I love the new changes that's been made within the apartment community and the staff is great!! I've seen the different management teams staff and maintenance since I've been there and so far this group has been our best they've really cleaned up the property and made the community better.

It's a very nice place to live. Very quiet.. I love my 2 beds and 2 baths apartment.. the living room is big and it has a nice fireplace.. love this place.

I have lived here for several years now. The location is great! close to everything which is the main reason why i haven't moved away either. Very pleased with the new exterior upgrades. Neighbors have always been easy to get along with. I haven't had any safety issues recently. Management is very good in sending emails with updates on community issues or alerts. Any Maintenance issue are taken care of fast and efficiently.

I can tell you it's is not great since the new management! I recently received a letter I. Regard to nonsense it not even true sadly they want to tell me that I am breaking my lease but they couldn't even change the locks on the door before moving in I can go on about the HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!

Things have changed so significantly since I moved in. The new management is no comparison with the previous one. Staying here is no longer pleasant. If one has a better option, I wouldn't not recommend moving in here. That's my experience!

I can tell you that rental amount per your contract can not fluctuate. What may be fluctuating is the utility bill that is billed monthly with your rent. I wanted to live here for a little to truly experience it before I wrote any reviews but I will confidently say that this place is a pleasure to live in. the staff are fantastic to work with and are professional no matter the circumstance. They recently remodeled the property and it looks fantastic. Management sends out emails keeping all the resident updated on happenings and even holds meetings for feedback so it has been an absolute pleasure to live here. There are of course the normal things that come with apartment living, paper thin walls, loud sound systems every once in a while, but even with all of that there haven't been any circumstances where I've been disturbed or have felt inconvenienced. I would (and have) recommended this location to friends who are looking for a new complex and will continue to do so.

I loved the old management but I looooooove this new management even better. The positive change in the environment, customer service, speed of service for maintenance is simply amazing. Living here is good, the bus stops for the school kids which makes my life easier. It's pretty much quite over all. The new owners are doing a lot of remodeling to the property and fixing our parking lot. Hopefully the parking crap they will fix because guests shouldn't have to park on the street

It is very quiet. I like living here. The apt staff are very polite and work orders are performed quickly. Lucky to have had good Neighbors so I have not had any experience with noisy environment. Like it here

Another company bought this complex a few months ago. My rent has increased 70 dollars a month. They have re painted the outside of the buildings so it will probably go up even more. The repair guys are great but sometimes the office gets things mixed up. They tore up the sidewalks and parking lot when they did the painting/siding. They are fixing some of that. Nice, quiet place (at least near where I am). I just hope we can all afford it in the future.

Very cozy and comfortable apartments for an affordable price. The gym and pool are clean and well kept. The new manager and staff do what they can to keep everyone happy and satisfied. Maintenance men do a great job. Love the new look from recent construction.

I have lived in this community for over 30 years and overall this is the best management to date. The office staff is very responsive to request and is professional, and friendly. I would like more details if possible about the light by your door. I want to make sure that you are getting adequate lighting.Please reach out to me personally so that I can look into this for you. As to the comments about the gates, we have them on a timer which open during the day and close at night. This timer is in place to help cut down the wear and tear on the gate and system. This is not a safety issues since apartment communities can not provide security. While community gates can be a deterrent they do not provide security or safety. Every since I moved here I've been having issues, from water getting inside the property and building mold to mushrooms growing on my sons carpet and coming out the walls, I am very disappointed since I thought the community had invested a lot of money to be better, but I haven't seen the changes.
