The community is very lovely and the price for our unit was very reasonable. Overall the landscape and community in general caught my eyes when we took a tour. I personally recommend checking it out. The staff was a great help from the tour to move in. I couldn't have done it without them especially as a first time renter!

They are very safe apartments, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help you, the rental price is affordable. I highly recommend them, they make you feel welcome, and it is a very quiet community

Move in was great everything after not so much. I have put in several service request and not one was completed accurately. I was told could get reserved parking then when moved in couldn't cause they were doing parking audit.

I love it here. The staff is typically tedious and on top of things! If I have an immediate issue, the main office is quick to help and put a work order in for me. One thing that sold me was the amenities that come along with living here. From the gyms, to the pools, and even the clubhouse area to just chill. Overall a very friendly space!

I moved here in 2023 and I've haven't had any issues that Management hasn't address promptly. I feel very safe living there. I enjoy the community facilities and the grounds are always well managed. Paying my rent is a super easy process, everything is done via the internet and I can track my payments. Moving here was a great decision and I'm looking forward to staying a while.

Have lived through many new owners,and staff,over my now 20 years living here. The new owners have made these apartments, home.Its beautiful, safe,and well maintained. This is a place to be proud to call home.

The maintenance team is awful. Most of the time the nothing gets fit and when they attempt to fix it, it is half done. Everyone I've talked to has had a bug problem that isn't resolved. I had really bad ants on day one and now that is colder there's roaches. I keep a relatively clean apartment and it seems to be an issue for everyone.

Maintenance was very respectful and got everything done very fast and fixed the first time. Maintenance took less than a day to respond to my maintenance request. He was very nice and made sure other things were taken care of before he left.

Apt was good, shae was good too. Problem just with the reviews. And as a recent graduate student. Please involve everything electric gas WiFi on your own and still maintain a sustainable price. I think that's the edge that this apt can have over others.

This is my first time responding to the survey, I usually handle any comments or request in person or through the website. The community is okay I haven't had any huge problems while living at this address besides the ones mentioned throughout my stay here. Which have still yet to be resolved.

my overall experience with the property and staff have been fine. Way to many maintenance problems and takes way to long to get issues fixed with no communication about when they will show up. Rent has gone up 4 times and maintenance quality has gone way down

The office people are always super friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is pretty quite overall and all the pet owners keep their pets on leashes which is nice. Maintenance and other workers are friendly and do a good job if there is an issue.

The community and the staff are friendly and nice. No problem with the apartment or the move in. The only issue we had was that management MOVED our apartment number after signing for other one and we had a bit of a nightmare moving all services and insurance to the new apartment number. Not the worst, but really unnecessary since it was way to close to our moving in date (We were notified on friday, moving in following monday). Thankfully we were able to stay in a similar apartment, first floor and all appliances, just a bit smaller. They gave us credit on the"extra" deposit we paid and well, we roll with it. Neighbors are nice and everyone seem to have pets, thing that we love since we have a puppy and have plans to get a kitten soon.

The maintenance team never clean up or close the doors back when working on issues. Most of the time the issue is never resolved on the first or second request. I'm told that if it not emergent then it's not important. There is only one agent I'm the office that acts like he cares, Eric.

It was very welcoming and all my needs were set and everything was thought of. Water was given to walk in the heat. We felt welcomed and were able to walk at our own pace. This was helpful to make a choice.

Love this place
I have lived here for a few years and we have had our issues but the current office staff have been wonderful. They have been doing community events and arr helpful when we go by the office or call. Great place to call home!
