Apartment occasionally has brown roaches that come and go and never know why. Maintenance is awesome. Sometimes the ladies in the office are rude. Neighbors leave trash at door so you have to walk by smelling it or stepping over it.

Super nice lay out reasonably prices they could be alittle nicer with some management but nothing much to complain about if you follow rules and pay rent you won't hear much from them lol but I definitely would recommend to a friend or family

I loved the apartment when I moved in but it's quickly feeling like I was duped. I put in maintenance requests and they notify me they're completed without anyone even contacting me much less actually taking a look. The bath tub has been clogged since I moved in as well as the dishwasher has been broken for my entire stay so far and the roaches are constantly recurring no matter how much I spray.

Everyone here is nice , treats you like family , welcomes you , and make it feel like it's your forever home. Ever since I stayed with, my parents I have always been scared to move out on my own but I came here to a Horizons at Sunridge and have had the best living experience of my life. I moved here in Nov 2022 and we immediately wanted out, but couldn't afford to break lease, there is shooting's almost every day, homeless kick down the fence and sneak in to dumpster dive or sleep. Office staff hardly answers the phone, there is maintenance issues weekly from appliances, water leaks, and mold issues.

Maintenance is always quick and efficient whenever I put in work orders for things to be fixed inside my apartment. Swader Humphrey is one of the good maintenance guys. He is always through and quick when he services my apartment. If he comes and fixes things for you, you’re in good hands.

Only bad things-parking, trash, security gates, and shootings. Everything else good, all 4 of those things can become better over time. Need 24 hour cameras. This is my first apartment and it's just an experience that I needed.

I wouldn't live here. My apartment flooded due to the ice storm, but no concern for mold was taken care of by the staff. It took a month for basic repairs to be done and we still had to pay rent even though we couldn't live there. Now it's spring and mold is starting to come out of the walls and under the sink and no one cares.

Great place to live

I moved in last month and have loved it so far. My apartment is a good space for me and my fur baby! He loves the dog park and I love the amenities center. Felina helped me with my move in and she was great! All the office staff has been friendly and helpful. I had one small maintenance issue and they took care of it super fast.

Love this place!

I have lived here for a few years now and I am super happy. I love the improvements they have made to the community. The new amenities center is super nice and I love the screened in patio. I recently went into the office to renew my lease and I worked with Gabby. She was very nice and helpful. All of the office staff are new and they were very welcoming and helpful.

Community is average no outstanding issues to note, privacy covers are appreciated. Several problems existed in the unit upon move in but most were easily resolved with quick maintenance. A bit restrictive on tenant qualifications for average units and prices, seems excessive. Overall generally positive experience so far at this complex.

Generally speaking, I like my apartment. I have liked most of my neighbors. There's a lot of turnover in the office and not all the managers or staff have been equally helpful. The rent goes up literally every single lease. After several years here, I'm concerned that they will price me out of my range at the end of my current lease. They are increasing rent so consistently and by so much that their most long-term, stable tenants are having to move, replacing them with short-term people that many end up getting kicked out or are difficult to live with. After years of having poorly trained or careless maintenance guys here, they finally have a pretty good staff, though their team is still too small to cover the now double size complex. If it takes more than a few days or even a month or more to get to your work order, the office should at least connect with the tenant regarding how long they may have to wait. At present this does not happen, and it's difficult to predict when they will show up at your door or if it is convenient if you have a pet or have to work outside the home when they want to do the work. There is no planning and no notice. When you call the office, you have a 1-2 in 10 chance of them answering the phone. They do not respond to emails or voicemails. Past management will swear that they never got one from you. Showing them your proof never matters. The new management will hopefully be better. But it kind of doesn't matter anymore because they probably won't be there more than 6 months. Most of the tenants here already know that if they want to get something done, they have to connect with the DM. Sometimes that works. We hear gunshots near our building sporadically through the year. I literally never noticed a police drive by or drive through even after I've called the police to report the gunshots. Supposedly we have a security system but we never see security people on the promises. I will not check my mail after dark, not even with my dog. If you've got an updated apartment it can be nice enough. I've had some very decent neighbors, but I've lost all of the neighbors that were before me in my building and some of them that came right after me recently all because of rent disputes.

Apartment was not in a great condition upon moving in and took 4 weeks to get maintenance out to look at one problem. The office staff are very sweet though and helpful where they can be. Neighbors are nice and friendly also. Plus it's a pretty good area

It's an ok complex but the parking is not handled very well. It's alot of reserved or unused spots that says reserved and can be used for regular parking. Every tenant should have at least one free parking spot. Also it's too many barking dogs and poop on the ground...people are not using leashes for their dogs

Repeated sewage overflows in toilet and bathtub. Repeated delays in responding to requests for assistance repeatedly told there is nothings they can do. Appears to be structural defect in construction of entire apartment complex.

Because I don't live here I can only speak on my tour. I do love the screened in patios, I did not experience any noise or anything weird while I was there. I did not drive all the way through the complex to observe.
