his crew's turnaround time for providing any solutions to maintenance issues is like calling 911, they are there immediately and waste no time in professionally handling any matters. Specifically, I've called the maintenance line at 1:00 a.m. because of an issue with a waterline in the last freeze we had and honestly, I did NOT expect a call back within 15 minutes. He called and was over to mitigate the problem until further restorations took place which only took half a day for them to fully repair. The aesthetics of The Coventry from the grass to the carpet will leave you with you jaw dragging out of the door if you don't choose to apply. It rocks a cozy semi tropical scene accommodating you with 2 pools one very large and fun playground for the kids, a dog park and washing station for the family fur rocket, as well as 2 beautiful golf greens to practice your short game on. (for my pro golfers out there its challenging enough to give you a daily adventure to look forward to). As far as indoor indulgences it's THE perfect fit for anybody from single to full blown family. The space is laid out perfectly to accommodate all of your belongings that won't leave you looking like a hoarder or needing an extensive storage unit and is in the only way I can describe as immaculate. The elegance and peaceful nature in which the apartments are constructed is the safe place you look forward to coming home to after a long day's work, and for the price good luck finding an alternative. Moving on to the big kicker that literally changed my life, the people. Other apartments I've lived in I'm always expecting some level of DGAS (Don't give a ####) from the staff because let's face it on average they have to tend to a population of 800-1200 people at any given time. I would be EXHAUSTED too. Here at The Coventry at Cityview I HAVE NEVER ONCE EVER felt like this team doesn't care. These ladies Marsha, Hailey, Vanessa, and last but most certainly NOT least Thanya consistently provide the top-quality genuine care that makes this home a home. I can't speak enough of these ladies. Patience never stops. Professionalism never dwindles. Effort is well above reproach. and Care... I would trust these women with a Power of Attorney if it came to it. They are ALL about YOU as a client and have never ONCE fallen short of true custodianship and friendship. To say they go out of their way to lend a hand to any resident here, especially myself, is a drastic understatement. These women treat you and your family as if you were one of their own. I have had circumstances in which it was MY responsibility alone to figure out a resolution and Thanya especially took it upon herself to find a pathway through the problem that wasn't her's to seek, but she helped anyway out of her amazing nature without question which ultimately literally changed the trajectory of my life. They truly put themselves in your shoes as a customer. THAT to me is TRUE care and one of which you will not find at any other apartment community in the metroplex dare I say the state. They may come close, but this company is unmatched. It's often said that a business survives by how they care for their customer and the product they deliver. The staff here at The Coventry provides not just a beautiful home but a quality home with family and community at the forefront of their mind. So, if you desire that warm place to call home, give yourself a break and swing by. 11 out of 10 I highly recommend.

The Coventry at Cityview is such a beautiful community, the apartments are very nicely upgraded and as soon as you drive through the gates you just feel at home. I toured with Hailey who was very attentive and helpful. The amenities and grounds are also very well kept, I only have good things to say!

I love living here!!

I've lived at Coventry for 2 years now and I absolutely love it here. This is definitely my favorite complex I've ever lived in. I love my small 2 bedroom, perfect size for my son and I. The office staff is great, the maintenance is great, and the community is well kept and I feel safe here. I have the best neighbors, and the people I've met during the apartment events are all nice. I can't say enough good things about the Coventry.

Greay community, very friendly and welcoming

Just renewed our 3 lease and we couldn't be happier. Very safe and peaceful community. They frequently host event to bring the residents together and make you feel welcome. Clean, well kept in a great centralized location.

I have been here for 2 years and it's one of the best places to live the staff is very friendly always have the time to assist if you have any questions, the maintenance always handling every issues the staff are always doing special events for the residents so we can connect and kids have a great time. No complaints at Coventry

I have no complaints living at Coventry. The maintenance team responds to work orders within a day. The grounds are very well kept. They have pressure washers that do such a wonderful job cleaning alleyways and sidewalks. The staff is always nice and very helpful.

Moved in May

Over all they’re great, if I have a maintenance issue they usually get it taken care of quickly, sometimes it may take a few times for them to get it right but they are on it quickly. The only issue I have with the complex is more with the residents that do NOT pick up after their animals.

Beautiful community very clean

Hailey was very helpful looking to move in soon very beautiful community and nice and friendly staff…I love all of the amenities including the sparkling swimming pool and play park. The grounds are nicely kept and the foliage is very green and beautiful. I hope to move soon!

The ladies working at the leasing office are incredible, I lost a package and they went above and beyond to help me find it, USPS didn’t find the package, package concierge support didn’t find it, you know who found it? THE LADY AT THE OFFICE! She remembers another person with very similar names as I do, and of course it got delivered to her accidentally. The complex itself is also great, and they only have an option for up to five stars review on this site, but fifty out of five stars for the ladies working here.

Nice Community

Nice environment , staff was well informed about the amenities and property. Enjoyed the visit to our new the car wash features also, the hot tub sold me also the dog wash . Landscaping was nice well kept, and the garage area are also well kept. Close to stores in the area and very convienent .
