It very quiet,love the staff there are very nice and friendly,the only thing I don't like is the dogs pooping everywhere,other then that I love the place,and the maintenance is always on time and they always get the job done.

I just moved in 7/30. Didn't start putting away my belongings until 8/1, naturally due to moving all weekend. Monday 8/1 I go to put food in my fridge and TONS of ROACHES came out!! So disgusting. My dishwasher has RUST and it's not properly installed. It falls out and wasn't clean! The stove is rusted and wasn't cleaned. The bathrooms weren't clean either! There was animal hair everywhere & I don't own animals. This has not started off well AT ALL! Especially with me being a resident for 5 years in a different unit with NO ISSUES roaches & rusted appliances. I switched units for more space. If I would have know THIS is what I'm walking into i would have stayed on my old unit. It's disgusting in here & I would like new ROACH FREE appliances. Not too much to ask at all since my rent went up rp 1335. I will ne filing a complaint with TAA if these issues are not resolved in a timely manner.

The apartment was not like the model they showed me. It had very old cabinets, old rusted toilet, the tub faucet and water stopper were molded, the microwave is squeezed in a small space so I can't open the door properly, the front door trimming fell off so bugs can get in, and the patio screen has a big hole in it

It's been peaceful not to nosey neighbors or quiet I prefer more reserve parking though. Dumpsters or never full and get picked up on time and no major issues office staff been nice and it's been a overall great place to stay

Experience has been decent. A few hiccups with communication from the office staff, but nothing that couldn't be figured out. Not a bad experience for a first apartment on my own. I would stay if it weren't for distance from my work.

This complex is nice. Scenic, staff is very friendly, maintenance is prompt. The only complain I have is the ac isn't great making for more than a few uncomfortable nights and the door seals let in quite a few bugs. Nit sealed great. But don't let this one turn you away, stuff happens. This is a great place to live.

When I first started the application process, it was the worst I had ever experienced. They put me in a nasty unit that was supposed to be renovated. Over time, it got better as new staff start rolling in.

To start, apartment wasn't ready on move in date said it was getting cleaned when they said it was getting cleaned when we applied for it a month prior, didn't get in till late delaying a lot of our move. Many problems from the start with cabinets in the kitchen haven't chips all over and we're crooked and torn up, many sliding doors didn't properly close , bathroom fan wasn't working, stain and many pins and thumbtacks In carpet, closet door in 2nd bedroom didn't slide properly, sliding door to balcony didn't shut correctly, many outlets don't work

It is a nice place to live. It is quiet and they have a great maintenance team. The office is very helpful and knowledgeable. The complex is nice and clean. There is not a lot of loud people hanging out.

I just moved in and Mlmy experience with the staff has been great. The grounds are well kept and well lit. However finding a place to park is very difficult as almost all spots are registered to other residents.

When I first moved in April 2021 was good. I renewed my lease in April 2022 and everything went downhill. Office personal were not helpful in getting things fixed in my apartment. Washer has been out for over 6 months now.

Well I love it here, I do wish that we would be given 1 parking spot free, anything after that we pay the fee. But other than that, best place that I since living in the state of TX, since moving.

Upstairs neighbors smoke weed all day long. My husband and I have complained more than a dozen times to the office, our place still smells like disgusting weed because they haven't stopped. Front desk is rude, people don't pickup their dogs poop. Stray cats are everywhere and people feed them so they hangout they pee all over the place. Trash is left all over by the trash bins. Bushes planted around apartments smell like cat pee. When we moved in there was paint all over the floors, cabinets were sloppily painted. They just painted over peeling and cracking cabinets, didn't fix them. Half the shelves are billowed from extra weight or water damage. Shower had mold in between the tiles. Both sinks in the bathroom and kitchen are rusted. First week the fridge was dead, sink burst, dryer busted and fire alarm won't stop going off randomly even after the batteries were changed. I can't even use my oven because it'll set it off. I hate this place.

When I moved in initially, though there were some concerns, Maintenance was very quick to resolve this issues. However, the fix were band-aid fixes. Now, it takes about 2 weeks for a work order to be attended to. There's no sense of urgency. I once reported a microwave malfunction that was caused the refrigerator to stop working and that it smelt like something electrical was burning in the microwave. It took more than three days before someone came to look at it. Nothing was done but the maintenance person promised that they'll come take another look at it in two days. It's been a week after the day they're supposed to come look at it but nobody showed up

Very nice and upscale apartments in a great commuter area, close to grocery stores and shopping areas, and easy access to the freeway. I also love how it's close to the bus line as well and in walking distance.

Super friendly, very informative, helped us get moved in as soon as we could. We were concerned with safety but not anymore the quietest neighborhood Iv ever been in, Happy we chose horizons. Would highly recommend especially for families with pets!

The apartment management is often rude. The apartments are falling apart due to age and improper maintenance/repairs. There are large amounts of dog poop all around the property. The gates are often broken, and the office sends out memos when they are stating they aren't responsible for damage or theft to vehicles cause by the gates being broken. Overall if you can spend a little more on your housing I would recommend a different complex.

I have been here for 10 years and I can't ask for a better place to live. I have enjoyed my time here and would recommend these apartments to anyone who asks. I feel safe here and I am raising a child and the safety of children is a very important part of the apartments concern.
