I was excited to move in when I first got here. Looks great outside, but the staff is bad. It takes forever to fix anything and then they break again, so not the greatest interior. They cannot keep track of your packages either. The look of the outside hides the fact that we call the police almost twice a month because of a disturbance or fight.

It's been quiet so far. They have responded and completed all of the work orders except of a request to pay light bill. They work with me in rent since my roommate moved out. They could use a more efficient way to keep the dumpsters from overflowing, but overall super friendly staff! Definitely renewing my lease.

I have been here for about 4 years and enjoy how quiet it is. The maintenance people always take good care of the areas outside and it stays pretty clean. The people in the office are pleasant and so I plan to stay awhile.

I love that I can always count on Linda to take care of any requests I make for repairs in my apartment when needed. She is fast and makes sure everything is okay before she leaves my apartment. I have lived at Horizons for 3 years and plan to stay until I get married and have a family because it is such a nice community for the price.

Amazing apartment that I lived in feels like home and safe. They have dogs park and play ground for kids it's really lovely community. friendly staff kind and helpful however; they are professional to the point the makde it so easy for me to move- in.

So far so good. I don't like the fact that I have to write 200 words minimum!! I'm doing a favor by taking a survey anyway. On top of that now I have to write an essay now? The experience of this establishment satisfactory. I haven't encounter any significant inconvenience. One thing I can suggest is more parking space.

Staff is great and the grounds are kept up nicely. I love the landscape of the property. Maintenance requests are fixed in a timely manner. Love that stackable washers and dryers are in the units. I feel at home here.

I really like the apartment location. Close to everything I like. Like my balcony view out into the big green space and can see the pool. My 7 year old son loves playing around the apartment with the other kids.

The people in the office are super accommodating and a survey is sent to me anytime a request is put in. Customer Service is a big deal for me and they have exceeded my expectations thus far. The pool is great and my apartment is so spacious. SO glad I made the decision to lease an apartment here.

The front office staff is AMAZING here, ever since I first started filling out my application to the day I got my apartment keys until now they have made me feel welcome and completely at home here. The staff would go above and beyond for their residents here. I recently lost my keys to my apartment and wasn't going to be able to get them before the office closed so I called and asked if they had a spare I could borrow. They did and the manager even waited for me to get off work so I could get it and get into my apartment. Which was an hour and a half after the office closed. So I greatly appreciate them for doing so and I would recommend anyone to these amazing apartments where they take care of you.

I've lived here for a year now, just renewed my lease and it's been a pleasant stay. Work orders get done same day most of the time, and they keep the outside clean. I will say parking can be a bit frustrating, but they do offer reserved parking. I like that we are close to 30 and shopping. The girls in the office make it easy to talk to them and get things done!

Been here since 2008 and dont plan on moving. Anything i need fix in my apartment, it gets done. I like that there is a bus line right accros the street because i go to the VA clinic quite a bit and walmart. If you live here or have lived here you know who i am, im always out and about checking mail and taking out trash. The grounds are clean and the staff is very friendly.

Awesome Amenities as well as a beautiful community! The gym is 24 hours which is awesome and They also are gated and have washer and dryers inside the apartment homes I would definitely recommend to anyone looking in this area.

I love the gym it never closes! Free washer dryer and the pool is amazing. I love living here and do recommend to anyone looking. We have a dog park that has tools to train them and dog treats I really am happy to live here.

I feel perfectly at home here. Landscaping is great and LOTS of trees for shade. The staff are great also as well as the tenants/neighbors. The bus stop is right across the street. I have easy access to Walmart, Jack n Box, Ross, Marshall's, Dollar Tree, etc...

I have lived here one year and just signed a new lease for another year. My time here has been great, I have only had minor issues and they were taken care of quickly in my opinion. I picked this apartment because it was close to campus and of course the free washer and dryers. Yes I would recommend for sure and hoping for another great year.

Estoy muy contento aqui, he vivido aqui mas de 10 anos y no va dondequiera. Problemas solucionar y todo el mundo muy agradable, eso si recomiendo. Todos los apartamentos cuentan con lavadora-secadora y el gimnasio siempre esta abierto. La ubicacion es excelente, cerca de todo y cerca de estadio de Rangers.

I only lived there for a year, moving a lot for work in the military. My favorite part was the gym and pool. The staff really made a huge impact and I wish I could come back. This is the place you want to call home!!

This place is horrible. You have issues with neighbors, they say I can't do anything. The matience is so lazy it takes a week or more for them to come fix anything and they do a half --- job fixing anything. Major bug problem: roaches, and, etc. A.C. does not work very well, you tell them and they don't do anything and you have a high electric bill. The A.C. units squeal so loud you can hear it through apartment from outside. The pool is always closed even during the hottest part of summer. The spa is broken since we have lived there for 3 years. Parents don't have control of their kids they run around breaking people's stuff, setting of fire alarms and screaming. The gates are always open or broken. The reason we moved in was gates, no security. We moved out had our place cleaned, had carpets cleaned, had all cabinets open, nothing left in apartments. We got back a check for $1.56. REALLY!!!! We should be getting back our deposit and pet deposit. There is so many more issues to this place it's sad. We moved in it was a good apartment, than they let in all these people that want to be loud, cause destruction, disturb others, stuff stolen, place turned ------. Don't ever rent here.

Being a current resident at horizons at sunridge I would have to say I am very pleased with my stay. The apartment complex looks nice, I have great neighbors the office staff is awesome the maintenance responds fairly quickly. Also a plus the area is very convenient since it is right by I-30. I would definitely recommend horizons at sunridge to anyone.

I've been at these apartments for 7 months, it's pretty quiet, and people stay to themselves. The apartments are a good size for the price, and the apartment personnel are friendly. I got approved quick and moved in quick. Any minor problems I've reported have been taken care of in a quick manor. I will be renewing my lease. You can't beat the price and location.

Where to begin on how bad this place is. We were expecting hardwood floors and nice appliances. We got old stained carpet and appliances older than I am. You walk around and can feel stuff underneath the carpet. The dishwasher and the dryer haven't worked properly since we moved in. Our A.C. is so loud you have to yell to talk over it. The place wasn't painted properly. It sounds like your ripping the door off the hinges when you open any door or they get stuck and you have to shoulder slam the door open. The shower rod isn't fastened properly. I almost broke my neck trying to put the shower curtain on. I have put in 10 maintenance requests and nothing has been fixed. They show up whenever they want and just let themselves into your apartment. They do the bare minimum and then leave. They don t even make sure it works before they leave. This place is awful. The gate is constantly wide open so it's not safe at all. I lived here for a week and the previous remnant showed up wanting to be let in. Our mailbox looks like someone tried to break into it. There's no parking due to the reserved spots. We pay over 200 dollars more than what they said we would be paying. It is not worth it. Avoid this place at all costs.

They will charge you for fees without your knowledge, enter your apartment for a work order you didn't submit, and be super fake. Maintenance does not clean up after themselves, the gate hardly ever works, and there is not enough visitor parking.

I lived there for 1 is a doll. ..------ is such a b****..----- is full of ROACHES are terrible dog poop every where a lot a lot of the pet owners will Not pick up after their dog lighting is poor the gates are constantly broken..nothing is just smile or none of the staff is on the same isn't cut out for her asst.management positions she needs to do something else ..she is not right for that position. Lupe is a Doll ----- is full of crap.
