I have lived at the Coventry for 3 years now and the experience keeps getting better. The management team and staff continue to improve on an already impressive community. My children loves the playground and not many place have one. The maintenance staff is the best I have ever seen responding to even the smallest request always on the same day even working late to complete the work. Dena and Ernies the cares team are amazing. Words cannot express my appreciation for Juan and the staffs always being courteous and professional and tending to my every need. I call this home!

About a 1 1/2 yrs ago, My wife and I were looking for an apartment to move in. We searched several properties and after getting a tour with the Staff at Coventry at Cityview, we decided to lease a 2 bedroom. The experience have been top notch. Everyone from the Office and the Maintenance Department are very professional and attentive. Whatever issues we have had that needed to be fix, they got fixed the same day. We recently renew our lease and we will recommend this property to anyone. Hats off to the management team, job well done.

In love with Coventry staffs , the best community to live in the neighborhood, the way they keep the community clean, very great maintainance by fixing the problem on the same day, office staffs always with a smile, the care team does an excellent job every month which you find on other apartment.

This place rocks. From the playground, to the gym to the jacuzzi. I can't say enough. The ceilings are tall and the kitchen is fun to cook in. The neighbors are cool and quiet. I am glad to be here.

I needed a place for just a few months, until I could locate and buy a home in Fort Worth. I could not have found a better location. Their greatest asset is the staff, professional, courteous, and always helpful. Additionally, the other residents are great neighbors. The social activities of the complex brings everyone together in fun, entertaining ways. I highly recommend Coventry to anyone needing an apartment in Fort Worth.

This is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. The apartments are recently renovated with a lot of place and great layout. The grounds are clean. Personnel is professional and friendly. Maintenance is the best I have ever experienced. They are fast, efficient and professional. There are great little events going on in the club house every month and people are very friendly and welcoming. Great little community. I am very happy to live here and they do take all dogs!!!!! Great dog park as well :)

I have lived here a year and love living here. The property recently sold to another property management company and I continue to love living here. The management team, Bethany and Marie are awesome! They have welcomed me from the first day and are always friendly when I stop by the office. I've lived in a lot of apartments and locations over the years and this place is my FAV! I really like there maintenance team; Very nice and very fast. They have recently renovated the property and have great views off the back of the property. I only wonder if we can get more internet/tv suppliers in the complex with improved competitive prices? I have recently renewed and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

The beautiful park of this community is the park and the lap pool. Last but not the least the property manager is so so so good and helpful. U need help she is there to solve it out, there is always a best way she will do it for you with gratitude . All I can say is thank you :)

I move from California to Texas in August 2015, I start looking for a place to stay on Bryant Irvin Rd, the first complex I can to was the Coventry Apartment once I walk in to the office, the office staff greeted me as if they new me for a long time with a wonderful smile and they were very perlite. After they showed me a model apartment with all new upgrades of appliances, and how nice the up keep of the complex looked I knew this was the place that I will be calling my home. One other thing that I like about this complex is each month they have activities for all the tenant to get a chance to meet there neighbors.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Their responses to questions were timely and extremely knowledgable. I would to lease here if they had a 3 bedroom on the 1st floor for immediately move in. The grounds are clean and looks good, pool area looks great but I think it was to many people that doesn't live here. All in all, I'd highly recommend this complex. It has a great location, and is close to many schools, shops, and is easily accessible, plus the apartments seem to be in great condition, and the staff is very friendly.

I've been here a few months and love it. The community is well-kept and maintenance has been prompt in taking care of things in my apartment. I love the location because it's quite close to downtown but thankfully away from the noise. I also love the upgraded features in my apartment which make it seem more modern and fresh.

This is the first time I have ever lived in an apartment. We are in transition and wasn't sure how long we would live here. After my experience we decided to stay on a couple more years. I was surprised that I couldn't hear my neighbors as friends have told me they so often do in their apartments. The only negative would be the car dealership right next to the complex. But even that doesn't usually affect the noise much. The grounds are well maintained and look beautiful. The office staff is great and friendly. The manager and assistant manager are very nice and willing to help you with whatever you need. I really want to make a point of saying the maintenance staff is wonderful. They do such a great job and are very prompt at taking care of any problems I have had. Their response time is great! And they are friendly and remember me when I seem them on the grounds.

I just renewed here for another 15 months. I don't plan to move anytime soon. Since I retired 2 years ago I have lived here and just absolutely love it. The staff is always on top of it and always seem ready to help. I don't have a problem with parking because I rarely leave but can see where it would be an issue. They fix everything any time I have a problem I encourage you to look here they are great.

This apartment complex is nice. We were shopping around in the area and saw this complex and decided to look. It has nice upgrades which makes it stand out from the rest on the same street. We just moved moved in two weeks ago and absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly and my neighbors are cool and offered to help us while we were moving in. Parking can be an issue if you get home late but I think we are going to get a garage so we will have two spots. If your looking for a nice apartment I would say to make this a stop.

This apartment complex is nice. We recently moved to Texas 4 months ago and started looking before we moved. We talked to Justin our leasing agent and he was great one of the main reasons we rented here. We loved the location and the new upgrades he said they just did. We are still waiting on the dog park stuff we are excited to take our dog to the park when that comes in. Everyone here seems to be very friendly and every time we go in the office someone is always smiling. A con would be the parking we ended up getting a garage so that when my wife and I came home we would always have a parking spot. Other than that we don't have any complaints. Work orders that we have put in have been taken care of very quickly so we are happy! Give it a chance you might love living here too.

I can say during my stay I have not experienced any negative events within this community nor with the staff. I enjoyed coming home to a modern living space and loved the idea of actually having a yard and garage. Due to my recent move here, it was a pleasant surprise to know that I could still have these items even though I no longer live in my home. Please let me say that each time I did have a concern within the apartment, the maintenance crew was on top of it. I also loved working with the complex manager Ms. Eveliz and her staff who ALWAYS welcomed me with a smile and willingness to help with all my concerns/questions. Eventually I will be relocating to another state and I pray I have the same professional experience that I received with Ms. Eveliz and her staff.

This is a great place to call home! We moved here from out of town and were not familiar with Fort Worth or the area. Kyle our leasing agent made us feel at home from the time we walked in to inquire about the property. Once we got our key to our new home we found it to be just like the model. The maintenance team has responded to our maintenance request the same day if not the following day. They have never made us feel like my small request were petty, I like keeping a neat and organized home, so this is important to us. Seeing the Lead Maintenance Jay out on property early in the morning is great knowing he is invested in the property. Parking is always available. They have a lot of events for the residents to attend. The fitness center is always functioning. I'm looking forward to the open kitchen by the pool this summer. Management has done well in putting this team together. I could go on a mention other areas but you get the point. It's a great community inside and out.

Neighbors are really nice. My family and I feel very safe in this community. I would defiantly recommend these apartments to everyone.
