I enjoy the apartment complex. overall I don't have any problems. I understand that things take time and I cannot be mad at that. whenever I needed something I was taken care with above average speed and respect and empathy

Apartment condition its horrible, the ROACHES its living all year, no matter pest control and the response its not good.. Never use the balcony due to bad smell . The washer machine dont work properly, less water and the clothes its dirty

Quite, peaceful, nice complex, but should get control of the poop!!! Other than that one loud neighbor my experience overall has been really nice. I would and have recommended this complex to people who were looking for a place

So far we haven't had any issues with the community or the staff. We will be reaching out in regards to some minor issues inside the apartment that should be easy for the staff to fix. I put a rating of 3 stars for the effectiveness of the maintenance team, because we haven't dealt with them yet.

my experience was excellent. The office personnel were friendly and very helpful! There were not any issues when moving in or getting keys. The complex is close to a lot of shopping areas and movie theaters. It is very convenient to also be next to the highway system.

Not a happy tenet at Horizons at Sunridge. Avoid yourself the headache and pick else where. The office management never answers it's so hard to talk to anyone and office personnel is always changing no one there is organized!

Amazing maintenance
Mr. Swader Humphrey is such a great maintenance employee always in a great mood and always so helpful to us. Always gets the job done in a quick manner and always explains what was going wrong. I know when he comes to work on my maintenance request it’ll be done correctly right then & there. Give the man a raise.

Nice, but WAY overpriced. I am paying $1,600 for a 930sq ft apartment that used to cost me $850. Tubs are painted over, doors are janky because they do not seal all the way and rooms can still be seen in with the door closed, and this is a "newly remodeled" unit. This means stainless steel appliances (kitchen), but everything else is janky. Maintenance staff is quick to respond though and have only had issues with them notifying me the day they plan to enter my apartment. This is a concern as me or my partner would always like to be home when someone who does not live there plans to enter.

The apartment was indeed a nice place you can ever imagine, serene environment, nice atmosphere and good security. With a lot of activities for you and your children. Nice accommodations and it's no smoking area, I bet this is where I can recommend for anyone looking for apartments in Fort Worth/ Arlington. Pls check here

Affordable and was ready to move in right away. The whole staff here is very easy to work with and are very attentive to your situation. The staff was very helpful and extremely nice and that made the decision easier to make this community the one we chose.

I personally have had no issues living here. I love the apartment and the community. The pools and amenities are wonderful and definitely worth it. I hope I can live here for many more years to come!!

It was a friendly simple move in process no issues pet fee is a little high an non refundable but I had no issues staff is friendly and very helpful So far all is good on move in just getting to know my new neighbors

Great so far but the shootings across the street are not good. The apartment is old but well kept. The HVAC unit is sufficient on cooler days but should be replaced soon. The return vent is not fully secure.

Great place to live ,so many msny wonderful amenities, Always available to answer any and all concern,any maintenance issue are fixed promptly and efficiently. Very quiet and never had or has any towing issues as most apartments here ,rent is affordable and easypay

Horrible! Office staff doesn't communicate well, never answers the phone n takes forever to get any type of response even on important issues. The staff will lie to cover their own asses then turn around and blame tenant. They don't do proper inspections, over look safety issues that could cause serious injury or death and don't care about security? leaving vacant units unlocked, not caring about vandals getting in at night or dumpster divers, which is illegal

We did a walk through at the community it seems to be very organized there clean and manageable property the workers were very nice and friendly they showed us the units that were available helped us do do the application and we just really appreciate all they did to help us out

So far it's been great, if we have any problems it's fixed quickly and we really appreciate it. This is our first time being at an apartment out on our own and everytime we have an issue the apartment complex and the maintenance team are always on point thank yall!

The staff is wonderful and I love staying here. The grounds are always kept up and the game room is so clean. I wouldn't want to stay nowhere else. I also love the patio area with the screen on it nothing can get out of in. It's a wonderful place to stay.

Great community, fast maintenance, affordable and nice neighbors. Management takes everyone's comfort into consideration. (No loud music, no trash outside of apt doors, no smoking, good towing company etc.) 8/10 Regular pest control schedule, which is awesome. The community center should be 24 hours, but it's still a nice place to live.

I asked the office to repair the washing and drying machine, and when it was discovered, it became clear that these machines are old and we will change them. Then another person came and said that it had been repaired and did not change it. Now the problem that I suffer from is that the washing and drying machine needs 5 to 6 hours to do its job. This has been previously reported and the problem has not been addressed
