This community is great. The 24/7 security is good since I live alone, the pool is nice, and i haven't noticed any pest problems since i've moved in. However I wish there was more guest parking available throughout the complex.

I love where I live, I have no problem with anything, looking forward to another year.I don't know what else I can say about it. I stat in my house my apartment and stay to my self. Maybe you could have some social networking in the summer time, for those who would like to attend for adults.

love the community the amenities are great and maintained and the front office is friendly and noise level is very low and neighbors are very quite. everything you need is all in one place. there is washers and dryers on site as well as a gym and luxurious pool. i have already recommended this place to friends and family.

Friendly staff. Attentive workers. The apartments are average sized. I wish they would have another pool but the main pool is nice. People pretty much keep to themselves so far. I've only been here a week

Apartments are okay. They are safe in the three years I've been here but what I don't like and I don't appreciate is Management and leasing not being available when needed to answer questions. I'm not one to complain but when it takes a whole year to fix something . I do get upset.

Clean quiet community. No issues so far, maintenance responds in a timely manner. I've only been living here for 4 months, it's a clean and quiet environment overall. If all continues to go well I might renew my lease.

It's a calm good environment for children to grow up, the neighbors are quiet, and its close to everything. The office staff on the other hand does need some training in customer service and it would be great if they would send out emails to let us know what's new like the old management company did.

Awsome. I recommemd this place yo my frieaenfs. The neighberhoof is perfect. I like people here who live around us. Although it is far from downtown but the transportation system is sufficient . There are alot of shopping center atound.

Have been living here since 1997 in the same apt. Every mgmt company have been great. Always kept up as well as ground service. Cannot tell they are old. Have security. Will be here as long as I am well. Love staff & maintenance.

So far , security is not working at night time. I had problem one night and went to the was not there.i would like to sexurity phone number. It is better to keep main gate closed rather keep it open all time

The leasing agents and manager should learn to be professional about their jobs. I wasn't pleased with the way they handled my comlain and also they should learn to apologize for their mistake! The word "am sorry" goes a long way! Thank you

Neighbors are friendly. Apartment staff a very professional! The pool is really clean and fun, BUT their policy of 2 guests "per wrist band" is ridiculous/ also not followed. Oh and don't forget the pool closes at 8 p.m. Keep in mind I get off at 8 pm so I didn't get many chances to enjoy the pool. Other than these few things apartments are great. I've lived here going in 2 years.

Love it here office people are very nice and property is well kept ... wish they had more visiting Parkin spots cause I've seen some people park 3 cars of their own in them leaving very few if none open

I've lived here for here for 7 years and I must say that looking around at different apartments has made me realize how blessed we are here at Briarwest during the Harvey Storm even after the reservoir problem. I wanted to leave this review because the front office has been so helpful and opened the entire time.. it gave me relief just in case of an emergency. There was no damage to any of the apartment complex and they have cleaned up the little debris. If you need a new apartment after the storm this is the place to be!

This place floods and the people in the office are denying the severity of flooding that occurs here. I will state that it does not flood in the back of this property but not everyone is as lucky to live back there! Just the other day when asked about if it floods the office girl replied saying oh just the front. What she failed to mention was that it was a ghost town here during hurricane Harvey because everyone who is well aware of the flooding grabbed their cars and left! Or they parked their cars up on the curbs. Beware! below I have posted prime examples of why you should avoid this area because the only thing the office will tell you when you go up there to gripe about your vehicle being flooded in is "well that's what you have car insurance for". Trust when I say you won't be able to get out of your lease. IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO LIVE HERE YOU'LL HAVE TO CONSTANTLY CHECK WEATHER REPORTS AND PARK YOUR CAR IN THE BACK OR SOMEWHERE ELSE COMPLETELY. This place doesn't need a hurricane to flood, it could be a flash flood or just 80% chance of rain that would cause your car to go under. Save yourself time, money, and worry and go look at some other apartments! Again I would like to repeat in the defense of this property, I've been told it doesn't flood in the back, and they claim that they're working with the city to take care of this issue.... also when the addicks reservoir was released there was no flood damage, thank god. I've had a couple of bumps in the road when I first moved in with the previous employees that managed the front office but this year in my current apartment is by far the best. Both the property manager and assistant manager do their job well and get things done. Only thing I wish were a little better is parking, I understand it's a very big property but there should be a per unit limit to how many cars you can have. I feel very comfortable coming home late in the sense of safety but sucks when you have to walk far to park. Good job Tricia and zaira!!

Good community to live very quiet at night and day too maintenance staff are friendly and efficient office staff friendly too never had an issue I recommend this property to live. Supermarkets and shopping centers are really close

I have to say that I have lived in several apts in houston but this apartments complex I have ever lived in before .there is so much great things to say about this apartments .It starts with the office people including the managmengt and also leasing agents to the maintance staff . They are there to help you and listen to you at all times .The Maintance staff are the best ..When something is broken they come in a 30 mins to a hour to look at the problem or fix the problem. Also its so quite and I love living here .Also its a very classy place to live without breaking you every month .There is noting bad I can say about this property at all.Let this be the new place you call your home . You can not got wrong with 24oo briarwest apts .I have to say a very heartfelt thank you to Danielle she is the best .
