This is a very nice community. We love the trees around the complex specially the ones in the middle courtyard. The staff have been very friendly and helpful.We have not had very much need for maintenance service. The two times we have, service has been done promptly and professionally.

I like the complex a lot. The staff is friendly and maintenance is very speedily done. I usually don't have to wait more than a day for them to come and fix the issue. The apartment complex is mostly quiet and that's great.

Apartment/staff itself was fine. The neighborhood is not very safe and I doubt it is even safe inside the gates of this community. There were multiple shootings during my short lease, closer than I've ever experienced before in my previous homes and police are incredibly slow to respond.

Don't waste your time or money living here! They don't like fixing things. Rude management! Lack of concern towards CERTAIN TENANTS! Poor living conditions that's fixed up well enough to be moved in. Everything is falling apart!

Maintenance is crappy and towing service is trash and slow. The maintenance guy has to be told or called to something over and over and over and over again before I guess his boss chews him out or watches him do the job correctly.

They needed an extra day from the original move in date for the painters, but they handled it well and I was able to start moving in the next day. Going on day 6 and it's looking good. So far no complaints.

I dont like these apt i have been here 4yrs still have old run down appliances very old and rundown and you can go and other apartment to rent in the area and they are so nice on the inside it's time 2

Since I've live here for the past 9 years, I've experience quite a few properties owners and staff. It has quite a few ups and downs. Hopefully this company that has token over in the past few months is successful. So far I've witnessed a lot of property improvement with the landscape and buildings as well. David the maintenance technician is outstanding with getting the job done in a timely manner and very respectful. Jeannie and Rebecca the office staff has been professional. There were a couple of mix ups along the way, however the staff at Horizons at Sunridge worked with us and got us a better deal than we could have asked for. We enjoy living here because the apartments are relatively quiet.

The apartment is self is fine. It is an older unit that has been brough up to date. There will be differen repairs you will need. The problem: office staff + maintenance team. Office staff is very rude, they hardly ever answer the phone and or emails. They tell you one thing but do anotther. Maintenace staff changs every month, not trustworthy and aren't very knowledgeable in more complex things like AC. We delt with a broken AC unit for about 2 weeks, thats with me calling everyday about it.

I have lived here for 8 months and I love the location. I'm near Ross and Marshall's which are my favorite stores. My apartment has a beautiful view of the court yard area. Parking is a little tight but other then that I have no complaints. I definitely would recommend this community.It comes with washer and dryer as well!

very quiet and peaceful. The office is really prompt on making sure guest are taken care off, the only issue i have is with parking. It very hard to find a spot in front of your building. But overall I love my new place.

Horrible. My rent was paid on time every month until this stupid pandemic. I lost my employment during this time. I didnt receive my economic relief payment it was sent to the incorrect address and I didn't qualify for unemployment. I applied for the CARES act and still hadn't heard a thing over a month now. When I finally found employment I called to make payment arrangements and the first thing Julie (manager) stated was GET OUT ASAP. I came home To find a note on the inside of my door from Julie saying I abandoned my apartment. Full furnished I don't think so .... I had no lights wondering why so I called my provider & Oncor and they stated it was no issue and to check my breaker. When I did it was turned off so that lets me know when Julie entered my apartment she turned off my main breaker which caused the little food I had to spoil! I have put in 2 maintenance request For my air to sixes and it's been 2 weeks and nothing has been done I'm 6 months pregnant with a 6yr old with Asthma. They are spiteful and seem racist. CHOOSE A BETTER PLACE

Overall, decent for the price. Location is great with plenty of places to shop nearby. Washer/Dryer included was necessary for me and the balcony is pretty spacious. The complex said that the apartment was ready for internet but the internet cables indoors were cut so just keep that in mind.

Awful maintenance and office staff. 10 months with an ac that has cost us 100's of extra dollars a month in energy. A washing machine that took 10 months to get fixed correctly. And now completely being ignored with no hint as to when these things will be addressed and how they will fix them.

Horizons at Sunridge is a beautiful Community where you get a good bang for your buck. The site has washer/dryers in every unit along with a nice pool and workout gym. Although it can't be utilized during COVID, it is nice to have that here.

Worst apartment complex on the face of the earth due to management. My best recommendation is if you are looking to move here, be sure you have your lawyer ready, they will take your money from you any way they know how. They are more misleading than Sprints hidden fees.

I moved from Indiana to Texas for a job opportunity. The timeline to move was cramped because I didn't get my proof of income statement from my employer until later than expected. I was pleased that the leasing office was flexible and attentive with getting my application completed and processed in less than a week. I was able to move in successfully about two weeks ago and feel that the leasing office does a great job overall with managing a large apartment complex.

All around false advertisement on amenities, look of the community and usage of the clubhouse (staff kicks tenants out if they will leave the office to show an apartment to future tenants instead of them to separate the office space from the clubhouse and install cameras if they are so concern with leaving tenants to enjoy the amenity promised when leasing an apartment here.
