This community has improved so much, the new office staff and maintenance are doing a great job. I was going to find another apartment, but after the new staff I’m glad I stayed! I now feel valued as a resident, and if I have any concerns office staff always listens and sends maintenance out as soon as they can to take care of any issue.

been here for a few months now, my first impression was great, the manager of the property is nice and has good rapport with my family, maintenance is usually quick, and staff are helpful, don't see a reason for moving anytime soon.

Every time I have had any service requests, Hilda is always there to reassure me it'll be done in a timely manner and never down plays my request. If I need to do them online and I cannot, she is there to walk me through the process and log in access and let's me know how to reach them in the office if it's a busy day. I feel like I matter at this complex

Love living here. Office staff is finally nice which is a big thing for me. Office staff was rude and unprofessional for years. Property is nice and clean. Love all of my neighbors. You will be happy living here!

If I could give 5 more stars I would. My moving process was the easiest I have ever experienced thus far. I was looking for a first apartment on my own my leasing agent Ariana was very helpful from start to finish, she was very patient and walked me trough each step. The other office staff was great I called a few times and every-time they answered the phone anyone was happy to help! My apartment was more than I could of imagined.

The only reason we are here is cause no one else called us back and we moved from IL. We have meet some great people here. Not all the office staff is helpful, most feel and act like they are better then you. The dog park doesn't look like what the website shows and we have put requests in and we know other people have as well but nothing has been done, but they can purchase more than 50 small bushes for the whole property. One of the main reasons we moved here was for the dog park. Not planning on staying here past our lease.

The overall move in was good, place wasn't cleaned when we first arrived but got cleaned that day, there's a few spots around the house that's slightly damaged and had some important outlets painted over, we love our apartment it's just the small things that seemed very rushed in the building process

Overall, I am very pleased with Horizon's. Despite being very loud, due to its location near the freeway, the complex is well managed and maintained. Parking is very poor. Maintenance is fast and effective.

I love the people that work here and the service I have received since move in. They're not perfect but try to be. Costumer service is on point from office staff to maintenance. They take care of issues as quickly as possible and as accurate as possible. Great living experience. Please continue with this great service!

The community when I moved in was fairly nice at first and had friendly staff. Since I have lived here over a year it's becoming an unpleasant environment to live in starting with the extremely rude staff that watch you day and night. I don't get responses to my emails or concerns in a timely manner. The ladies in the office have a smug nice nasty attitude towards me and others all the time. The maintenance staff comes by from morning until night outside my windows and doors just being creepy and watching my apartment. The building right next to my dwelling caught on fire almost six months ago and the office just started to repair the units almost a month ago. So it's always scary and creepy looking at night. Not to mention the staff and the homeless people that be in the vacant everynight watching my unit as well. I had to start taking pictures and videos. Because they're right next to my unit and I'm alone in a one bedroom. My teenager was here but stays with my mom most times because he doesn't feel safe here. There is not security or towing on the property unless management arranges it from time to time. So people park wherever they want even if it's a paid reserve parking spot. I've been paying for parking over a year and honestly it's a scam because parking is not enforced here. People park in my paid spot often and I took pictures. I stopped reporting and complaining to the staff because they don't care. I'm not a valued resident all they want is your money. I turned in a 72 hour move in check list of problems in my unit over a year ago upon moving in. Not one thing was ever addressed or fixed. My window in my bedroom has been off track and sealant coming up from day one of move in. The maintenance staff came by a week ago and asked did I know that my window was broken. But never tried to fix. I normally don't write reviews and I hardly ever do a bad review. I feel like a prisoner here with no privacy. I don't cause any problems but the staff needs customer service and sensitivity training. But they're that way because their boss is rude. I spoke with her a few times at the beginning of the pandemic and she was nasty and hung up in my face several times. Blatantly refused to help or sign paperwork so that I could get assistance from being affected by the pandemic. Before the pandemic my rent was paid on time before time. The corporate manager told me she was not signing the papers for assistance because she was still evicting and charging late fees. I had to contact legal aid and start my own investigation to get the help I deserved due to the pandemic causing hardship to me. The corporate manager did not care and told me maybe you should hire an attorney because we keep one on stand by. I cried like a baby but continued to have faith document everything and kept trying. Eventually after I fought for months they signed the paperwork I needed to get pandemic rental and utility assistance for myself and others on property. I would like to think I helped myself and others for standing up for what is right.

