Nice design concepts not fully executed properly but you can work with it to add and make your living experience great. Major parking issues for residents/ visitors. Too many stray cats wondering around and issue not being addressed seriously. Very close to shopping and major freeways and it's pretty quiet here.

Very professional and overall wonderful experience. I enjoyed the leasing process, they were very understanding of my time frame Would do it all over again. It's extremely quiet, my aunt has been a resident here for yrs.

Economically priced and apartment is well maintained. Work orders completed promptly. Safe community. Office and maintenance staff have been very helpful. This is exactly what I wanted. Economical place that is safe and well maintained.

I consider this community a good place to live. There have been times when the parking lot floods and limits access in and out of the apartment home during that time. The entrance is the main area where water stands and accumulates. The community has been relatively quiet over the years. The staff is courteous and helpful and I greatly appreciate the timeliness and caring shown for any concern that I may have expressed.

The complex is very quiet which is great and maintenance team is friendly and very prompt with any work order. The staff at the office is also extremely helpful and friendly. The complex is a great place to love in and also the area

The first year I lived here was great. The second has been horrible. Right after renewing my lease my car was towed because they didn't see my parking sticker in the top corner of my windshield when I hadn't been told to put it above the registration. There have been a few other issues that have made me unhappy with the apartment noisy neighbor included but I also kind of expected that. It could very well be I've just had bad luck this second lease term but I'm not very happy at this time.

It's a good community, I like the area, the administration is good, but the staff they hire to do the painting work are very bad.The staff of the administration is very helpful, they are attentive and quick to solve the problems that are reported. But if they need to hire a more professional staff for the internal work of the apartments.

Best Complex I've had in Houston so far and it's the 3rd apartment move for me. I hope with much optimism that 2400 Briarwest will be my home and not just another unfortunate year locked lease. As of now it's looking and feeling like home and I would love to stay for as long as I'm located in the Houston Community.

Terrible .very tereible .to think they made a mistake to cut off my electric and still call the cobs on me becos i request they turned it sad i will never ever refer anyone here because they never keep to their promise

Very quite and peaceful love that it has security even for a big complex and my neighbors are very to themselves I love that as well. Love the blinds in my home very private and I love the scenery around me very good view from my patio

This is a nice property, very clean, and always has had security. I have been here for more than six years, and I have never seen or had any kind of problems with my neighbors, and because the property is gated, we feel always secure.

The laundry tool is always dirty, and the laundry machines do not work properly most of the time. The second problem with this community is that I have seen the neighbor's dog poop around my apartment couple of times, and I had to clean up my self.

Don't waste your money moving you let alone your family to this very unclassy trashy property. The o my thing that was okay was the inside of my unit. They should absolutely drug test the ------ women or shall I say girls that represent this property which they do a very unprofessional and poor job at it. I blame the corporate company because they actually hiried them to run this dump. I broke my lease and moved best decision I ever made. Sadly I'm sure they te under paid so the company will keep them there. Go else where it's a trap and I'm not sure but I think they also still money. I would recommend moving to the Woodlands but not over here in the ------. A little hint do a random drug test and see who's working here after!!!!!!!! I'm also reacting them to yhe BBB and the TAA!!! They prove now a days anyone can get a job!

In the past couple of years we had struggled with many issues from parking assignements all the way to maintenance issues. In the past few months we have seen a huge positive change within the apartment community. No more issues with parking and the apartment maintenance issues have been promptly resolved. This is a quiet community, never had a problem in my 3 years of residence here.

I've been here here 6yrs really nice apt quiet and I like the staff India is really nice and helpful. And came to my apt and seen other issues she is a blessing to me.The maintenance came and fixed problems in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards

The apartment complex is very nice and quiet. Most of the staff are very caring and nice and they will work with you on critical situations. The maintenance staff is very good about coming and repairing or fixing issues with units. The amenities are great.The pool is beautiful the people that live here are nice and friendly I can honestly say I have peaceful days and nights in my apartment home.

Good community with lots of nice people living here. Currently, there is a wonderful staff in yhe leasing office. Good location and easy to find places to eat and shop near by. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I moved to this place for the convenience of the space and the good condition of the apartments has good areas gym pool and private security private entrance door with general code a good place to live and all the shopping sites that are close to supermarkets stores gas station I am very satisfied to have moved to 2400 briarwest blvd

Very safe and beautiful apartment complex. Staff in the office are very nice and welcoming, other staf including maintenance are also professional and efficient. Been living here more than two years and had no problem, Totally recommend it

Great apartment community to live in, I have lived here for several years and have never had an issue. Efficient and friendly staff, the property is very well maintained. Gorgeous swimming pool and gym as well.

LOVELY, CLEAN AND QUIET APARTMENT... I LOVE IT HERE.THE OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. MY EXPERIENCE AS BEING VERY GREAT AND PEACEFUL. THE SECURITY IS VERY OK, THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE ON POINT.
