Friendly staff

I am very thankful I chose The Coventry at Cityview. Let's start with the very friendly staff! They are very helpful and there when you need them. The community is nice and clean. The pool area is a great place to cool off during the hot Texas months. Thank ya'll for everything!

Great Apartment Community

Everything about my move in process to this community was seamless. I haven’t had any issues here the staff is great. Love the pool areas for the summer. Love that there’s an operating gate so not just anyone can come in. Well taken care of property.

Great staff

Vanessa has always answered my questions and concerns since day 1. She is awesome! The other staff is friendly as well. My little ones enjoy the park which most apartment complexes don’t have. Maintenance fixes issues in a timely manner.

Everyone here is so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. This place is quite and safe and the ammenties are amazing! The maintenence crew is always out and about keeping the complex looking clean. Price is also amazing for what is offered.

Great living experience!

I lived at Coventry at Cityview for 13 months. Ashley, the leasing consultant was amazing and assisted me and my roommate through all our questions and needs. She was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the application process and our time at Coventry. Anytime we submitted a maintenance request we received a prompt response with great service on their end. The apartment complex is nice and peaceful. Had zero complaints from our time at Coventry! We appreciate the team at Coventry for their exceptional service.

Best apartment

This is the best apartments we have ever lived in in Fort Worth. The staff is extremely friendly and they have the best maintenance crew ever. Very fast and efficient. We also love the extra accommodations they offer such as sometimes offering breakfast. Pizza nights, movie nights,have had a s’more night . They are pet friendly and have a dog wash!

Nice neighbors and property

The Carters (apt life team) put all their effort into the events for the families that live here even with their busy lives. The office staff is also very nice and helpful when something is needed. The property itself is nice and well kept.

Awesome service

Thank you so much for your help and quick service!! Thank you for accommodating my schedule, I needed my washer replaced but they waited until I was available and at home so that I could keep my dog from being in the way or getting out. Always have excellent service and they are very friendly!

Great Maintenance and Staff

We had a difficult move to town after arriving to find our apartment at a different complex not at all as advertised and not meeting code. The Coventry team got us a lease the same day we came to them looking for a place on such short notice, and we were able to move in quickly, as we still had everything in the truck from moving in from out of town to the terrible other apartment. When we arrived, we noted some minor repairs that needed to happen, and the maintenance team was on them within 24hr of our request. Later on, we noticed termites had come into our bedroom baseboards and they had the pest control out within a couple days to take care of the situation and follow up the next week to make sure the treatment worked. A couple months later, the apartment above us experienced a burst pipe one night, and the emergency maintenance came and shut the water off immediately and vacuumed the water, applied dryers and a dehumidifier, and removed the wet carpet padding. They hired a contractor to fix and replace the drywall in our ceilings and made sure everything was back to how it was before the flooding. Although repairs did take a couple weeks, they walked the apartment with us after the repairs to make sure it was all up to par for us. Any maintenance requests we have had have been answered within 24-48hrs, and the team is always courteous and attentive to any needs we have. The grounds and facilities, like the gym and pool, are maintained well and are relaxing and nice. Although we have had quite a lot of bad luck around this move, the team at the Coventry has done all they can to provide a comfortable and nice place to live. I think any apartments that are a little older are going to have a variety of problems, but I feel confident knowing that any problems that might come up will be handled quickly and well. We also just really like our floor plan and our cute apartment features like the granite counters and the cute tile backsplash, the open floor plan and the nice thick vinyl wood-grain flooring. We also like that the paint is a muted blue/grey instead of boring white. Attention to detail is obvious as you walk through the complex.

Grand theft auto, garbage, vandalism, car break ins

The lack of security at this complex is astonishing — and management’s lack of action and care for the issue is even more so. My motorcycle was stolen from this complex. There was a big non-response from staff until the police started to ask them to review security footage — and all they did was call to ask me if I could get a different officer signed to the case because they didn’t have time to go through the security footage like they were asked. They have plenty of time to make for fliers for pi day, though. People have had their cars broken into. The vandalism near my building is astonishing. I’ve never seen so many trees and saplings just… snap in half. I’ve seen cake smashed on walls, heaps of trash abandoned in parking spaces. Despite all of this, I haven’t seen a single thing to enhance security or prevent these things from happening. Not one thing. They installed a “miniature golf courseâ€�. And they will text you 5 times about PI day, or s’more night at the cabana. But NOTHING has been done to prevent the issues like vandalism, vehicle break-ins, grand theft auto, littering, and people not cleaning up after their pets. Literally the only highlight of this complex is the maintenance staff. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. I only wish the office staff and management were the same.

The Coventry @ City View has been my home for 5 years now and I love it. Beautifully kept grounds, with lots to do on site. The maintenance staff is awesome and top of everything that’s needs attention. Property management is cool but Patricia is hands down the best! Great place to live!

Great Experience

Of all the places that I looked at around the Cityview area, Coventry proved to be the best when it came to ease of working with their staff, the quality of apartment, and the fairness of the rents. The leasing agent I worked with, Vanesa, was knowledgeable and great at understanding my questions and concerns when looking for a place to live.
