Happy with the apartment but not with the staff and parking . Changing staff it saying nothing good about them. Having more cars that the parking spots. I move and all the staff very helpful but now people don't care about resident problems.

Changes management frequently, since it's last change the communication and quality of service has gone down. But other than that, pretty good for price, safe, affordable, no loud parties or disruptive neighbors.

I've had some issues with noise, but the building is run very well. The complex has a good team. Even though it changes periodically they are all very professional. I have enjoyed living here and I love my apartment!

From before I moved in I had issues with the leasing agents getting my apartment prepared over a 2 month period. Down to the day I moved in my apartment was not ready. Had plenty of security and health issue causing problems with the apartment. Now with new management and 10 month into my leas, suffering from mold exposure I am finally getting a little help. I was offered a new apartment which also has mold in it.. I really just want them to let me out of my lease these last 3 months, or credit me for the hospital bills and nights I was unable to stay in my home I pay 1k for every month.

When I first moved into my first apartment, we had issues, mainly maintances and lies that these apartments were up kept, when they weren't. Now my problem is with the office staff, very unprofessional.

Most work orders I have requested are either slow or not done at all. Electricity turned off, no one claims to be responsible (wasn't from non-payment). I was charged to turn electricity back on. First time paying rent online, be very sure it's accurate, no mercy if it isn't.

My experience has deteriorated recently especially for the past two years the complex staff has been so rude and quite unfriendly thereby providing terrible customer's experience. Before the complex was taken over it was much better than it was now.

So far so good. The office and maintenance members have been good. What impressed me the most was the call I got from the office to check if I was satisfied with the maintenance issue I had before they sent somebody to fix. Great place to live!

Me gusta porque hay respeto y el conjunto se mantiene limpio, excepto por las excrementos en algunos sectores pero es culpa de los residentes, porque los de mantenimiento siempre limpian y mantienen todo en orden pero algu M os residentes no tienen el mismo debido cuidado

So far I haven't had any major issues. I do have a problem with all the cats that are in the apartments. Other than that pretty quiet and neat complex. The staff very helpful and tey their best to get the issue solved.

Move in was fast and easy. The process to get approved and signing the paperwork for the apartment did not take long at all, next thing we know we are moving our stuff into the apartment. The community is quiet even during the day which is great because i work different shifts and peace and quiet is definitely a plus. First time apartment and couldn't be any happier. Plus the location is really great. Restaurant and the best all around just less than 5 minutes away

I love the apartment, it looks very nice. I was just very disappointed because when I moved in the unit was not clean properly and we are in a pandemic right now; and there are a lot of roaches in my unit.

It was ok the staff were wonderful however I wasn't satisfied that the carpet was dirty and stained the kitchen cabinet shelves were dry rotted the paint and the wood was chipped other than that everything is ok

Moving In Was Very Simple . My Leasing Agent Answered All My Questions Promptly, She Accommodated My Move In Date Due To My Work Schedule, And When It Was Time To Pick Up My Keys I Had No Problems. I Simply Signed All My Paper Work Outside The Office For Social Distancing & Pandemic Related Purposes & Once I Was Finished I Was Automatically Given My Keys & Move In Packet .

The day of our move in, there were some roaches on our floor. I contacted the office, and housekeeping was immediately sent over to take care of the problem. At this point, I have only been here for a week, but I do like the complex thus far. A few of my neighbors helped us move some stuff into the apartment, and it seems to be pretty quiet around the area. I like how close the complex is to everything(Target, Walmart, etc.)

I chose this complex for effective pest control, safety, pleasant community, and price. First year, the landscaping was awesome for an older complex. Now it varies. I like older complexes for room sizes and clusters of apartments instead of huge brick buildings. Pest control policy has changed; Now, I see roaches and spiders in my apartment! Some new residents leave trash around. Many people here work for hourly wages. So, Covid 19 has definitely affected pay checks and occupan?y. Fewer cars, I think. I will move, again, because I want to live in a pleasant environment.

My experience here has been ok. I like the keeping up with cleaning the grounds and trash valet. Pool is very nice and always kept up and clean. Office management are nice and always helpful. Management is good about communicating through email.

Well parking needs major improvement can we get reserved parking that would totally solve the problem. As far as quietness it is quiet..I have a list of errors in my apartment rent is reasonable my patio wood needs replacing

The office and maintenance crew have always been helpful. They are amazing. Thank you all very much. My only issue is my neighbor right above me they are loud and constantly bumping I know when they are home!

A convenient residence complex. Have had a pleasant experience for the last five months. No issues with the laundry, trash facilities. Like using the gym. The pool looks good, but haven't been able to use it since it's locked. Office staff are friendly and courteous.
