The apartment is great. Nice community. They just upgraded the pool and it looks great! The office staff is very friendly! The accessibility of parking is close awesome! Avenues screened in patio in your apartment is awesome but you need to seal it

    Apartmentes upgrate very renovated Good prices. Close to the freeway And the office staff very helpfull all the time. Everytime I ask for something or I have any questions Ufani is ready to help. She is the best in this office. Very helpfull.

      The community seems to be a quiet neighborhood. It is usually pretty quiet regardless of the time of day. I've had pleasant experiences with property management. While I've experienced some maintenance issues with my move, the maintenance team has been very responsive when I call. All in all it's not bad for the price.

        Great staff! Friendly residents! Need more pest control visits, and I wish the Entrance gate opened from the other direction haha and overall the parking has been very easy and accessible! So far so good

          Lot of mainatnence issues when we moved in. Had a tough time trying to get a response from the front desk, it's best to just walk in and make a request in person. Always have to file a work order online, they won't do it verbally

            Great office staff, very friendly. Pretty landscaping. Usually a quiet community, friendly neighbors. Lots of parking spaces. Small dark park. Not enough trash cans. Very pretty pool that is open all year but seems to be closed for maintenance quite a bit. Small weight room.

              Very nice quite place . I appreciate my apartment and the people and staff. I also appreciate the entire process of the work that has been done on this property from the front office . I'm impressed with the work showed at this place. I would like my apartment inside bathtub done correctly beside my kitchen cabinet done beside that I am perfectly happy living here 4yrs now ......

                I think is an old building and they can do better with replacing some of the items inside the apartment..Maintenance is the key to any building no matter how old the building it so I think they can do better

                  I love the apartment I'm living in! But I keep to myself. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient. The office staff will file eviction on you if your late on your rent. Regardless Of your situation!

                    I appreciate the front staff and their assistance any time I had a question or simply came to pick up a package. The parking system isn't the greatest sometimes; if you get to the complex after a certain time be prepared for a hike to your apartment. Other than that, it's fairly quiet and the people have all been really friendly.

                            The apartment was not clean when I moved in. There were dead roaches throughout the apartment. I did receive new carpet and paint which was nice. The apartment reeked of cigarettes and cat litter but I've been able to get rid of most of the smell. My apartment has a new microwave and dishwasher but neither of them work due to them being installed incorrectly. I'm currently waiting on maintenance to fix them. The AC vent was also dripping but has been fixed. The parking is tough without a reserved space. So far my neighbors have been quiet and the apartment complex in general is quiet. The cabinets are pretty old and gross. The office ladies have been nice and polite so far but it does take awhile for any requests to be handled. The maintenance man I met was nice and polite as well. Biggest issue is the roaches honestly. I still find some dying ones in my apartment every now and then.

                                  -apt complex is gated, adds that feeling of security; although traffic flow is not followed -parking is just enough; appreciate the separate residents/guests parking so over crowding is avoided -maintenance is on-call basis, equipment needs to malfunction first before any action is done; no preventive maintenance program - surroundings and parking areas are not consistently maintained

                                    I can say 1 good thing about this complex it is very clean! And by that I mean no bugs, therefore I would give this complex a 1, police are called out a lot, they allow very big dogs, office staff is not friendly!

                                      Don't waste your time money or energy the office is not going to fix anything, been here a month house still smells like mildew in the kitchen. Rent is too high for this. The maintenance staff are rude as hell. Good luck to you

                                        I'm deeply saddened by how this property has declined. About 3 years ago my husband and I moved into this property. We were so excited and have always chosen to be involved at all community functions. We know several of our neighbors throughout the complex and have tried to be good tenates and neighbors but from the pool never being fixed to work orders being forgotten to lack of thourogh work being done... The "tow happy" approach to visitors... To the point where tow truck sit and wait for the timer to go off on the 24 hour window and tow cars before even 1 minute has lapsed... I am now ashamed of what this community has become.

                                                The apartments are quiet. The only noise comes from the freeway behind the apartments and the busy street in front. The neighbors are respectful and friendly. The lawn company is there once or twice a week. The grounds are clean. The only problem that I have is there is always a new person in the office. Teresa and Gina are nice. There are a couple if new ladies in the office. They are nice as well. The clubhouse is nice. I lived here for 3 years with no majors issues. Also they are doing renovation on the whole property. Ms. Olivia and the new maintenance staff are great also!

                                                  IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE, RUUUUUUN!!!! INSTEAD OF RESOLVING ISSUES WITH THEIR TENANTS THATS SIGNED 3 LEASES WITH THEM, THEY RATHER EVICT THEM. FORCING INDIVIDUALS TO USE PART OF THEIR RENT MONEY TO PAY FOR A REGISTERED CAR THAT WAS TOWED AWAY. IVE NEVER JAD AN ISSYE WITH THEM THWY NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ME, SO TO BE TREATED AS IF I WASNT PAYING MY RENT ON TIME. AND I WAS AN UPSTANDING TENANT. DIDNT BUG THEM OR ANYTHING. NOT ONCE THEY RHEY TRY RO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. NOT EVEN THE OFFICE MANAGER! SHE KEPT MAKING ME DEAL WITH THE ASSISTANT, WHO CLEARLY DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO!! BECAUSE SHE KEPT HAVING A DIFFERENT EXCUSE EVERYTIME I CAME INTO THE OFFICE. AND NEEDING TO CONTACT A NEW PERSON EVERYTIME. Is the worse property!!!! All they care about is money. The have partnered with a slimy towing company and they are having to reimburse SEVERAL tenants money back because they are towing registered cars!!!! And they are slowly reimbursing everyone which is forcing people to go in debt to pay the rent!!!! Can't keep maintenance employeed, so they have random people from temp agencies to come into your home!!! I have been beyond nice and patient and still being screwed over... 2nd summer or pool is closed, and before that they shut it down before summer was over.......I plan on discovering all properties managed by them and posting on here!!! Stay away from these money hungry people!!! Lies!!! Has not been handled. Still waiting on my money!!! That was money from my rent that I had to use, and the reason I have been unable to pay the rent!!!! I'm on my 3rd lease with y'all and this how y'all do me. I've even been patient with my work orders until y'all got stable help and not temp service. Only note I received from you all is a threat to change my locks if I don't pay the rent!!! That is it.
