It is really nice and calm neighbourhood with a beautiful backyard view, a fireplace for cold winters you can safe alot of electricity charges also washer/dryer includes is the best part of the apartments

The apartment is old, appliances are outdated and do not run well. The front gate is never closed. I saw a bunch of cop cars blocking the entrance just one week ago. Neighbor plays loud bass music all night long. The front office is never answering their phones, or get back to you in a timely manner.

Not good. Office has kept me on hold multiple times in which they never picked back up and never returned my phone calls. Maintenance work orders state that they have been completed by they haven't. Would not recommend

Ive asked numerous times to please let me know when someone is coming. I have a lot of drs appts and leave notes on m6 door , but everyone disregards them I like it here but maintenance has gone down hell.. Pool is dirty and not professinal maintenance people

Horrible. Office Staff could careless my entire apartment building is infested with black mold. I made them hire a certified black mold specialist to come clean all the air ducts and vents etc. out when all they were going to do, and actually do to everyone else's is paint over it, and put new vent covers on those air vents !

I am very happy here at Horizons at Sunridge. For the first time I get to speak to someone who truly cares. The new manager is very nice, attentive and professional. I took the time to review the property because the kind of business I work in also brings a lot of business with online reviews. We all tend to go online when we are mad but forget when someone does something amazing for us. She completely made my day with her kindness and professionalism. The property looks better than ever. My work orders get done very quickly and normally it takes only one visit to take care of the issue. The leasing staff seemed to be more attentive this time that I visited the office. Theyre cleaning the parking lot so it looks a lot better for sure. The landscape is beautiful. You would love it here, dont hesitate to lease.

This has been the worst experience for renting an apartment I have ever had. When I first moved in they literally did not even make sure it was move in ready. The floors were dirty, there was a dirty sock in the washer and the water had a foul odor when running it. This place is falling apart and we had a leak in the roof that maintenance still hasn't fixed and it has been over a week. I could write a myriad of other things but I'd rather not waste my time.

Everyone in the office is super nice, they helped every step of the way, including Gena, she's amazing, she answers all my questions and made me feel welcomed. 10/10 would recommend. Area is very well kept & maintenance responded to my request ASAP.

I was initially very impressed with Horizons at Sunridge, but over time grew disappointed with the lack of professionalism exhibited by WRH Realty. Communication with office staff is severely lacking. It seems they are more concerned with upgrading superficial things like repainting the outside facades of the building and landscaping than improving the quality of the actual units for tenants. I am unsatisfied with their lack of professionalism when it comes to maintenance requests as it seems like they would rather put a bandaid on the problem than fully address issues. I was deeply disheartened with how they dealt with the fallout from the winter storm leading to flooding and property damage as their slow actions led to further damage to my walls and floors which have still not been fully addressed.

Horizons at sunridge have been a comfortable place to stay. I stayed during the winter storm of 2021 and didn't experience any loss of power or water. If I move back to the area I will be coming back.

It is a very quite community. Tenants look out for each other. I wish I was taken more seriously by the office staff and maintenance on an issue I had in the past that is still not fixed. Don't feel valued

The office staff was very helpful- maintenance handled all of our issues promptly and efficiently. Apartment complex is nice and clean and super quiet. Hardwood floors are nice and they even come with a washer and dryer

There are fast and accurate whenever you request for maintenance services at ur apartment there respond to your request immediately and with satisfaction everything is done online you don't need to go to the leasing office to fill out a form wait on the line no just request online from your portal anytime and there will be at your service.

Not too great. Constant noise. Cops are here regularly. Trash outside tends to stay soooo full, we have to put trash outside the dumpster. Recycling rarely removed. Dog poop is EVERYWHERE and exit gate always breaking.

We just move in and for our first week impression this is a safe community. The outside are is very well maintained but overall we don't have any bugs problem. Very quiet place for living. Good location!!

They need security cameras around to prevent and catch theft and vandalism. Maybe even a security guard at night would be nice. Alot breaking into vehicles and vehicle theft may help. I had the parts stolen off my 2020 Toyota Tundra doing over 7000$ in damages.

Worst apartment experience of my life. The hot water did not work when we moved in. The roof leaked and the ceiling caved in on our heads. The AC broke. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are rotting and/or broken. There is a pest problem. There may be a rat (or something with claws) living above us in the crawl space.

I decided to move from Miami to Texas and while looking for an apartment on Www. I found Horizons at Sunridge. So I called to see what apartment was going to be available at the time I'm going to move in and they told me that there was going to be a renovated apartment for 925 and that the kitchen has white cabinets and a grayish marble like counter top and immediately loved it. So I completely threw the cheaper unit out the window for this specific apartment. And when I got here the kitchen was not what they told me it would be. It was black cabinets and brown counter tops. I was so frustrated because I didn't get what I was supposed to have. I told management that and they were like well there's nothing we can do. If only you can imagine how mad I was. If that was going to be the case I would have took the cheaper unit. Point is if you are moving from out of town this is not the place you want to rent out from.

We have loved her 3 years with minimum issues. Quite in our four plex. Parking lot should be monitored by security and parking spaces should be monitored. Management should follow up when requested with concerns.

I do not recommend. These apartments have roaches. Apartment staff has lack of communication about fees due. Maintenance crew is very professional but the apartment staff lack giving information about fees due. They informed me of additional fees after quotes were already given to me.

the apartment was a perfect fit while i was with my ex. we were equidistant from work, her child and his school. now that she is no longer in the picture, the location is not as convenient. i like the complex, neighbors and staff, but my needs are no longer on this side of town

Overall, it's pretty good, but there are a lot of bugs (ants and roaches in particular) both outside and inside apartments that maintenance won't do anything about. Car alarms go off multiple times a day, but other than that, it's pretty quiet. The apartment isn't too bad, but not fantastic either.

The area is not terrible, being a 5 minute drive from stores/food/interstate is wonderful. The fact that we moved into a "clean" apartment that had bugs (roaches) and a laundry closet that hasn't been clean in what looks like months during a pandemic is disgusting.

Apartment was clean, neat and area is quite, but it seems that our neighbors smoke weed, and the smell is constantly in our apartment, so it makes living there a bit uncomfortable. Also we had a hard time trying to register our car for parking and have been parking in visitors parking since move in.