Staff is great very understanding just awesome. I have never had any problems here. This year is the most maintenance has had to out. Mostly wear and tear not major. Ground is always kept up. Lighting is good when I leave for work or school I feel safe.

They made me feel at home. The office staff was very nice and welcoming. The property is very nice, its clean and very well maintained. I met 2 residents at the gym and they were super nice. Pool is clean and very nice. They were a little over my price range if not I would totally be renting here :(

I was introduced to this community through a locator service and it was honestly a very easy going experience. The leasing agent I went through was very attentive and answered all my questions made sure I had everything I needed to move in and it has honestly been a great experience.

Let me first start by saying a big thank you to finally having & living at a property with amazing staff at the front office. I love love love the new staff at the office. Maintenance and property manager are always happy and go above and beyond to get the job done. A huge Thank you! I have zero complaints. I enjoy all the amenities, the new gym, we now have the pool open which hasnt been in years. The property is always clean, dog poop is getting better. We get friendly reminders on doggy poop, parking, amenity hours and eveything. So happy. I encourage all my neighbors to write nice reviews. We have come a long way.

Horrible, the apartment had a bad smell of pets living it in previously. Not only that how could you miss the unsanitary toilet when one of the property workers walked the apartment after the pervious renters. Not satisfied with my decision

This is the first time in years that I get treated nicely. The new manager is amazing and she gets things done. She’s always willing to help. New maintenance staff is great and I love that they take of everything promptly. Property is nice and clean. No more cables hanging off the walls. Pools are open and clean. I lived in the phase 1 portion at Horizon at Sunridge for 3 years pretty comfortably with my partner with little issues, and the issues we had were addressed pretty professionally. We just moved into the phase 2 section to have a larger unit. The move in process with the staff was very convenient. They were nice enough to answer all our questions and concerns. However when we moves in our apartment was dirty, had roaches, a leaky AC unit, and still had furniture from the past resident inside of it. Maitnence came for the leak. Fix it temporarily, but it just started leaking worse the next day. I had to clean the oven myself because it just had hard crusted (something) splattered all over the inside. We are also up to 11 roaches killed now that also appear to live behind the oven. Worth moving into but just make sure you check the unit before you take the keys.

Avoid this complex at all costs! Nothing but issues since day one. Upon moving in the apartment seemed nice for the money considering so many expensive apartments now. After moving in we discovered our neighbor directly across from us likes to smoke weed outside on the stairs because there is 11 other people living in his unit that can't be around the smoke. I also learned my neighbors below me are similar situation with probably 7-9 people all living in one unit but like to party in the parking lot on weekends sometimes even weekdays blaring their spanish music. Overall the community in this complex is very ------ and unfriendly. All of my neighbors seem like they are at battle with eachother who can bother who the most and make the most noise. Now to move to the interior of my apartment. My god there is no insulation or any sound barrier from outside to the inside. You HEAR EVERYTHING! After moving in we started to realize some issues with our unit. Our maintenance won't take live calls only receive voicemails and respond to them in order. Since moving in probably left 7 voicemails about the SAME ISSUES!! Our lease ends in october yet not one maintenance crew member has come by. The office continually spams my inbox with emails yet can't seem to address my concerns or issues. We have had multiple packages stolen from our front door so if you order anything I would suggest send it to drop box, office has lost my packages after being delivered there. Overall this has been my worst experience with any apartment complex and I've stayed at 5 other ones so far and definitely will not be renewing my lease

It was good with the old management and the maintenance stabyff when I moved here. When ever I had a problem it would get taken care of quickly. But the pull was never working. The pull is working now.
