Communication with property was pretty good for it to be all emails. Move in went well. There are some things that needed to be fixed in the apartment, although my whole lock came off my door maintenance took about 20 minutes to come. Over all apartments are fairly quiet with normal noise, everyone just minds their business.

You have see it for yourself. Stores around like Walmart and you got dealership around and food places and other places that's close around you can go to and car wash now close by amd Target a lot ..

Manager rude, work orders don't get repaired properly. Dog poop everywhere and the front entrance gate stays open. There is no security. I would not recommend this apartment complex. I was told by the Manager, I could not read over or have a copy of a reletting contract because "it's there paper."

I spoke with a Ingrid in regards to moving in once my application was approved. I told Ingrid I was not in the state of Texas as of yet and wanted to get everything sorted before move in so the process can be as seamless as possible. After a long traveling disaster getting to the state I was told my move in date changed due to the winter storm. That was fine, what was alarming is I was not aware my move in date had changed until reaching out to the property. Sonia the property manager was very rude and nonchalant about the whole situation and told me I needed to pay the move in amount before proceeding. I told Sonia I didn't feel comfortable without a walk through and at least physically being at the property. Move in day came I was not greeted by anyone and pretty much was given my keys, a welcome packet and a map to my apartment. At this point I was exhausted from travels and had no energy to debate further about a walk through so I took the keys and went to my apartment and figured any issues I would come across I would address with the office the following business day. Upon moving in there is a list of things that was wrong with the place. (Listed below) - The place was not cleaned - There was paint everywhere from the door knobs to the light fixtures to the wooden floors - The kitchen light was blinking on and off - The freezer makes a loud noise for hours - The microwave grill was off and falling out of the frame - The garbage disposal switch was painted over (not sure if it works) - Sewer smell in kitchen - The hallway smoke detecter is hanging off the wall - The washing machine was filthy - The ceiling fan in the bed room is hanging low almost flew off - There's a draft in the bedroom window - There's rust in the bathroom sink - No hot water - There's no stopper for the tub - The cupboard in the bathroom is deformed and doesn't close - Living room blinds chipped at the bottom - Front door frame ----ed looks like someone kicked it in - Security bar on patio door off track - Storage closet nasty on patio - ROACHES This is why I was very adamant about establishing a walk through of the place. But again I was told I need to pay my move in amount before receiving keys and a walkthrough. I am baffled at the fact that they would treat a new tenant like this whom traveled across the United States in the middle of a pandemic and a winter storm to a place that was not up to par per the items listed above. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in my life. I feel bamboozled and will not be satisfied until I receive a full refund of all the fees, deposits and rent I have paid. Enough is enough. Horizons should be shut down for the way the treat their property & tenants.

They will violate your rights and break the law. While there I personally saw the property manager refuse the late Jan. rental payment of a tenant unless they included the Feb payment as well. This was still January and the February payment was not even due yet. In Texas a landlord CANNOT treat late payments differently. This means that unless they have required all tenants paying January's rent late to include February's payment they are in violation of the law.

I have no complaints with maintenance when I put in a work order it's done in a timely fashion. I've been here almost 5 years & it's always been that way. It's quiet in the community for the most part no complaints.

First let's start on how rude the staff is if you have a question and email them please don't expect for them to respond. Also gun shots can be heard through out the night very scary. Also maintenance never finishes job I still have a huge whole in my bathroom from when they were supposed to schedule the correct person to come fix it and they never did. I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!!!!!!!

There were 2 requests put in first 12/30/2021 Leaking plumbing under kitchen sink No one came until 01/04/2022 I had to fix the problem myself so I could use the dishwasher over the holiday weekend second: 01/02/2022 No heat the coldest days of the last 2 months No communication between office, maintenance and me ! Except for me! I went to the office and no communication from maintenance for more than 24 hours, called property manager and left a message ( still no communication) No one ever call back no one cared if we were ok or not

Tons of maintenance problems that the staff may get around to eventually if they feel like it. I called maintenance on a dryer issue and they said there was nothing wrong with it and then 3 days later it caught on fire so yeah I don't have a ton of confidence in the team.

