It's a quiet and well-maintained community. Neighbors are nice and don't disturb others. Staff is friendly, communicate well, and are quick to help. Maintenance is fast and does the job well. Place is older but nice. Very good value for what you pay. Has a strong community feel.

The office staff is extremely friendly and professional, they are also very helpful whenever I have concerns. The response time is quick, and they always make you feel like your voice is heard. They are constantly doing projects to improve the facility.

This community is very quiet and welcoming. Although parking is an issues the later you arrive home, it is still manageable with parking further away. The staff is very punctual to any issues put in for maintenance team work orders.

Very poor. Unsafe, office staff does not care. Safety has been put at risk more than once in this community. Type of people rented to is the main issue. Rent is too high for the quality of apartment. The only reason we didn't move last lease is because I was too lazy. And if we don't move again that will be the same reason.

All great things so far no complaints on my end. Staff was awesome helped and answered all my questions. It was a smooth and easy process from start to finish. Great specials and apartment was ready and clean before my move.

community is horrible, management thinks she is bigger than the program, very rude and knows absolutely nothing about the property application nor the verification community, she lied about a lot of unnecessary information. FYI the property is definitely not worth the hassle, waited almost a week to hear i was denied by the PROPERTY, not by the verification community !!

It was Wonderful made me want to apply. Aveline was wonderful she answered every question I had. She made me feel secure, and even comfortable. I walked away wanted to apply immediately. It was great.

Great no complaints at all. Staff is great. Maintenance does a great job. My apt has no issues. I have covered parking. If i had to say anything at all it would be the people they dont know how to throw the trash in the dumpster. But maintenance keeps it up with everything

This community is a great place to live, neighbors are nice and they mind their business. I recommend you buy a parking because it will be hard to find a parking spot especially if you want one close to your apartment.

It's a great community. WRH is really trying to make this better. I just wish parking was worked out better. I feel since we pay a lot we should be able to park close to the building and not 2 buildings down.

I been living here for 16 years. The service with the Maintenance staff has been Great. There was once an BAD Manger here, I thought I would have to move. Her name was Tessa. I stayed because they got her out of here.

So far I'm really loving the community and my apartment. I plan to live here for a while. It's a really nice area to live, close to a lot of different food places and grocery stores near by. I really love that about this place.

The community is alright, but the maintence has to be constantly called in order for them to complete a request . Multiple calls and it's very frustrating. I enjoy living here but would appreciate faster service.

My sister has lived here for over a year and just signed another. We were experiencing a nightmare when we moved into our current apartment. After knowing that she has had a good experience we decided to at least tour. We were definitely amazed at the amount of things available and the different apartments available. Look forward to becoming residents soon!

My experience here at Horizons at Sunridge has been pretty decent, the location is good the price is a bit much for outdated floors, cabinets etc. Thankfully there have not been many major issues in my unit and when maintenance is needed they are quick to respond. The only negative experience I have had was when I had a leak I called the front desk & one of the workers named Cameron was not very helpful and came off extremely unprofessional and rude.

Move in was easy and fast but there are some improvements needed in the apartment itself such as lights and outlets but overall we are enjoying the area there is things to do and stores close by. It's also pretty quiet community.
