These apartments so far have been a blessing. The price for what I got is unexpected especially in the area since others are higher. Definitly worth the money. It comes with washer and dryer built in like I could not believe it. Saves so much time and money and its honestly like having a mini home :)

Well maintained, having a washer and dryer is a plus. The last maintenance personal was very good with repairs. Over all its been a good experience living here. The outside is well maintained by lawn workers and parking lot is without pot holes. I will say the parking here is very strange. I own 2 cars and since i already pay for 1 parking spot the other has to go in visitors parking which has to be registered every night, which is a huge pain.

This complex is nice quiet, they are remodeling the phase that I am in and I'm loving the model. I love that you get an an permanent spot as well visitors have to register they parking spot.!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff is very helpful, shoutout to Ufani! My girl promptly handles any issues I have and knows me by name :) . I would like for the gate to be functioning, the gym to be accessible at all hours, and more security presence in the evening.The apartments are being renovated and they're doing a decent job. The value of what you're getting is very reasonable.

Serious safety concerns- especially for second/third floor units. Most of the stairs and handrails feel like they're going to fall off, which is a wrongful death lawsuit waiting to happen. Not enough parking around most of the complex. A/C units are older than most residents and barely work (and god help you if they break). Convenient location at least I suppose.

Horizons is a centrally located apartment complex inside DFW. The short drives to FW and DFW airport make it ideal for most anyone. Staff is very friendly and willing to help those who give them the time of day. Be nice, get nice with Horizons.

For the price it is quite good! My two favorite things are the washer/dryer and the patio screen. There are small DIY fixes all over, and while some might find these frustrating to deal with, I am the DIY type so it doesn't bother me at all.

I have only been here for a few days but I have enjoyed it so far! I needed a quick move in day and they were more than willing to make it work and get me in quickly. My apartment had new carpet and washer and dryer put in right before I moved and everything else was clean and up to date also. So far I've had a good experience.

This community has been maintained by the owners the entire time were have lived here, unlike all the surrounding complexes whose turn over is constant. They work hard to provide a nice and safe community. They are constantly working to improve the exterior/ cosmetic look. They recently just bought three property next store and are working to merge both into a cohesive unit. There has been a lot of changeover in office staff which had not been ideal. We love the pool and hope it will be open the entire summer this year. We are excited for the exterior work they are in the process of completing. When we choose this place 5 year's ago, it seemed like the best option. I think we made the right choice for safety, amenities (pool, workout room, printer/ office space, washer/ dryer in apt), location/ commute.

Rebecca Case did a great deal to make sure my move in was easy. Maintenance fixed all my issues in the first week of moving in. The safety is going to improve as the security gate is finished. They are currently working on it.

Worst place ever, I have been complaining about the issues since I moved in and they never respond. The staff is soo irresponsible. I have been taking time and going to leasing office every week, the staff says they would send the maintenance staff right away but they never fix the issues. Not at all recomended

I have been here since 2008 and i love my home. The courtyards are beautiful and my neighbors are friendly. The office staff is very helpful and friendly, Gena is always helpful and friendly when i am in need of anything. I will be here for many years to come

Not yet adjusted to the noise above. Never had anyone living above me before. The noise is very uncomfortable At night. When you have wood floors the echoes are greater. And everyone has a different work times.

Love my apartment. Maintenance good. Pool wasn't open all summer 2019. Parking a problem. Neighbors fight all of the time. Police coming by. New changes are nice. It will be much better once the roads are repaired

It's ok I feel the parking could be better from residence and front office for instant I don't think it's right for a person to pay for private parking and then have to move their car for someone else. I the front office should check before Assigning someone there

So far so good! Previous management was good but new management is even better and faster! A lot of great renovations going on so liking the apartment complex even more. Never had problems with bugs or anything of that kind and that's one of the most important things

Horrible. This place has gone downhill. The staff is hard to get in contact with and never returns your call. I'm starting to hear gunshots at night. Someone was robbed and shot in the complex not too long ago. The pool never opened this past summer. I pay for my parking spot and when the current owners took over they just decided to raise that another 10 dollars, never mind I've been paying 15 for years. I'm already looking for a new place and as soon as i find one I'm out of this place.
