Quick process to get approved, I enjoyed the tour of the complex and the staff is professional and very knowledgeable, I definitely enjoy my stay here. Definitely will recommend this place. Pool is cool and the gym is spacious.

I was taught that if you don't have anything nice to say then not to say anything at all. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone if they could find a way to afford any other similarly priced apartment.

Great so far I've only been here a week. I look forward to having a great experience here. The leasing staff is very polite and helpful and maintenance does a great job at responding to issues in a timely manner.

Pretty good apartment for the price. Maintenance requests have been fulfilled quickly. It's quiet, and the areas outside of the apartment are kept clean. It can be difficult to get a hold of admin staff for questions about leasing, etc.

It was in a great location, near UTA. The staff was lovely and professional and had no issues answering any of my questions. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of room for people to do stuff. The pool looks nice and clean. The two gyms are great and also very clean. They also have a mini arcade, which I'm excited to mess around with. I can't wait to move in.

Truly enjoy living here. Property taken care of, pleasant staff, great office hours, maintenance actually knows how to fix things, neighbors nice, kid friendly, generally quiet and peaceful, fun events held for residents, etc. So thankful I found this place!

Good so far. Wish it was cheaper. Love my neighbors but my apartment has a lot of issues so I think my rent should be like 1000. Not 1100. Love the staff though. Just wish I had an overhead light in my living room.

I love the community. I feel safe. The only time I do get annoyed is when I come home and someone is parked in my reserved spot! My experience living here has been very pleasant! The price is very reasonable and the location is perfect!

I really don't have any complaints. Well there are two complaints residents like to leave garbage outside there doors and a lot of residents walk their dogs without out leash, every thing else seems really well so far

Horizons at Sunridge Apartments have been the best apartment complex I've resided in. Neighborhood is quiet, I don't normally have issues with my apartment but when I do - submitting a maintenance request is easy and the staff responds IMMEDIATELY. All staff members I've had to deal with since moving in (male/female) are friendly & professional. Thank you!

Very unsatisfactory management service, old unit that is not properly maintained and when work order is put in issues is not still resolved. If management team can resolve issues that are raised timely it will be great for livability of apartment.

I reported that my dishwasher was leaking to office staff who in put the service request for me. Maintenance did respond promptly the following day. He worked on the machine and said it was fixed. After he left, I tried running a cycle and there was leaking still. I reported this, maintenance returned the following day, worked on the machine, said it was fixed, I ran a cycle after he left and it was fixed, no leaking.

Overall good maintenance request are don't in a pretty timely manner office staff can be friendly for the most part. A lot of turnover since living here. Wish there was a better security system. Other than that pleased to live here.

I transfered from one unit to another unit, the maintenance was good at the other unit I've been hearing a week and my toilet is still not working properly. I've been to the office 4 times requesting help .

My experience has been just fine. Everybody in management has been very professional and the maintenance staff has been veryprofessional. This is too long of a message to type. You don't need to have such a long thing.

Great community! My tour guide was amazing as well at the property itself. The price and value can't be beat! I was surprised when I saw the amenities the apartments have for the price and really do think this is a great place for a great price!

Convenient to sports and other events. Nearby grocery stores and convience/gas stores. 15 minutes from downtown Ft Worth. Traffic on I30 can be very bad during rush hours. FTW and Arlington police regularly patrol area.

I have only been here 3 months but I haven't had any issues. I like that they maintain the property and keep it clean..that it's pretty quiet.. aside from some dogs barking here and there. I have no complaints.

I am happy so far and haven't had any issues with anyone. Very quiet, maintenance team have been great and responding to my request. I am glad that there are more than one trash dumpster back where I live.

I'm only half way through my lease, really can't tell the consumer much. It's peaceful, no one bothers you, people speak, I'm fine with it. It's around public transportation, corner stores, and a laundromat.
