I think it's a good place to live. The location is great. Maintenance request have a response time. The only thing I do not like is the flooding. When there is heavy rain, certain sections of the complex flood. Not all but some sections flood.

Quiet and clean, when needing something done in the apartment they take care of it in a timely matter. Staff is pleasant and professional. In the time I been here I have had no problems with the staff or neighbors

Great employees and there very friendly... I can't said the same about the manager. I moved to a new apt. And the equipment there old, I regret up date my apt. Went you deside to moved to a big and better apt that's what you expected. No a old equipment fixed.

IT IS OVERALL A NICE PLACE. THE PROPERTY HAS HAD AN AMAZING FACE-LIFT OVER MY TIME HERE. THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS NICE. THE PROS OUTWEIGH THE CONS. THE LANDSCAPING CAN BE QUITE NOISY, AT THE TIME THAT IS MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT.

I am very satisfied with this community. The management is awesome and always helps you as much as possible. Maintenance always get the work done and fast. Everyone in the leasing office is very nice!

The community is kept well by frequent mowing and trimming. Any problems with the apartment are handled fast and efficiently. The fitness center is nice. The apartment complex is quiet. Required parking stickers make it easier to find a parking spot.

I was a resident at thesee apartment complex for 6 years . Prior to the new management from 2016 I called this place home. Unfortunately, with the new staff and management's poor ethic skills and dismissive attitude ,I have to find a new place to call my home.There is danger measures to where my child can not even go outside to apartment.For example old appliances exposed to the public with electrical wires all over the property. They have towed many of my neighors cars with or without parking permits. The staff or should I say management does not communicate with their residents. There are multiple sewer drains ejecting toxic waste from the ground. When this matter was brought to their attention the reply was "it's the city of Houston problem".If you want to uncomfortable ,and treated as a prisoner move her. The new management is horrible,rude,uneducated women on a power trip.

ive been here for almost a year its a regular apartment complex its quiet ... a few kids here and there but that's normal never had any problems with neighbors.. parking can be a little better after about 9:00pm its pretty hard to find a good place to park .. staff doesnt always answer the phone but they are very helpful when they do ... the gym is nice the pool is remodeled and is beautiful .. small pest problems ive seen about 10 roaches since ive been here which is not a lot but still I would rather see none at all ... and the people who come spray for pest don't really take their time the guy literally took 2 mins in our apartment and left I don't even know what and where he sprayed ... overall good apartments

I have been living here since April 2016 and I must say I'm upset that I didn't find this place sooner. Considering the side of town we're on, where depending on which side of the street you live on could be hit or miss, this is definitely a hit! I don't have to wait long for service requests to be solved, never have any issues with noise except the usual heavy footed upstairs neighbor. Otherwise this place is pretty great and worth the price in my opinion. I have an "efficiency" (really a one bd/one bth since it has walls/doors separating the rooms) and pay a reasonable amount for the perfect space living alone. They keep the grounds clean and have the grass mowed weekly. Never have any issues with office staff or maintenance workers. Also in my few months of living here I've only seen two spiders and less than 10 roaches (small-medium) which is a big plus from the apartments I used to live in. No one really bothers you and there's literally a garbage area or laundry facility in very short walking distance of every building. Will definitely be renewing my lease for another year.

2400 Briarwest Apartments is in the process of improving the common areas, which will be absolutely beautiful. The only problem this far is a lot of mud and dirt in the parking lot and sidewalks, because the drainage system is not sufficient.

The complex name was called Morgan & Morgan when I moved into my apartment in May 2015. The staff was great. The complex was sold and in June or July and the name changed to 2400 Briarwest. There were communication problems at first as the new management teams made adjustments. But finally the present team with the community manager Mrs. Johnnie Buchanan ironed out the kinks and now the complex is operating very nicely in my opinion.

The environment has been conducive for living. I have not experienced any form of property vandalization and to sum it up there is always a security presence in the vicinity which makes the hoodlums get scared.

