Been a little up and down. The summer time is kinda rough because of people blasting loud music during late hours. Other than that nothing to really complain about. The gate scanner is in an inconvenient location due to being so close to an area where cars park.

The staff is wonderful, close to shopping and freeway access. The grounds are maintained. Maintenance responds to any issues quickly and efficiently. Quite community with friendly neighbors. Parking is not an issue. Very happy that security is provided.

My experience has not been the best. I have had back and forth interactions with the front office staff. I believe no one has had an empathy course before starting in their role. I believe they could be more friendly and understanding, even when they have to say no or go by protocol. I work in a hospice environment where I have to talk to people everyday dealing with possible death of a family member, and as much as they're rude, I still maintain professionalism and help find solutions. I would never make anyone feel worse.

Over priced, too many rules with a serious habit of picking and choosing who to enforce them on. They cluster races together section by section. Two out of all maintenance staff are decent and actually speak regularly. When first moving in the people in the office (Eric and the black lady. Can't recall her name)are very rude and unaccomodating. The only one that actually does her job without a stick up her butt is the new Latina lady in the front.

Last Resort

I would not recommend. There are roaches everywhere, even if you are clean freak. Does not matter what type of insecticide you use, they will come back. Another downside is that it ALWAYS smells like weed. One instance was when neighbors used my car as a rolling tray and left 3 chunks of marijuana on the hood of my car. There have been times where I have had to call police because the smell from my neighbors was so strong that it stunk up my unit and we could not go a few minutes without dry heaving. All the complex did was issue an email saying "Dont Smoke" . I feel like we have not been heard. We will definitely be leaving after our lease is up .

So far the community has been ok besides the the apartment being a bit dirty the front dest staff have been very helpfull through out everything. They fixed issues that were present the day i moved in.

The apartments are in a good area that's very convenient to the north Arlington entertainment and shopping area as well as UTA. Rent is a tad high thanks to the economy. I've noticed the security patrol through the complex on the weekends. The grounds are kept relatively nice and lately I've noticed a better quality of residents. Things are improving greatly.

Horizons are nice apartments not to noisy my move in process was easy not stressful at all I do feel for the area they are over priced but in todays time there's a lot of over price things we can't avoid. Overall the complex is nice & quiet landscaping well kept pool area pretty cool picnic area spacious gym convenient

In my experience it is a good place I think it is super good some other disadvantages such as for example that I have to park my vehicle almost 5 buildings down every night because I am late for work and there is no space in front of my building I think it is not something that over time they can solve otherwise it seems a good place in my perfect experience to live .I hope and the administration corrects the parking lots or that they also prioritize 1 reserved per apartment

I love how quiet the community is and how the office is also they are whenever you need anything. When I first moved in Shay was super nice and very patient with me. She made sure that the apartment was clean so i could move in early.

I love the apartment I love the community however, I did not love the application process mainly because it's all electronic and the last time I rented it was not there was some issues with my apartment when I moved in, which took a minute to resolve. The property management was responsive in taking care of those issues. However, I wish they would've been a little more pro active and that I would've looked at the unit one last time before signing my lease.

Stay away

I have lived here for about a year and a half so will give a honest review. There are a couple good things that i will tell you about at the end. But there is a reason you wont find any good reviews about this place except from the staff. First almost nobody has a job who lives here, (not judging but you need to know if you have a job with normal hours you will never get any sleep because everyone stays up until about 2am and sleeps until noon so you will be kept up until all hours of the night. Second and the biggest complaint from everyone here is PARKING, there is absolutely none. 60 percent of spots are reserved parking but the problem is that management is so worthless that a third of the spots the renters have moved out and nobody repaints them so they stay vacant and then another third are broken down cars with flat tires. Third is trash, there is dog crap everywhere and parking lots are covered in diapers and food wrappers all the time. Fourth is all the smoking (again not judging but if you have kids you need to stay away. There is so damn much pot smoking and its all out in the open. Every breezeway, every parking lot. Just walking around smoking at all times) The staff is actually great and maintenance is awesome, unfortunately the management is horrendous (she is like the 8th manager in 3 years) she won't respond to any emails, or phone calls unless your lease is up for renewal. As long as rent gets paid she don't give a damn about your complaints or noise or parking. Before you rent here just drive through (gates never work anyway) and talk to one of the tenants (always a ton of them outside anyway smoking) and ask them about this place, they will give you an honest opinion. Positives are maintenance (very nice and polite gentlemen, unfortunately they are to busy cleaning up parking lots and dog crap to actually fix anything) and the staff (except for management the staff is sweet and amazing and just trying to do their job) Location and price are also positives (great location close to shopping and all interstates) and the price is way cheaper than most apartments of same size. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. I have dated a couple guys since i moved in and honestly there is no way in hell i would ever bring them here. You can get a great contact high though, and pet many off leash pit bulls, have to park across the street and be kept up by loud music until 2am sooooooo. I have called the fort worth codes department about the smoking and they are sending people out (there is a 50ft away from building code so hopefully time for some huge fines) and also called animal control about all the pitbulls.

Great community. Security is good. And customer service is good also. Top Notch amenities if you like gym, pool, and kids playground. Good prices, better than most apartments in the area. I just moved in so far so good.

This property was absolutely beautiful, and clean. The staff was very informative and Shae helped me find the perfect place for me. The gyms and pools were gorgeous and yes plural! Year round pool access really got my attention and they clean it every Monday so these apartments stay on top of all their amenities unlike many other places.
