Outstanding Place to Live and Work

Beautiful property inside and out! The ladies in the front office are great at communicating and keeping residents and prospects happy and in great hands anytime they have a question or concern. The entire maintenance staff is very helpful and attentive to all the residents needs to make sure all work orders are completed and residents are happy! All around great property, and great people that run it daily.

I visited The Coventry a few weeks ago searching for a two bedroom. The apartments were spacious and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a dog so I was sold when I saw the pet spa and park. I will definitely return when my lease is completed.

Beautiful Community

Ac unit broke down & within a couple hours josh and Marvin came to help, since the ac was frozen rock I had to wait till the following morning which was a bummer but josh provided me the option of installing a window ac unit till the ac unfroze. The window ac was amazing, keep me and my family + dogs cool, as soon as morning came josh & Marvin fixed my ac unit like nothing ever happened! Thank you both for your hard work

A Special Place A Special Bond

Coventry is a Special place for me. My stay has been wonderful and rewarding for on person stand point, but the staff is truly what made it special. In the beginning it was just I was another resident and they was just another leasing staff. But over time they became my family since I really don’t have family in Texas and for that I will forever be grateful. Through the up’s and down’s and where we are in life I will always have love for Thanya, Vanessa, Marsha, Rachel, and Ashley

Beautiful Apartments

I visited several apartments on Bryant Irvin and Coventry at Cityview was the by far the best. The apartments were very well maintained. The office staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. Marsha took me on a tour and showed me around, they offer many amenities. She made me feel welcomed and offered refreshments. I plan to move here when my lease is up.

Excellent Community!

We had a wonderful experience during the move in process! Vanessa did an excellent job showing us the apartments and getting us all the needed information. There were no surprises at the time of move in! Rachel did excellent on the move in day and everything went very smoothly! And Tanya has put together a great team! Customer service was awesome and a priority! Looking forward to my time here!

Lovely complex

I’ve lived here for three years almost four and have loved my stay. I’m sad to move into a home and not be spoiled by all the amenities here! The staff & maintenance are super quick and helpful! 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful place to live in

Excellent place to live at. Staff is attentive and genuinely nice. Maintenance handles all of your requests in a timely manner. Apartments have great amenities. Quiet and spacious dog park. I recommend these apartments to anyone moving to south Fort Worth.

Beautiful Apartments

I viewed a 1 bedroom today. I absolutely loved the apartments. Marsha was very helpful and the other lady in the office offered me water and a snack. I really liked that they have garages. My lease is up in October. I will be applying soon.

Beautiful and Spacious

I toured the apartments. Marsha was very helpful and nice. She answered all my questions and was very patient. The apartments are spacious. I love the granite in the kitchen.. I like that they are well kept and have garages. I’ve toured several apartments and Coventry at Cityview is on top of my list.

Vanesa has been with me every step of the way since I moved in 2 years ago! It’s nice to see the same employees in the office over the years. She is always so patient and helpful, not matter the situation. Not to mention the rest of the office, maintenance, and the grounds in general. Coventry at a Cityview is a home that my family and I will reside at for years to come.

Love it here

I’ve lived here for two months and love it so much. The apartments are clean and spacious. The office staff are friendly and always helpful. Vanessa has made my move here so easy and welcoming. This is also a pet friendly environment and I feel safe having my dog out and about

The best place to call home!

I moved here from the Hulen Bend area and Coventry is by far the best place I’ve ever lived! The community is beautiful, the office staff is always so helpful, and the maintenance crew is truly the best crew I’ve ever seen! They are so hardworking and quickly help you with any issues. You won’t regret living here!

Great property, friendly office staff all away down to the maintenance c

I was originally going too stay for only a year and it ended up being over almost 3 years now. All because of the staff and how quite the apartments is. coventry has so many events you can take your kids too every month. If you have any maintenance issue they are quick to come out an fix the issues. I want to personally thank thanya for being here for me and always understanding and helpful. Most definitely worth the visit. Told my aunt about the apartments and now she is living here as well with no complaints.

Office staff was accomodating. Manager answered all our questions also addressed our concerns. Apt complex is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Grounds were well maintained. Apts appeared to be well kept. I would highly recommend if you plan to move to the area.

Honest review from a renter

The coventary is a very nice apartment. I moved to Texas from newyork in 2021 and i rented an apartment at the coventary. My plan was to only stay for a year but here i am signing my third lease. The apartment complex is clean, safe and peaceful. The apartment corridor floors gets washed by professional cleaners at least once or twice in a year. From my experience, any time i call on the office for maintenance request, the technicians always show up within an hour to fix whatever needs to be fixed. I mean, its so hard for me to rent elsewhere right now and i’m only hoping to move when i buy a house of my own.

I’ve been a tenant here for 3 years and love the style of the property. The greenery and palm trees really stand out. My son loves going to the park every day! Any issues that I have maintenance is quick to fix.

Great place to live!!
