Where should I begin with this apartment complex... Friendly staff Gorgeous pool area Nice workout facility Property well-kept and maintained Apartment is nice for the price I am paying. So glad that I made the change from the old place I was residing at to this complex. Not noisy in my area at all, nothing really goes down, and plus they have security walking the grounds. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean environment to stay in. No issues with my apartment and I've been here for almost 6 months! No complaints whatsoever! Also Erica, one of the leasing office consultants, is beyond great and helpful!

Living at 2400 Briarwest is great! The property is always well kept, maintenance comes very promptly and the office staff is amazing. Especially Danielle, she is always so professional and helpful with a smile always on her face. Couldn't ask for a better living experience.

I truly love this complex, which you all does such an outstanding job of keeping it up and very clean, so keep up the good work, Ms.Danielle, Ms. Z and the other lady that is in the front office. ' I JUST LOVE YOU ALL!!!

The community is really nice and quiet for the most part. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. I would recommend my friends and family to move here. Because the apartment buildings are nice and well kept.

For the past 4 years living here is being very friendly at the office and the hole community. The girls at the office and the assistant manager Danielle they always look forward to help in any way!

I've really enjoyed my stay here at 2400 Briarwest Apt. sorry to say I will be moving out at the end of my least do to travel time to my job the ladies in the office has really been very help through out my stay here I want to give a special thanks to Ziara thank you for all you help.

My fiancée and I have lived here for a few months and are very happy with these apartments. Anytime there's an issue, it is promptly resolved by the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. We're planning on renewing our lease!

It is getting a little stressful with new people moving in and out and my car has been vandalized two times. (emblems being stolen off my car and recently my antenna was stolen). The downstairs neighbor can often play his music too loud.

I have lived here for a few yrs now. I did not really like it before, but now under the new management things are a lot better. Quiet community, no issues. And Erica in the front office is fantastic (very nice and professional), I am a big fan!

This is a great community to stay in. The neighbors are kind and friendly, plus the office associates do their best to make sure all request are heard and replied back. Been here 2yrs now and happy about my decision to move in.

The people that works in the office are pretty nice people. When I moved in the tub locked bad I notified the office and they had maintenance to fix it within a week but it still kinda looks the same, just looked like someone painted the job which is very tacky! The walls are super I woke up in the middle of the night to hearing my neighbor snoring. Overall the appartments are nice but they really need some new maintenance workers with more experience.

good. no problems felt safe. never had run ins with anyone. noise level was never a problem. the gym was fine. good location. only problem was lots of cats. always had parking available. not really any major complaints.

I enjoy where I live. It's quiet and feels safe. My neighbors are nice and I have never had any complaints about noise or anything like that. The pest control is under control. I've probably seen about ten ish roaches and I've lived her about 1 year and a half. The community is nice, landscaped and kept clean. The pool, gym, and tennis courts are always clean and maintenance is handled in a timely manner. The only downfall would be visitor parking. However parking outside of the complex always feels safe and none of my guest have ever had their cars tampered with or hit by parking on the street. I have seen three managers come through during my time here but Tricia, the current manager, is amazing. She is thoughtful, understands urgency, and truly wants to make our homes a better place. If you're looking for somewhere to call home this is definitely a place worth checking out.

My experience with this community has been alright thus far. I've been here for 3 years now and have not had any major problems. The front staff are always friendly and polite and the maintenance provides prompt service. However, the new tenants tend to leave their trash in the parking lots and on the side walk. I saw a person through their Popeye's bag full of uneaten food in the parking lot. And the parking situation for tenants has gotten out of hand. I would prefer to pay for assign parking. Other than that, I will remain a tenant here until I feel the need to move.

Very well managed, nice manager and assistant manager and staff Very well maintained too It is a pleasure to live here, the pool is resort style and the tennis courts are good, also good fitness center The apartment is nice and cosy

I have live in the apartment community for a while now. My overall feeling on this community is satisfactory. When I need service done they respond in a timely manner. Everything is okay as far as location.

everything is great, but we are having issues with the roaches, we havent had any issues until the beggining of the 2017, we have called the pest control and we also spray bug spray and used other methods but we still see tons of roaches.

I recommend these apartment complex because as a women i look for safety and i can honestly say that i feel no danger in this complex, i also love how clean the apartments are and that there is a lot of parking space since we have to have a sticker to park.
