Nice place, Nice staff

I have lived here once before, moved away, then moved back. The second time around has been wonderful for me. Everything seems to have gotten nicer instead of getting worse like you would see with alot of other places. The staff has been wonderful helping me with any problems I have, and answering all my random questions. Vanesa has been an absolute chamption with helping me figure things out since I have moved in again and helping me get issues I have taken care of as quickly as can be done.

Best place to live

Have got to say Patricia went above and beyond to help me find my apt now that I call home. By making sure I found what I was looking for and made sure everything was good before and after I got situated. And every time I need something always makes sure I’m taken care of. Best services and makes your stay worth staying. Thank you for all you and staff as well.

I love my apartment I have had no serious issues, and if I do need assistance of any kind Vanesa at the front office is always very helpful and patient with me. I enjoy living in these apartments as they are affordable & the area is very nice!

Great staff and location

While searching for an apt, my wife and I visited many complexes for pricing and tours and the one that we drove past that looks the nicest we also thought would be the most expensive. We went in anyways and the office staff were super nice and accommodating. Patricia helped us find the right apartment and helped us get familiarized with the location since we were moving to this area for the first time. would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a centralized apartment with nice neighbors.

A great community!

We just moved in and the community and apartments are better than what we were hoping for. The leasing staff is amazing, friendly and great at what they do. The apartments are beautiful and maintenance is always there to help when needed. The community is quiet and has a ton of things for the family as well.

The staff at the Coventry is very caring and I love to stop by and say hello to the wonderful staff! The amenities available and the occasional activities set up by the staff is very fun to look forward to! The floral work that I’m greeted to when I enter the complex as well as the beautiful endearing fountain. I’m in love with the trash service and how friendly the maintenance workers are.

We've lived here for two years and have never had any trouble with anything and anyone. Everyone in the office is very friendly, and professional. Patricia is the assistant manager and has been helpful since the very first day I walked into the office two years ago, she is quick to act on anything I may bring to her attention in the most positive way possible. I highly recommend living on this property, it is peaceful, safe and fun.

Great Living

I love this neighborhood! I’ve been here for 2 years and just signed my 3rd lease. Vanessa is great. Whenever I have a problem she is always willing to act on it instantly. Every month the complex hosts 2-3 different community events. I highly recommend these apartments. Patricia is the assistant manager, she is great and runs these apartments as if she is the manager. She brings a warm welcoming to the neighborhood.

Amazing Maintenance Crew!

We have been here for almost 3 years and every time we needed maintenance done they made sure it was done within 24 hours- 48 tops! Francisco, especially, always made sure things were done correctly and on time. He is so charismatic and professional!

I love our grounds and amenities. I love how serene I feel when I arrive home and when we’re just out walking or hanging out on the property. In over a year, the few service requests that we’ve had have been completed within the same day and I’ve never had to make more than one phone call for them to come out.

I love the maintenance team on the property. They are so nice and prompt when responding to a call, whether it's 10 at night at 11 in the morning, they will come. The front office is so friendly and polite, the community is quite and dog friendly.

The Coventry at Cityview was home for my family. We absolutely loved living here. From the location of the community, to the professional staff, to the friendly neighbors, it was such a great place. We loved the layout of our unit and having a backyard and a garage. Knowing my neighbors also made me feel very safe. I also loved getting to participate in events the community offered on a regular basis.

I have lived here at Coventry for two years now and I am just as happy as when I first moved in. Neighbors are nice, apartment complex is very well taken care of. In the past, I needed a filter change as my A/C was not working and I called the front office. 20 mins later maintenance was at my door and changed my filter. I have had many minor emergencies, but the Coventry has taken care of them right away. I appreciate them and all they do to make my stay here enjoyable.

I'm really enjoying my home here at the Coventry! The staff was very professional during my application process and fast with getting me approved during a pandemic! It's a very nice area with access to restaurants and the freeway which is always a plus! I've encountered laid back neighbors while enjoying the pool and fitness center. Last but not least, my floor plan Is like no other apartment I've ever rented. I plan to upgrade from a 2-3 bedroom in the future and thanks to management for keeping grounds safe during this trying time of a Pandemic

They seem like they don't know what they are doing in the office. Nobody communicates. My move in date was changed and I was happy about day I come to pick up my keys they are like no you aren't supposed to move in until a couple of days from now. They said they would give me something to make up for it but I recurved nothing. It seems like the people that work there don't even talk to each other or the residents
