I have had a great experience living in these apartments. Very quiet and peaceful area to live in. It's always been a safe place. The management team make everyone feel welcomed and at home. A great place and open door policy.

This community is welcoming and friendly. It is in a convenient location for both my fiance and I's work. It's close to all of our friends and family. It's revelantly cheaper than other apartments we have lived in.

The unit I viewed was in great shape. It was spotless and meticulously layed out. It is a great price and comes with a washer and dryer in the unit. The leasing associate who helped me was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

There is a great atmosphere here and my neighbors are respectful. They are pet friendly here and accommodate us with a dog park, as well as waste bins. If you have kids or pets, this isagreat place to be.

The common areas such as office, courtyards, pools, gym were maintained very well. Leasing agents and maintenance employees were extremely friendly. The best experience I've had at any complex. Units available were cleaned and maintained as new.

Good complex overall, I like it. New manager is great!! Very responsive. Issues with handicap parking. Took a few times to get maintenance issues resolved but better now. As apartments go, clean and fairly safe.

Some one broke in my mail box. And damaged my car while park in the parking lot. No follow up or nothing. The security here here need to improve a lot. We can only use the rec room into five Pm. Rent is to high and I don't feel all the safe here

Staff is so friendly and nice. Showed me around the entire property and specific apartment, as well as explained all about the amenities that are offered. Complex is tidy and the screened in patios provide additional privacy.

The property seems pleasant at first but the problems began to unfold shortly after move in. It was typical to wait long periods to have critical issues addressed by maintanence, such as AC, plumbing, and pest infestation. There was also quite a few issues with management professionalism, where they would be quite rude when you visited the office to address issues that had gone ignored when put through the portal. There also was a lot of criminal activity in the complex that went unaddressed by the management, with even a shooting incident occurring in my building that went ignored by management. There is also a serious roach problem that management has not seriously addressed. The towing agency associated with the company never has accurate information on parking spot ownership, leaving paying residents unable to enforce the ownership of their spot. I also had unfounded charges on my bill after renewing my lease that were supposed to be refunded promptly, but took months to receive. The new management seems to be addressing things much more efficiently. The maintenance crew is superb now! But issues with roaches and crime are still affecting the health and safety of the residents in the complex.

Pretty good location - right off I-30, gas stations, Target, Walmart, numerous food options nearby, and there's a couple bus stops if you rely on public transportation. One of the great features is that each unit has a washer and dryer in them.

Really lovely place to call home, I was referred to by a close friend. All the tour and application process was online which I was a little bit skeptical about but, it turns out to be a very nice place to call home.

Application process is tricky and there is little help provided by leasing agents as they are "short staffed" and unable to answer the phone a lot of the time. Move in was bungled. Make ready maintenance was completed four days after move in. Cleaning has not been done after five days in apartment and staff cannot tell me when it might be done. Horizons at Sunridge should maybe change the name to Excuses at Sunridge.

Keke was amazing and very helpful. Overall the community has a very neighborly and friendly vibe. The apartment we viewed was spacious and felt just like home. So excited to have applied to this community and hopefully it has just had amazing as it seems!

The office staff is unprofessional. Maintenance request takes forever to get completed. The apartment is spacious but the "upgrades" is done very poorly and sloppy. The unit is not worth the price of rent overall. The ac does not work properly and haven't all summer and all maintenance say is to not turn the ac under 75. SMH we're in TEXAS. I hate I live here.

The communication with the leasing office is horrible. No one ever answers the phone and they all seem to have an attitude when you ask questions. Maintenance stuff doesn't fix anything urgently. Makes you wait days for a response.

I just moved into the apartment. I don't have much information to provide at this time but i like what i see so far. The gate work properly, the keys work, a lot of pests in the apartment - might a better pest service.

Just moved in but the experience was amazing. My unit was cleaned and smelled amazing. My lease agent made sure I was taken care of on my first day and I'm extremely excited. Can't wait to get settled in and start furnishing.

Nice location, very private. Maintenance staff is amazing so far. Location is good for Arlington and Fort Worth. The balcony has its own cover so you can sit out there at all times. Very quiet so far which is good

Roaches. Non working appliances. Loud neighbors. Lack of parking. Maintenance doesn't often fulfill requests. Small apartment space for the amount of rent paid. $80-$100 rent increases every year but no lease renewal incentive.

The issues I had while looking for apartments was pricing not matching on the third party website compared to what rent actually was. A beautiful looking apartment is also great, but really I was looking for the amenities I wanted and within my budget. The actual apartment never matches the show apartment so I pay little attention to that.

It's been an okay experience but lots of work needs to be done to the apartments for what the rent is and better exterminators are needed because I've had them come more than 5 times to fumigate and that didn't work at all until I bought products on my own also these apartments should be remodeled

Good so far. I've only been living here for like a week and so far it's been nice. I'm from California so this is a big change for me. I have been to the pool and it's nice. The landscaping is clean and it's quiet.
