I just want to thank you as the property manager by doing a great job on everything, The complex is always clean and organize, sence I love to walk and live in a community where the gardens and trees are always well taking care, that's is a BIG A+

Currently been living here since 2014. When I originally moved in, I had not planned on staying for more than what I contracted for. However, since the new management has taken over, I have decided to stay, simply because they have done a more than impressive job with things. Not only has the quality of the apartments increased, but the management team actually does work with you in case you have any issues. The maintenance people are also quick to respond now, and do an impressive job every time.

My name is Tara, I recently relocated from Oklahoma City and have enjoyed my experience renting here at Briarwest Apartment Homes. The leasing staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I love how well the property is maintained. The apartment community is gated with hired security onsite to keep the grounds safe. The location is also just 16 minutes west of downtown Houston with lots of fitness, dining and social hubs near by. I love it!

I have been a resident of this apartment community since 2012 and I'm very pleased to call 2400 Briarwest home. The new management team has improved the appearance of the community and have added roving security patrols which enhances the safety of residents. The location is very convenient and the price of my 1 bedroom apartment is very competitive and affordable when compared to other apartments in the area.

The community is very clean and nice and quiet...the front office is on top of maintenance requests, I can put in a request today and sometimes have it taken care the same day if not the next business day. I would highly recommend these apartments to a friend of mind.

I have lived at 2400 Briarwest for over 5 years now. I have never had any trouble with management, maintenance or safety. It has all been great. Convenient location too. You should try it.

i have had veery good experiences coming back to live here since 2010. I have not experienced and issues as of yet. The staff is friendly and abiding. I am looking forward to new areas being built to the property.

I moved in a couple months ago. The staff was very helpful. The worked with me until everything was settled. I had a nice little hand written welcome letter and a gift basket waiting for me as I moved in! Love it here.

Great place to live!!....We have been living in this apartment complex since July 2014. These apartments are very quiet & peaceful. The apartment is very safe because there is always security driving around to make sure everyone feels safe. The office staff is very professional & nice. The office staff always make sure maintenance requests are completed right away. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a nice & quiet place to live.

I have lived in this community since 2004 and have seen my share of management changes. I must say that I am very impressed with the changes that have taken place immediately after we were notified the property was under new management. I cannot remember ever being contacted by a property manager asking was i satisfied with the maintenance service! Although parking can be a problem the leasing office has provided a solution to address the issue of parking for tenants/visitors. Security is good and visible throughout the day, I have seen them driving through the property as late as 1:00 a.m. SMC

Up to now I am happy with the new administration. Hope they keep their good work. Security matters can be better. Maintenance staff excellent. Increase the amount of the rent I will like to discuss that since it can be better for residents like me that are here for more than 9 years.

I have been in this apartment complex since summer of 2013 and so far its a great place to live, with a peaceful and safe environment. This new management had a lot of upgrades which I love and they are always keeping me informed about our community, through updates by emails. I plan on staying at 2400 Briarwest for many years to come.

Ive lived for 3 years and I love the new management. Jose the maintenance resonded quickly and did a great job. Everytime I come into the office I ask for Danielle, she is great and very helpful. Im happy here!

I have been living in this apartment for 2 years now and the place is just getting better and better. The new leasing company has made some relevant improvements and the condo looks great. Another reason to adore the place is the location. Very well located and the price is great.

I moved into 2400 Briarwest after I spent months researching for a good place to live. One of the main reasons was looking into apartmentratings.com and finding the personal responses that management left. This told me they were a very involved company. After applying and moving in I could not be happier. Property is very quiet at night and neighbors are super quiet too. The property has gone through a remodel and so far has been great in appearance and time frame. I have already recommended this property and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a great location with matching management then you have found it. I have not had to have maintenance come in but my friends have and they are quick and responsive. Out of everywhere I have lived in Houston I can say this is the first apartment that I can call home.

I have been living here off & on since the 90s and have had a very pleasant experience here with the different management companies. I enjoy going to the office and meeting the staff and mangers and explaining what issues I may have directly. They have always been receptive and taken care of any issues I had with apartment.I hope to continue living here.

New Resident to Briarwest! Love the location, haven't had any bad experiences since I moved in 4 months ago. I initially signed a contract for an upgraded, tier 2, apartment (signed about 3 weeks before moving in). 2 days prior to my move in date I went to the office to inquire about keys and was informed my apartment was not upgraded because they could only upgrade to tier 3 and "assumed" I did not want this. They then told me they had not had the chance to call me and let me know. As it was 2 days prior, I had no choice but to sign an updated lease for tier 1. The only reason I wanted to move in was because I fell in love with the upgraded apartment and rent was in my budget. I would have appreciated a call as soon as management found out my apartment could not be upgraded (as that WAS what I signed for). A couple of weeks ago I spoke to the manager about possibly transferring to an upgraded one in the near future and was told I would have to pay $200 transfer fee for breaking of lease. I explained to her the situation during my move in and was simply hit with "I'm sorry to hear that" and proceeded with the transfer fee. I understand procedures/regulations, however I would have expected just a bit more empathy and appreciated her to try and meet in the middle due to the circumstances. Nevertheless, it is a great property. New management is doing great changes to the fitness center, pool, and office! Big complex, but maintenance is prompt and parking is not bad when I come home late at night. I'm only rating overall service 4 stars because of the mishap experienced, but staff is friendly and always helpful Danielle is GREAT she is my go-to!

I have lived in that complex for almost 10 years. Before it was Camden and Morgan company but none of them were able to provide the level of customer/residence service and satisfaction as the 2400 is. What stands out the most about this complex is the level of care and responsibility of the staff and manager of the office. They also made lots of changes that is revolutionizing the complex. Over all I recommend you to visit this community. S.K.

I have lived at this apartment complex since 2007 and I have have seen several different management companies come and go. The current management, ComCapp, is by far the best in my opinion. The staff keeps the residents informed as to what's going on at 2400 Briarwest. They have recently completed a complete property renovation. The landscaping is always kept nice and the flower beds are always neat. The office staff is always nice and friendly when you have an issue. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly.

2400 Briarwest blvd ( Formerly Morgan West Oaks ) Apartment remains and shall be best known to me a good place to live compare, and contrast other apartment complex within the neighbor hood, and Houston surroundings. I have lived here about five years now without any problem either from management or other residents. The management then and now is so wonderful , nice with good customer service. The amenities built in the rooms and within the complex, includes reconstruction, ( remodel ) of the units is unimaginable, unbelievable compare with the monthly rent dues. I highly recommend 2400 Briar west blvd apartment to any one. Above all, maintenance service department and the management cares much for their resident.

Me and my girlfriend just moved in. It's a nice place to live. You are around everything just a small drive. They have reserved parking spots now which is great because there's not many spots to park. They just started towing the cars that shouldn't be there. The gate occasionally has problems staying open. But at least it doesn't stay closed :).
