I have enjoyed living here. The complex is always clean and well-maintained. The office staff is always very professional, helpful, and courteous. I enjoy the two pools and the gym. The maintenance team is excellent. They repair issues the first time, and clean up afterwards. They explain and let you know exactly what was done.

The apartment has some nice features with dog park and pet wash. They also do frequent events for residents. However people do not pick up after there pets, the apartment has been painted and recorded in bathroom instead fixing issues making apartment feel dirty.

Parking is something I do not like at this apartment complex. Seems like there's more parking garage/covered parking. I dislike coming home late in the evening, and can't find anywhere to park. Also, off topic, residents with pets need to pick up their pet's droppings around the property.

Heating problem solved

This is an average apartment complex. Nothing fancy, but nothing bad. When things break (like AC going out, not unexpected things), they respond in a timely manner. Fairly quiet too- the occasional loud neighbor but you'd get that anywhere.

Love my apartment

My experience has been spectacular, very professional staff, very dedicated to their work, always willing to help. Beautiful, clean and organized apartments. The area is very comfortable, the streets are wide. I love the children's park to take my grandson to play. It is a very nice experience to live here. Beautiful property and great location

Been here about 3 and 1/2 years. The front office Personnel actually listen to you and address your issue. Maintenance guys are very polite and always help you if you ask them, great location, close to Major stores, restaurants, Clear Fork and just a few blocks Chisholm Trail Parkway if you need to commute. Overall love it.

Great Quality for Great Price

My husband and I have had a very positive experience with Coventry in the 18 months we have been here! The employees have made things as easy as possible when it comes to renewing leases and answering questions, with only the occasional misunderstanding happening along the way. The quality of the units and complex itself is much better than that of surrounding complexes for the same, if not better price.

A good place for newlyweds

Me and my wife moved here back in March 2023 has newlyweds it has just been a good experience for the past year and a half. I moved in two months ago and I’ve never been happier. Christy made signing my lease and the whole move in process a breeze. The complex offers so many amenities and is so well Maintained. I’ve been So impressed with the maintenance department. I had a repair request put in and they were there within the hour and had it fixed.