So far its ok, I've been here for about 3 weeks. There is plenty of parking, staff is friendly, although takes a while to get through/back to you. The pool is reply nice.Maintenance does a good job with time but jobs aren't done too well. Overall ok

I was called back and advised that they can not come out after 10pm cause they can not see the AC units in the dark!! BRING A FLASHLIGHT!!! My issue was not even dealing with the outside portion of the unit. My daughter has breathing issues and sleeping in the heat is not an option. I had to leave my home in the late night with my daughter and go get her a floor fan. That was 100% unacceptable! Then to make it even worse when they came the next morning they replaced my filter.... REALLY! Im sure the filter is not on the outside which means he could have came out that night. Also when he called he told me to just put the AC on "ON" instead of "AUTO" ... Im sure that put more on my electricity bill. The AC is working fine just was a major inconvenience. This is the only apt complex that I know Of that does not consider AC/HEATING a non emergency issue. I would have went to the leasing office about it the next day but why I'll be moving out soon. Save my time ... just something more to add to the list of reasons why I did not renew my lease. Im sure the maintenance guys didn't come up with this ridiculous nonsense. My problem is the leasing managers!!!

The worse apartments ever. The staff always get my bill payments wrong and never writes down anything for the maintenance to come an fix. The staff never answers the phones. Are every rude, worse thing I did was move here. The staff always have attitudes.

The community is quiet but there has been recent reports of robberies. If you stay to yourself its nice. Management is making alot of changes pretty sure rent will be going up to pay for the upgrades their doing in the community. Maintenance is quick when you have an issue.

I move here in 2014 the place was a peaceful place to live now with the new management thing's have changed there's a hole bunch of cars parked outside never saw this in till now a lot of strangers walking around the property that dont even live here teenagers walking around smoking weed smh then they have the nerves to close the pool for the hole summer meaning you would have to go somewhere else to swim or get a tan there's no A/C in the Gym machine are full of sweat & 1dusty there are also cats sleeping on top of your car every day i see cats footprints on my car & running around everywhere smh Also i have been seeing lots of Bats flying around don't recommend this to Noone!!

While it is an older complex it is well maintained and perfectly located to everything in Houston. Unlike a lot of newer complexes they offer a wide selection of apartment layouts and level of upgrades.

I moved here November 2015 and well they are nice at first but my goodness they are so unorganized, first they lost my rent money! Good thing I always keep my receipts. Then they have this ridiculous rule that visitors cars cannot be on property they have to park outside, so basically they can be robbed or broken into and not their responsibility. They do offer a visitor tag but only if its a special case. Then there are bug problems (ants, roaches, frogs, etc..) and they sometimes take care of it. Maintenance is horrible, sometimes they do their job other times they do not. Then with the recent storm, its an old residence so its a flood area and lets say 99% of the cars including mine were only parked and flooded :(. Then sometimes I want to double check my balance of my rent and they tell me they have no idea what it is? To go to some site to figure it out? right now the area is being re-construction not only does it look ugly, the workers leave their tools in the street and you really have to becareful when driving to not run over the tools. When you call the office they are so rude no respect and never go beyond to help. The hours of operation is inconvenient their even close on Sundays. The only positive is the price and the apartment itself are big but that's it. So becareful when moving here or deciding to stay only come if you can't go higher on your rent and budget. Hopefully things get better so far its a mess! So yeah just 0-1 star if that.

The stay has been great until now. You have a group of insubordinates trying to manage an apartment complex. They fired an assistant manager who knew her job and the community and the turn over is unsettling.

My experience has been pretty good, I can't complain. People are friendly and the ladies at the office are always available to help in anything they can. Very welcoming surrounding and very convenient location. My 1st experience living in TX has been good, Thank you 2400 Briarwest.

I am very pleased with the overall leasing process... If it were not for Danielle and Johnnie, I would not be at 2400 Briarwest. The leasing office/staff is a major deciding factor in any complex. I would hate to see any of the girls in the office leave. Love the changes being made throughout the complex!!
