When I moved in the complex was under different management. Since the new owners I have noticed many positive changes. There has been renovations done to the buildings as well as other great changes. I hope to see things continue in this direction.

      I love the new management. They are very professional. I love what they have been doing in terms of remodeling and enhancing. I love the fact that they keep you posted with any activity or events that's taking place in and around the property.

          This is the second apartment complex I have lived in since moving here almost 3yrs ago and I like it so its been 2 yrs here. I've never lived in a apartment before until i moved to houston and I really like it here. They are upgrading everything from the outside of the building to inside. I would recommend them to anyone.

            I loved the complex when I first moved in but since the new management changes I can't wait to move out. Removing the night drop and closing on Sudays is ridiculous because people work. Now I have to get my teenage son to take the rent check up there. No one in that office ever answers the phone. Even when there are no residents they let the voice mail pick up. The mandatory pool bands don't fit anyone's wrist. The rent cafe charges almost $60 " convenience " fee.

              Dear Verified Resident, I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our new management changes and my hope is to help resolve some of your concerns. Our office is closed on Sunday and notices were distributed to the community 30 days before this change happened. Our goal is to make your living experience as convenient as possible so, during rent time we have extended hours for those that work full time. Those extended hours are on the 3rd and 5th of each month. The drop box was removed and we offer an online website were you have access to many resources that include paying rent. The convenience fee is charged if you are making a onetime payment through the website with a credit card. However, there is another way to make a payment through your bank account where there is no fee associated that is not an automatic draft. I would be happy to assist you in setting this up so that in the future you are not charged the additional fee. Pool bands are required to help monitor pool activity of guests. This is done to ensure that paying residents get equal access to the pool without the overcrowding of another resident guest. Our pool bands are made of a synthetic rubber that is stretchable, orange bands are for lease holders and green bands are for occupants. I apologize if you have tried to contact our office without any luck or response. The staff at 2400 Briarwest value residents and their comments and at no time do we ignore them by not answering the phone. If we are unable to answer your call it is because we are with a current or future resident. We provide an answering service for those calls missed and we always return the call.               I have enjoyed it, that's why I renewed my lease. The cost is very affordable and it is close my work. It is also easy to get to I10 if I need to travel up north towards the woodlands or even Dallas. Doesn't also take too long to get to downtown and you don't have to deal with the downtown traffic everyday. Katy is close by and it is a lot easier to get out of Houston if you are traveling to Austin or San Antonio.

                I am on year two already at this complex and I am extremely satisfied. They are nice and affordable, great location, and recently went into new management and its only getting better. Very peaceful environment no complaints at all. The speed of service request after the new management has been outstanding. For the most part, I put the service order online during morning hours...its taken care of before I get home after work.

                  so far all good vibes. newly remodeled interior and exterior. great service and fast maintenance. very attentive management. quiet for the most part but walls are pretty thin. pretty good location in my opinion. not far from retailers and grocery stores.

                    Had a rocky start during the sign up phase. Had to fight due to some bad background info. Diana and the main manger are really great. Listened, did the extra leg work and I have nothing but KUDOS for those two. Courtney was a bit, non-caring and it was easy to see she just followed the easy course. Thanks again to Diana and Johnni( I hope thats how she spells it)!!!!

                          Lived here for 8 years, very nice quiet community, property is always clean, beautiful resort style pool, maintenance is always quick to repair issues at the apartment, neighboors are friendly, love the tennis courts, recently remodeled buildings, pool, gym, very safe complex, never heard of anything bad happening. We love living here.

                              Overall under new management, pleased with the long overdue renovations that are being currently taking place. Parking absolutely sucks, it makes no sense to arrive home and it is still early evening and there is no parking available not even close to the building I live. Management had us to pick up parking stickers to identify to tenants;we were told that after a deadline in September, vehicles with no sticker would be towed. Apparently this policy has still not taken place because the parking problem still exists. The electronic entry gate continuously stays broken and remains open more times than closed. I have noticed no lighting in entryways and have called twice regarding no lighting outside my apartment door, it is very unsettling to look out of your peep hole and see nothing but darkness or arrive home and not even be able to see your keys or keyhole to open your apartment door, totally unacceptable. The basic security measures should always be met.

We leave the gates open for residents during the day and close them at night.                                 It was a very hot summer day and the job was taken care.The maintenance person came on time because it was an electrical emergency. I will just wait for future maintenance jobs to really know how the service truely is. But for now everything is fine.

                                  Car is been flooded three times. There is an issue with the drainage anytime there is a heavy rain. Today nothing has been done about this issue. Other than that I have not had any problems. Handicapped parking sign needs to be repainted.

                                    At times children leave trash out of dumpster,than it spills out,a real mess. Too many cats on proberty..Dog poop everywhere,need more potty disposals. Our policies on these issues are as follows. Anyone under the age of 16 should be supervised by an adult. All trash should be disposed of properly and residents are responsible for picking up after their pet. Anyone caught not picking up after their animal will be charge $50.00 for each occurrence. After your comments we did in fact inspect several areas and will be adding additional pet stations. My company and staff take pride in offering great customer service and I hope the next time you visit our office you have a different experience.                                         Its an okay community. the maintenance always comes right away. the office staff is pretty good. I have never had any problems with anyone here except maintenance DOES NOT clean up after themselves when they fix something in your apartment.

                                              We lived there for several years. Here are the pros and cons. Cons. 1. Many unauthorized tenants. They play L-O-U-D music in the night. We couldn't sleep because of their wild parties. They burglarized the cars, they fought etc. We complained and very little was done. 2. Few years ago they introduced so-called "pool season" (3 months). So the pool was closed for 9 (yes , nine!) months of each year. 3. Some people in the office were helpful , professional. And some were awful. Mixed bag. 4. The complex is rather old. Pros. 1. Great pool area and pretty good landscaping. 2. Generally OK maintenance. 3. Relatively cheap rent. 4. Friendly and helpful manager (Liz). If it was not her, we wouldn't stay so long.

                                                This is gotta be the worse apartment in town. Maintainance is zero. They don't fix anything around here, if they do, it takes forever . My whole building is infested with Roaches, lots of them, they are everywhere, they r huge and they fly too.......hv complained several times n they ve never fixed anything. I need to report this Apt to the State. The living condition here is horrible. I hv seen lizards in my unit more than 3times, I took pictures and also reported to the management n they still didn't do anything about it. Please if ur looking to move to this apt, pls Do not do it !

                                                  Staff is helpful, problems are fixed, but it takes a while. Some of the neighbors are pretty loud, driving their cars at night with loud music and slamming car doors at the parking lot. You get what you pay for.