Hilda was amazing at helping us get accepted and moved in, there was several complications with our application because we are still new to renting and neither me or my boyfriend have credit history and she continuously helped us resolve each problem that came up and was on top of it everyday so we could move in when we wanted to! if you’re new to renting or just want to have a good experience i definitely recommend going to Hilda, she will go above and beyond for you!

Staff was very professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Apartment was clean and well prepared prior to my move in. Additionally, the apartment complex has a security gate which is a provides a sound sense of security.

I am new to this complex. I don't have any issue till now and like the complex. Just have been difficulty to complete maintenance work order. I have concern about gym. I have been living in many complex and gym was 24 hrs. Looks like this complex just have gym hours of 5am to 12pm.

So far so good! I like the area and it's really quiet at night, which is a plus. The only thing I'm finding difficult about living here is the fact that there isn't enough unreserved parking space in front of my building or near it. I want to be able to get to my car quickly when I'm leaving in the morning, but overall 10/10 rating!

There is great communication between staff and residents , especially through text messaging. However, when I First moved in and had to complete inventory, nothing was fixed that was messed up but they weren't major issues so I don't bug them about it. Recent Maintenance requests are done in a very timely manner.

It was easy process due to communication with the property manager. Rebecca always answered our questions and always made sure we were informed about any changes or how she could guide us in being ready for our apartment. I really appreciate her for her helpfulness and that's why I made the choice to rent at Horizons.

I honestly love living here; it’s quiet and clean. Assistant manager Rebecca has been awesome from start to finish! You have a question or issue she doesn’t leave you hanging. I have some little maintenance issues that still need to be addressed but they are minor, and plus I know the complex is currently short on maintenance staff. When tenants have issues they usually blame it on the office staff but it’s mostly the tenants who make it hard from other tenants. For instance, most of the people in my building have dogs, which is not a problem but when they take their pets out, they are not cleaning up after them. Some tenants will let their dogs poop in front of you and not make an attempt to hide it. You have to watch where you step in order to avoid not stepping in poop. This complex offer covered parking for $40 and there are usually no vacancies but some tenants will hold the free parking spaces for other people then move their cars back to their paid spot and let the person who they are holding the spot for park, which is so wrong. You can complain to the office but tenants will still do this no matter if they have been warned already. Other than those 2 issues, I have no problems with the complex nor personnel. I love how the phase 2 complex has shaded trees throughout and nice for sitting outside or just walking the complex. I would definitely refer apartments to others and have already.

Living at Horizons at Sunridge has changed a lot. I say that in a good way. WRH finally decided to hire some amazing people and the whole vibe has changed. The property is very nice, very clean, very quiet. Maintenance is amazing and caring and they take their job seriously. I am also very pleased with the office staff. The manager and her staff are very nice and very professional. I am so happy with their engagement by sending emails updating us about anything going on on this property. I am happy here.

I have lived here for a couple of years and I can tell you that its better than ever. Property is cool, staff is good, everyone is so nice and respectful. They take care of the work orders immediately and they take care of the property.

Love that I moved in here, staff and maintenance staff are on top of their game! My apartment is adorable with a great view. You aren’t far away from anything downtown is only 15 minutes away. Also, the stadium in down the street

I love living at Horizons at Sunridge. Everyone in the office is super nice and maintenance is quick to complete our work orders. I do though wish that the parking lot wasn’t all reserved but I can work with that. Property is always nice and clean and our trees look extremely well groomed. I really enjoy my time here now that we have new management. thank you!

Love living here. Everyone works really hard and theyre super nice. property is always clean. we have a great pool and a gym. think next year we get another pool and another gym which is super cool. You would like it here too

It's nice, just want maintenance to have enough staff to complete orders and complete orders properly and correctly so it's not an issue. I underarm the short staff but something's gotta give. I love my apartment other than that

For all the years that i have lived here. Thrre has been so many different staffs members that i had to deal with. Everyone has being friendly. I am satisfy with where i live. Very. Quiet in my little corner.
